The place is pretty dry, just to spend the night. The courtesy buffet is a mockery. But the worst thing is that they spend very early touching doors and waking people up and if they don't answer they get in.

Good place to rest, like the rest of it City express a constantly renovated looking hotel, pretty decent rooms and basic services for the business traveler, in my opinion the price is a little high and there are details that could be improved (Small design flaws in the bathrooms, such as the location of the sanitary paper and the absence of contractors) but out of that very reliable and comfortable.

Good hotel on average and although the plus is that it is very close to the central Tepoztlán, from there to the center of the village is about 8 or 10 min walking (although in the center there are more hotels), the single room is not as large as compared to other hotel chains and some Finishes leave a lot to be desired, generally okay.

El servicio de taxi es seguro y confiable, son personas en las que puedes confiae tu camino ademas puedes pedirle que te lleve a distintos lugares. Tiene desayunos gratis cada mañana. Tiene area de fumadores y gym. La hubicacion esta a 5 min de la central de autobuses y 10min del centro de tepozotlan. Ademas tienen viajes tour de viajeros para zonas cercanas.

High price for such a lousy place, the facilities are nothing special. Rooms graze the total austerity and the worst of all are the food. From my first food I got terribly sick from the stomach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is a very good hotel, the QL customer service is excellent. When you need to transport them yourself you can provide the service. The staff are very attentive, the breakfast that serves the hotel is the most exquisite and enjoyable. You could say that I take the most pleasant experience in terms of stay.

Not the most in the bouquet, but what they offer according to my experience is quite acceptable and goes very according to their prices. The breakfast buffet that they have included according to the package is quite healthy and natural, the staff not only has good treatment but also a smile without getting to see Acartonados or forced and the facilities are not only in good condition but they look current and Modern.

Place is clean but yes it is quite small. In general it includes breakfast buffet. It cost me 1000 pesos a room. The hotel is not anything touristy, I recommend it only if you go over the roads and need where to sleep.

Comparing it to other City Express, this one seemed generally ugly and the room and bathroom very small and uncomfortable. The Cuernavaca, for example, there is more space and the food is better. I wouldn't stay there again.

I really enjoyed the service in the meeting area. They were expeditious. Quick and punctual, clean bathrooms, rich food and a great atmosphere.

Very good service, the hotel is not that big but it made me a good size. Cozy. My room is clean, all in order. The staff were very friendly and helpful. At breakfast it is buffet style and even though they don't have a lot of variety of dishes, I liked the quality. The parking lot is ample and has a loading area for Tesla electric vehicles. I really liked the hotel, it is quiet and there is not as much traffic in the area. The only "but" is that there is not as much business around, as closest is a Burger King practically inside the parking lot. A few steps from the hotel. I would definitely go back.

The climate system failded and the room almost get un flames.

We had a wedding and we decided to book with them and they offered a special arrangement for the newlyweds but at the end the service was horrible, they never have us the corresponding room and the room was old and smelly… not recommended for venues.

It is really confortable, it has the necessary things you may need for a quick trip. It was good and clean. The location is good, it is accessible to the important places near.
