Excellent attention from all staff!

I do not recommend paying a high amount for me to stay at this hotel and the truth was quite disappointed as you could not enter or go to the beach. The reason I selected this hotel was because of the area and the beach. Do not go you will have a waste of time without being able to enjoy the beach and with a pool that closes at 10 at night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
I prefer to pay for a hotel with a star. But with a beautiful beach.

The elevators do not work, they take a long time to give you the room, the door of the room did not serve, the door of the bedroom did not have the veneer and we were trapped, it was not so good experience, nor does it have access to the beach.

Excellent attention from its staff, hygiene and cleanliness of its spaces, exquisite food.

Ramón provided excellent service by the pool checking to see if we were ready for more drinks and food throughout the whole day. He also moved the umbrellas to ensure we had shade. He is very personable and service minded. We were very impressed with him.

We had an amazing holiday, we really liked the hotel facilities and the very friendly service providers, I would come again and without hesitation they hosted us here, the suite we rented is beautiful and very comfortable. 🤩🏖️🤩

The staff is very classist. The vd very bad experience. The hotel of course is nice. But the staff focuses a lot on their American client and leaves out their Mexican customers just for tips.
In our experience; terrible service of the waiters, they attended the tables of the Gringos first being that we had ordered before and they even made Refil them.
The security always eccentric in not passing drinks of anything. Oh but to the girls who passed in almost thong to them if, with cheve and everything.
Honestly, the treatment of elitist personnel is very evident.
In short, we do not return and do not recommend family or friends.

We had the worst experience, we were robbed, the hotel management acknowledged the incident through video surveillance, but where not accountable, regrettably they didn’t do anything, and to top it off our room flooded in the middle of the night, manager only said “ we are sorry”
Avoid this establishment.

Lousy service, there was no hot water in the rooms, the bathroom tank broke down and they only made a temporary repair, they said they would come back the next day and nothing. The lousy roomservice there was no menu in the rooms, plus in the hallway of the room where I stayed for whole days a food service all full of animals never picked it up. In the super cold pools the water can not get if you go in low season November or December. The staff during the night super arrogant.

The new look is totally awesome! Service 2nd to none! Always feel welcome and the staff is beyond comparable! Had issues and we got it resolved with a very professional manager! Love the new deli area and music! Pool service with Louis, Isaac, and Germain! The Best In Mazatlán!

Wonderful View from our balcony overlooking the beach and islands. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The food in the Rudio Rudio bar and the restaurant out on the beach was delicious‼️

Timeshare piranha would not leave me alone, literally running to me in the lobby on each trip back and forth to my room for first 24 hours until I complained. Filthy room on check-in; my feet were black. So poorly maintained, I was stuck in the elevator twice and neither the alarm nor emergency stop buttons were working. Maid service extremely poor. Lost phone service, elevator then electricity and water one evening, right at dinner time, and no one made rounds to the rooms to explain what was happening to handicapped, trapped guests; people were standing and waving from their balconies. I bought candles from Oxxo for my parents and their friends as we were sitting in the pitch black. Not impressed or happy with this stay. I know they are in transition and under construction, again, but this hotel is extremely poorly run. Staff at Papagayo were excellent.

Elevators in tower were noisy, and out of service periodically.
Still takes 5 minutes or more of wasted water to get hot water for a shower.
Moderate amount of noise and dust from construction going on at Inn.

Poor conditions the hotel rates of more than 5000 and maintenance 0, leaky rooms and does not work well, the elevator is not recommended hotel.

Right on the beach! We are right on the beach! 50 feet from the water. Could not have asked for better! Oh and the restaurant Papagaos has great food and wonderful wine selections.

The hotel has a mix of new and old. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette. The front desk staff is very friendly.

What an experience, the truth is that from this place I take a whole series of memories, from its location to the food they prepare in the restaurant that marvels, the heated pools the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, attention always attentive by everything the staff, my stay was by more pleasant, it is true the site already requires a modernization (and they are in fact already in that) the truth is that the site will not leave you disappointed, I can not describe it more than as a wonderful place to spend a holiday, 100% recommended.

The beds are comfortable, they are remodeling it, rests well although there is a little street noise. Its beach is nice and the service good. The pool was dirty, as if they weren't leaking it. But in general except for the pool. Everything is fine.

In favor: The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very well located, close to shops and restaurants, beautiful beach. I consider in favor that they allow you to consume any type of food in the area of beds and not only what they offer in the hotel, I think in a way support local consumption.
Cons: The hotel is in a medium-high price range, in general the furniture looks old, I had one day an annoying experience in the pool because it was extremely dirty the water, with hair and small rubbish floating.

