They helped us arrange our 90min transfer with VIP Cancun Transportation (we had a hiccup when the driver locked our luggage in the running suv at the airport — they sent us ahead in another suv and brought the luggage as soon as they retrieved another set of keys).
When we arrived at Jashita, we knew we made the right choice. We found they had upgraded us to the superior plunge pool suite for our entire stay. Abi, Raphael, Tommaso, and the rest of the staff made sure we wanted for nothing! I wish I could remember all of their names to give everyone accolades!
The snorkeling (equipment is free for guests) in the Soliman Bay was unexpectedly good — I saw many tropical fish of all sizes. They also offer kayaks and SUPS for free, in addition to providing a beach bag and flip flops for every guest. Great touches. You can book any type of adventure excursion to the Cenotes, ruins, scuba diving, etc. We just grabbed a taxi to the Gran Cenote on our own because we wanted a quick trip. Definitely recommend a trip to one of the many Cenotes when down here!
The beach bar is great, and don’t miss the free Sangria hour daily at the rooftop pool. The rest of the hotel grounds are quiet (except for the birds, roosters, and other jungle wildlife sounds). Not a place if you’re looking for a party scene. It’s a true international guest, boutique hotel.
The restaurant Pandano was really one of our favorite parts of the resort.

My wife and I have been here 4 times already in the first 4 days of our trip and I must say this place is truly amazing. The food, the taste, the service, & the experience ALL an A++. HIGHLY recommend!

Great atmosphere for couples looking for a romantic meal with a view of the beach by candlelight. Live music added a soothing ambience of world melodies. Be aware: not cheap.

I love everything about Jashita Hotel! Impeccable service! I stayed in the waterfront deluxe suite 5 beautiful days. Complete luxury from from the complementary Molten Brown products to the beautiful beach front without seaweed! Every morning they cleaned the seaweed up! The hotels spa is on the waterfront, you can hear the sounds of the soft waves gently crashing the shore. You can kayak and swim in the beautiful clear water. I had great food and drinks served on the beach daily and in the evening ate deliciously served food and drinks at their waterfront Sahara Cafe. Turned down service nightly was a very nice treat! If you want romantic, upscale luxury on a beautiful beach, Jashita is where you need to be. I cannot wait to return!

Excellent cuisine, first-class meat courts, extremely pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant and bar, unbeatable view to the beach, a few meters from the sea, you can not ask for more to spend a few days in total tranquility.

We've been here many times. Do you want to know why? Because this place is awesome! Guiermo and his staff at the restaurant are simply the best at what they do.

After a month in Mexico and after having been pretty much everywhere, Jashita is a much well deserved Oasis of luxury and well being we deserved. We stayed in the Cleopatra Suite with a gorgeous view over the bay. The room was splendid and comfortable and with everything we needed. The staff was wonderful and always attentive. Their margaritas were awesome. The Sahara restaurant in the hotel is a must and we hate there all our meals during our stay and we loved it. We met the owner Clemente, who is an extraordinary person and made us feel at home. If you are ever in Tulum or plan to go to Tulum, this is the place to stay. We can't wait to go back!

We stayed one week here and everything was exceptionally good. Snorkeling in the bay next to the reef is fantastic and the equipment is for free.

Jashita is located on a wonderful private beachfront, with a fantastic, large reef to snorkel in. We really enjoyed the view, the pools and the beach setting. It is a much more discreet location compared to the stack of places to stay on Tulum beach. We also received an upgrade to the Cleopatra room on arrival, which gave us a top floor view and private pool. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in our room (and some other parts of the hotel) was very intermittent and often stopped working completely. Also, the showers are a little weak and sometimes there was warm water only. Finally, the restaurant seemed very pricey for the quality of food that we got and the service seemed a little 'patchy' at time (although all staff were very pleasant and friendly! ) — after the first night, we made sure we ate in Tulum beach/town before we returned to the Hotel.

My stay was 5 days in the penthouse and fabulous.

March 2016 — windy season: My Mom took me and my daughters (20 & 18 yrs old) here for my 50th birthday day. FABULOUS CHIC PEACEFUL RELAXING STAFF WAS HELPFUL, PERSONABLE, LOVELY, FOOD-WONDERFUL! IT WAS PERFECT! We were scheduled to be there 4 nights and go to another hotel another 3 nights. The other hotel was horrible, we came back to Jashita the same night that we checked out earlier that morning. We were blessed that they had a room awailable for the remaining 3 nights of our vacation. I think we would have slept in our rental car before we would have stayed in that other place. This is a small hotel — not for children. My daughters loved it. We relaxed, they snorkeled, paddled boarded, read book, napped, I walked the beach — my FAVORITE THING TO DO; and then we went shopping; sometimes at in or explored other restuarants. The rooms are wonderful! This is not a "resort" — hussle and bussle place. This is drinks and food/snacks on the beach; reading, light activities on the water — simple things and options of exploring Tulum ruins; or near by cities yourself. We rented a car which was great, but don't do it at the air port. I would feel very safe staying at Jashita Hotel on my own or another girls trip. Not getting from the airport on my own. Now I know the area of where I would want to go, I would be ok on my own with a gas in the car filled during the day. Feel free to PM me if I can give you any more info on the Jashita hotel.

How can I properly describe the experience at the Jashita Hotel! Heavenly is the word I used most often during my stay and upon my return home. My husband, 23 and 26 year old daughters, and I were in awe from the minute we arrived until the moment we sadly left. This was the vacation experience that I always wanted. Restaurant owner Clemente, and staff members Brenda, Laura, and Fernando were a large part of the our phenomenal visit. Huge smiles, impeccable service, terrific advice on local restaurants and best places to visit were just the beginning. All restaurant servers, maintenance staff and housekeeping staff were ready to accommodate our needs immediately and happily. As someone in the service industry I am very critical when it comes to service and Jashita's service was superb. The ambiance of the hotel is calming and relaxing. The outside is equally peaceful, quiet, and enjoyable. The bay is clean and blue, the sand is clean and raked daily to extend the comforting ambiance. I enjoyed swimming multiple times during the day without having to fight the waves of the sea. Daily visits of the heron and pelican on their usual perch made for nice pictures. Paddle boards, kayaks, and snorkeling equipment were available to us daily and private tours could be arranged. We visited a ceynote and the Mayan Ruins in Tulum but we were happy to be on the beach at Jashita. We enjoyed the food at the hotel.

We stopped at Jashita to visit friends on our way from Tulum and Playa del Carmen. It is exceptional. Incredible food, tranquil, boutique atmosphere and beautiful accommodations. We ended up ditching our Resort stay in playa del Carmen to stay the night with friends at Jashita and were not let down. The protected bay has incredible snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding, all free from the hotels secluded cove. We had late night pasta, a delicious breakfast and impeccable service. Fantastic time and highly recommended.

Wow what a nice place its realy cool the view on the ocean and the lounge athmosphere also realy good food in the restaurant and Wi-Fi also think one of the best places in that area and belive me for sure realy good food.

Spectacular!, we feel very comfortable and happy were a few days of deep connection with the beautiful place. We wish to continue caring for and preserving the environment to make it a true resting place in communion with nature.
The attention of Brenda; Martin, Rossel and in general everyone has always been very friendly and considerate. Congratulations is a beautiful place that invites us to return.
