Review of Jashita Hotel 4*

How can I properly describe the experience at the Jashita Hotel! Heavenly is the word I used most often during my stay and upon my return home. My husband, 23 and 26 year old daughters, and I were in awe from the minute we arrived until the moment we sadly left. This was the vacation experience that I always wanted. Restaurant owner Clemente, and staff members Brenda, Laura, and Fernando were a large part of the our phenomenal visit. Huge smiles, impeccable service, terrific advice on local restaurants and best places to visit were just the beginning. All restaurant servers, maintenance staff and housekeeping staff were ready to accommodate our needs immediately and happily. As someone in the service industry I am very critical when it comes to service and Jashita's service was superb. The ambiance of the hotel is calming and relaxing. The outside is equally peaceful, quiet, and enjoyable. The bay is clean and blue, the sand is clean and raked daily to extend the comforting ambiance. I enjoyed swimming multiple times during the day without having to fight the waves of the sea. Daily visits of the heron and pelican on their usual perch made for nice pictures. Paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling equipment were available to us daily and private tours could be arranged. We visited a ceynote and the Mayan Ruins in Tulum but we were happy to be on the beach at Jashita. We enjoyed the food at the hotel. The courtesy breakfast, the fresh fish just caught and grilled and the beverages were excellent. I can't say enough about our experience at the Jashita Hotel. The relaxing, peaceful and quiet atmosphere was just what we were looking for. Thank You Jashita! Until next time! Mr. And Mrs. Swartz and family.