The papagayo restaurant (which is located inside the hotel) is very expensive, however with very good taste and service. The hotel room was simple, with the basics, the furniture is old, we had a water leak in the room, which they fixed soon. The beds are uncomfortable, not rested and the Internet only worked on one computer. The pools were very nice, clean and the beach very well where we were able to spend quiet days. It has a good location (golden area). Upon arrival you are invited to introduce a holiday shopping program, we go but it actually takes a lot of time, however by listening to the talks they give you gifts to spend on the hotel.

Ok I do not know if anyone felt like me but this is what happened. The check in person made me feel like prisoner when they tell me that I have to wear a bracelet to let me in to the hotel after check in I don’t even wear watches because bother me. They have to come out with better way to not bother clients any ways im not happy with the service at all because I refuse to wear it. I'm in room 1203 Ok second day we had plans to stay 5 days but after second day we change plans decide to cancel 3 days not happy at all with service the bracalet make me wear got alergic to it to make things worst a securyty name Jonatha cous us all day about everything and after talk to hes supervisor he said icechest not allowed in the pool area so after stay few minute outside pool area we left and after talk to hes supervisor hes says this cant bring and drink beer in the pool only the one they have in restaurant so if you like diferent beer and enjoy it the fun. This place is not for you not recomend this place if you like to have fun.

This place was amazing. Literally ON the beach. The pools are nice, the staff was kind, the service was great. Our room was a bit dated but not distractingly so. The noise can get crazy on weekends but it's expected. Maybe thicker walls are necessary?

A very nice hotel located in the Golden Zone, is newly remodeled inside and out. Its restaurant Papagayo is very famous and visited by locals and tourists, the buffet is delicious and the view to the sea is undoubtedly the main ingredient to complement the visit. There is also air-conditioned area. Excellent service.

The Inn is a very good hotel as many people I found all here are very friendly The lobby is very spacious and the rooms are even more so, it has many things close by and it is on the coastal avenue which is very convenient.
The rooms are very large, have 2 complete bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. As far as I know, all rooms have balconies and ocean views.
It is an excellent place to come with family.

Under the remodelling of the hotel, I hope that was the pretext of not having Wi-Fi signal inside the room, even if it is true there were the facilities of the suite that are refrigerator, stove, kitchenette, there was no way to connect those s Ervices, all seeing that he had no contacts near; So I don't see the benefit of counting on that and nothing else is appearance, more not in fact. The only way to have the Internet and the other services was to be part of the partners with your RCI project.

This hotel is a good option for visiting, the food and beer are great, the service is stenting.

Great time share resort. Currently being remodeled to make room for another new tower building. Great restaurant — Papagayo's with beach and 3 island views, and amazing sunsets! Wonderful personable uniformed staff. They are the best!

Enjoyed lunch twice at the beach side tables, fish tacos fabulous as were the shrimp tacos. Wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Sunday brunch was exceptionally good, omelettes made to your order, desserts and champagne included. Will go again probably several times more.

The inn is in process of expanding their inn,,, construction going on but seems not to be interfering with guest to much. Great group of veteran employees will make your stay the best.

Rooms old and musty smell not warn this in remodeling, there is no Wi-Fi, they offer a breakfast with the condition of a talk of 2 hours to sell you a time in their new rooms, it is more a retirement home for americans, there is no parking, rich food.

It's a shame this hotel as the rooms have very nice view and they are very comfortable but the service leaves a lot to be desired: 1) do not leave water in the room! Only the 1st day! It is the minimum that 1 hotel should provide to guests: water. 2) really the maid can not consult with the reception if there is occupancy in the room?! It is a question of the last century that touch the door to know if the room is occupied and with this also disturb the guests: lousy. 3) If they are real Mexicans do not bother to stay in this hotel: There are too many gringos and also the staff is racist as an preference in everything to the gringos. In conclusion: We will never stay with you again until you improve your services and/or administration.

The restaurant mas malo malito in meats. I did not feel attended to by the waiters and hosters, even being a buffet of meats and beers, only probe a cut and I managed to get a beer, after the lights were turned off. Pesimo.

Very good care and excellent climate.

Was warned of remodel construction going on but the noise made it hard to talk poolside. The Inn will look fabulous when completed even though it will loose some of the Mexican charm in favor of sleeker furnishings, color palate and upscale design. Staff from check-in to happy hour are amazing. Happy hour comes twice a day — noon and 1600. Very family friendly with all ages represented the week I visited.

Under major construction. No hot water. Facilities need vast repair. Appliances, safe, hangers, all cheap. Not worth the money. Pick another place.

The staff were very friendly and comfortable. It is a hotel which n excellent locations, a great panoramic view and the rooms are of great comfort, as for their restaurant they offer a great variety of dishes and the prices are very accessible to any pocket. I recommend it widely.

It was a nice experience, but the people greeting were to pushy and demanding. They wanted everyone's car keys even if they didn't want to give then. Their parking lot was about 4 blocks away. The food was great, the rooms were spacey, and everyone else was very welcoming.

