Very good service and friendly treatment.

Great breakfasts, excellent employee service a place to enjoy yourself.

He doesn't have good service, they take time to take care of you, they give you dirty rates and he breakfasts very badly.

This hotel has one of the best dishes/meals of Navojoa, Sonora and it has fair prices in commparision of others restaurants. Also they are very kind with clienta.

Family and I have (5 of us) have stayed here numerous times over the years as an overnight stop driving from LA to Guadalajara. When we first started started staying here, maybe 6 or 7 years ago, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff friendly, and our 2 room reservation would always include the buffet breakfast for all 5 of us. Over the years, the quality of our stay has declined significantly, to the point that we likely will not be staying here again. Generally the hotel has become more stingy — we haven’t changed the kind of reservation that we make, but now we are usually only allowed continental breakfast for 2 or 3 people, and you are not allowed to serve yourself (so that they can ration how much they give you — a couple slices of fruit, choice of juice or coffee, and a piece of toast). The rooms, while still generally clean, have not been maintained well, especially the bathrooms, which are pretty grody and outdated (through I think some of the rooms are currently being renovated). Other small details — door that is difficult to open with the access card, no refrigerator in some of the rooms, lack of chair and desk, encounters with unfriendly staff — have led to enough frustrations that we do not plan to come back. Unfortunate decline in hospitality. That being said, the restaurant has pretty yummy food, and it’s a good cheap option — does the job if you’re only staying for a night and don’t mind small inconveniences like those mentioned above.

Very bad service! The people next door of mine were super loud, I called the office twice to report the issue and they didn't shut them up. From around 8:30 pm until 12 am the people were yelling, talking, playing, running outside… I did not get any rest and will not stay there ever again.

The hotel is under renovation and at 8am there are already workers banging on the walls and floor. Very bad admon. And also accompanied in the room!

It is a good place to rest, the pool is clean and you can enjoy a good day of rest or business, the rooms are clean and it is a little better and more accessible than other hotels in the town.

It's a very nice place. Good clean rooms and an American breakfast. It has beautiful pool gardens. It is very good to stay there.

The room was very good. Bedspreads and sheets and polster are looked very old… The bathroom doesn't even say it had mold in different parts. Very bad price of the hotel. I think it has nothing to do with the Best Western hotel chain in the United States, and there is also no animal control. Since in the morning I left the room. The room on the side. It came out very well with its 2 dogs in the room… And apart from all eye with the free breakfast… It is pure hook as I was charged 160pesos per person because according to them and free only for one person. … To publish free breakfast… The only thing nice it has is the reception.

Nice place to stay, has cofee maker and free coffee bag inside the rooms, accesible, pet friendly.

Uy What I will say is a great place that is only worth staying in Navojoa to sleep in this hotel so comfortable is the second time I go but now with pet and no problem all very well seriously not for nothing but that sort of thing are those that in my Case makes me return not so much for what you have to do in the city but for the comfort and how well you spend it in a place with the right people.

We did overnight on way to Mazatlan. Decent restaurant. Breakfast at 7 am?. Not really maybe 7:20 when food warms up at buffet.

We are, Americans who live in Jalisco stayed one night while traveling. Front desk very helpful and inviting. Room clean and adequate. No refrigerator. Restaurant food very good. Los Arcos staff not very courteous at dinner. Said Gracias 8 different times… not one "de nada". We were told restaurant open til 10pm… we were only people left and felt pressured to not even finish our drinks at 8pm. Breakfast included, and good. Staff better in the morning. Parking right by room door and safe. Grounds clean and well kept. We will go nack to the Fiesta inn next time.

The Place is very nice in the restaurant and pool area. The rooms are simple but very comfortable. It Is located on the outskirts of the city with very fast accesses both to the road and to the city. The staff is super friendly. It's Really worth knowing. I recommend It widely.

The Del Rio is a good place to stop on the drive to or from Puerto Vallarta. The restaurant is decent food at good prices. Can be a bit noisy when they have a party booked. Have stayed there 2-3 times a year for the last 6 years. Pets ok if you ask in advance.

Nice quiet rooms with hard, yet comfortable beds. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Pet friendly and very clean.

Actually we have stopped here twice. Headed south with 2 dogs we had quiet evening and a good meal. The Rooms are okay. The big thing is pet Friendly.

We got here early morning tired from driving all night. The night manager took us in gave us electronic keys which did not work; my wife got upset and went to the lobby to complaint. The night manager came to the room himself and fixed the problem. Thats great customer service!

Stayed here 2 days to visit Alamos (where hotels are over-priced). I was able to get a very good weekday rate and like the fact they don't charge extra for pets. The property itself is pleasant with nice landscaping. Due to the location off the main highway it can be noisy at night; fortunately I had ear plugs (which are a must-have if you are in Mexico for very long). No problems with Wi-Fi. Typical hard Mexican mattresses (I forgot my mattress topper). The staff was helpful. So my only complaint is the noise but we are in Mexico where noise is the norm rather than the exception.

Old out dated rooms, and expensive for what you get. Not the high end of Best Western's by any means. I won't stay there again.
