The hotel is beautiful, the pool and jacuzzi, I loved them. The only thing that failed them was that they delivered the rooms hours after the agreed time, and they didn't clean our room the first day we stayed and lost our key.

Regular facilities, lots of stilts in the room, do not put you directory of hotel extensions like dining room or bar, poor service at reception do not answer when they mark them and somewhat rude, good service in restaurant and good food, power failures constant electric, good pool, but do not lend you towel to dry when swimming unless you leave credential if you are guests because not only they point the room and you have to go to reception for this.

This time K went were remodeling the hotel was a terrible noise and I said to the young man at reception K the noise was horrible and I said K he could not aser anything and K also I retirava the hotel the next day K me Aguntara that day the hotel is very Very good location but the staff is Pesimo.

I Do Not recommend XQ the manager is a person cut and arrogant Q does not give a good service.

I am sorry but this place is not good at all. First we arrive and they cancelled our reservation. They get us the room that we had booked and said that they would make us a deal and but we ended paying the exact amount that we had gotten from the start. Then my cousin came to visit us and they wanted to charge us $300 extra. The people in the front had little man syndrome he talked a lot and wanted to be imposing but after I got mad and I raised my voice he backed down. I have only been in this place for 30 min. Then they said they said that the handicap parking is for loading and unloading. Wth!. I honestly want to leave but after an 8 hr drive and my disabled son being so tired we decided to stay. Never again!. Worst place I have stayed in Mexico. Oooh one more thing I asked for sheets and they brought me stained sheets.

Good beach front hotel with a really good restaurant and bar.

Staying there is a great choice: spacious and hygienic rooms, there is a swimming pool with a waterslide and even a billiard table. The only big flaw are the reception guys in the afternoon who have little or no customer care education, even lie to you as to get rid of the problem, and clarify are the men because the ladies of that same area in the morning if they behaved wonderfully.

Its location is relatively good, it depends q is what you want. Pq for the carnival is excellent. If you want to be close to the center this is not the option. A little close to bars. The rooms offer the necessary, PQ truth are not what you see in the pictures. It lacks maintenance.

The hotel itself is comfortable with basic rooms, they have a good view to the beach and the boardwalk and they are very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very good, it was a great place to stay and it was very nice.

A budget and family hotel, has two structures the hotel and suites, in both places the deal is good and enjoyable. It is a hotel concerned about the environment and proposes interesting things for the conservation of it. The pool area is well-distributed for adults and children. Room with ant plague everywhere, in bed, sink, walls, etc. I was bitten at least 8 in bed. They do not have iron for guest, very basic rooms, dark and outdated bathroom, glass bathroom door that you see and hear everything there is no privacy, air and rusty lamps, very uncordial white hospital lighting. Rooms small bathroom sinks right away from bed. There are no controls for TV and poor reception people don't know how to fix it. A lot of noise from Malecón hotel is not for resting. Taxis spend the whole night with music at all and are heard in the room as if you were downstairs. Very high price for hotel type. Elevator very slow. I paid two nights and only stayed one because my house is more comfortable. I doubt this is a hotel and I don't understand why people come.

Decent hotel not very expensive but also not luxurious, if you want to save and be in a good location facing the sea this is your hotel.

The location is fine, on the Malecon and well located. The room on the other hand… I gave it dirty (to say that in the shower left hairs stuck), and the first thing that was asked (which is the least) was that it was not near the bar, the serviciomas or less, they ask for identification for everything… The star only I give it for the location.

The service is just good, you have what you ask in no more than 15 minutes, when it's good or something that can last. The location is great, in this case, my room has a view to the sea, simply beautiful.

They take a long time to check you in. They didn't have towels in my room and went down to reception and the lady told me that they didn't have clean towels. They are also doing construction so they shut down the electricity and water for more than 4 hours before checking out. I was very disappointed. & It's true what they say you get what you pay for.

Staff is the worst I have ever encountered. Ask for extra towels its like your asking for money. After the 3rd day the sink started to gush water from the bottom.

Took an hr for them to find my resevation even after I had to personally send him a copy of the reservation after showing him in person the reservation. Just horrible service. Beautiful ocean view though.

A place comfortable, with a good service, view to the sea, pool, jacuzzi with many rooms, the truth I charm host me so, if would return many times.

Mazatlan, Sinaloa is the best city in the mexican state of Sinaloa besides Culiacan the capital and Ahome, Los Mochis, Guasave, Guamuchil, and Badiraguato. My homestate counts with nice beaches, nice Lagoons, nice hotels, and agricultural life which you can find in Los Mochis, Sinaloa and Mazatlan, Sinaloa.