The hotel has an excellent location, unfortunately I was never told that it was in remodeling, and the machines from 9am to 6pm making noise. They didn't let them rest, water leaks everywhere. No escorts are allowed to go to the premises. Cleanliness of the room, less maso. The food is rich. He had set aside an extra bed and they had no more. And I had to sleep on the floor. And when they had the bed they left it in the outside of the room and I had to put it on and lay it down.
The truth gives a lot to want the hotel.

Super Good hotel, there are very good staff and they do many things of reservations or plans that cost Super Mega Hyper duper Cheap.

Assistance to an inn. The room was excellent, nice, comfortable and with a great view. The food delicious and the waiters give very well service.

The Inn has a friendly staff and a laid back atmosphere that we enjoy very much. However the new owners have already started big changes and it remains to be seen how it will work out. The remodeling is under way and the new look is a bit too modern for our taste. One new building is in the works for next year and a total reconfiguration of the pool and restaurant area. Ongoing construction is scheduled for the next 18 months.

I've owned sense 2004. The staff is exceptional. I just signed up for 10 more years. I Love the place, but most all the staff here has made my trip special.

Quiet Hotel, even though it's old. During my visit it was in the process of remodeling the façade and many areas so it was not very pleasant to look at. For another Ldo the price was right as the rate was lower than the average. Room with kitchen. Overlooking the pool/sea.

A fantastic place to just relax. The staff is wonderful and does anything to make your stay fantastic. The whole place has a laid back feel while still being luxurious. The only issue I have is the future renovation. I'm disappointed they are getting rid of the traditional decor. The new modern decor is very boring and mainstream.

Great hotel and most of the rooms are nice. Service by most of staff is so-so. Don't ask about the time share staff.

I have been going here since I was a kid. Staff is always to great this trip was no exception. They are updating again to make it even better. Hands down my favorite place to staff.

A very good place for vacation or buying timeshares. Atmosphere of the country is pleasant, hot but nice. Staff is pleasant and corporate and just a lovely place.

My family and I have been going here for years! I consider this resort a second home to me at this point. The employees treat you like family. It is a beautiful place to stay, with great views, especially for a sunrise or sunset and a beautiful beach as well.

Bad service! In 4 days of stay was not cleaned to the room the same lacked towels in the bathroom at the entrance you were given a card to redeem for beach towel and in the two times I tried to do it there was no, the explanation given to me the staff in charge was that "there was too much people", to close with brooch I already checked in from 10 am it is 11:20 am and I still do not deliver my car… And you can see it goes for long waiting!

The service was excellent, I had no problems at all. The rooms were good and comfortable.

Decent place. Some rooms need to be updated. Sevice in the pool could improve, waiters are MIA and you need to be on the look out.

Good service and certainly the best was the minibar in the room, the bad note is that tubiera to deliver the room at 11 am without tolerance when in most hotels is delivered at 12 pm and knowing that we arrived destroyed a route by the sierra and the check was made at 10pm.

Wonderful place, friendly staff and upscale atmosphere. Some rooms have kitchenettes for a bit extra which is nice. Views are great especially the higher up (floor) you are. Pricey, but what resort isn't? If you have a device that has a 3 prong plug you won't be able to plug it in/charge said device. Be sure to ask front desk for an adapter. Pool hours are limited to 10pm and beach area access is closed at 9pm however, pool hours seem to not be heavily enforced.

I am an owner at the Inn and love the location and staff, the condos are well planned and spacious, however need some updating and the sofas in the living area are terrible, we have put up with sore backs for 6 yrs and we tried them for sleeping and I wouldn't let my guests sleep on it, they are also very dirty so rather than clean them why not replace them with good sturdy real queen sized hide-a-beds. Overall the Inn is a magnificent place for a vacation, but personally I would like more comfort. Also being from Canada where our dollar is very low against the US dollar this place is quickly becoming too expensive. We will finish our time with our timeshare and then seek a more reasonably priced vacation. Evelyn Walker and Linda Stewart.

This hotel is amazing! It is terrific! I recommend it highly, it is a bit expensive but really worth it, the sea view is amazing and their events are very good!

Not as nice as it looks in the photos, old facilities like elevators, they charge for parking and internet, air conditioning poor report and not sent anyone to check it, I will offer you a complimentary breakfast for allegedly chosen that hotel without mencionarte that you only want to sell vacation packages and by refusing behave rude, I'm not coming back to this hotel.

Pros: A good hotel to rest. The staff is friendly and respectful. The location is excellent due to the proximity to restaurants, bars and shops. It has a nice beach area. Cons: As incredible as it may seem and despite announcing it as 5 star hotel charge you in addition the use of parking as well how the Internet access. The rooms do not have safety deposit box. Valet parking service charge you but it takes a lot to bring your car from the parking lot.
