Review of Jashita Hotel 4*

March 2016 — windy season: My Mom took me and my daughters (20 & 18 yrs old) here for my 50th birthday day. FABULOUS CHIC PEACEFUL RELAXING STAFF WAS HELPFUL, PERSONABLE, LOVELY, FOOD-WONDERFUL! IT WAS PERFECT! We were scheduled to be there 4 nights and go to another hotel another 3 nights. The other hotel was horrible, we came back to Jashita the same night that we checked out earlier that morning. We were blessed that they had a room awailable for the remaining 3 nights of our vacation. I think we would have slept in our rental car before we would have stayed in that other place. This is a small hotel — not for children. My daughters loved it. We relaxed, they snorkeled, paddled boarded, read book, napped, I walked the beach — my FAVORITE THING TO DO; and then we went shopping; sometimes at in or explored other restuarants. The rooms are wonderful! This is not a "resort" — hussle and bussle place. This is drinks and food/snacks on the beach; reading, light activities on the water — simple things and options of exploring Tulum ruins; or near by cities yourself. We rented a car which was great, but don't do it at the air port. I would feel very safe staying at Jashita Hotel on my own or another girls trip. Not getting from the airport on my own. Now I know the area of where I would want to go, I would be ok on my own with a gas in the car filled during the day. Feel free to PM me if I can give you any more info on the Jashita hotel. Girl's trip, couples, group of couples, but not a place for kids, teenagers or anyone that needs a lot of "activiities" for entertainment. Beautiful, peaceful, chic, FABULOUS! I will be going back here again!
