➜ It's a big department. Comfortable. Clean. Well ventilated with lots of light. Near the road. Very clean. Pool. Clean. Kitchen. With utensils. For cooking. Or warm up. Very good service. I recommend it widely.
➜ It says it is 500 meters from the center and is a lie, is 1, 5 kms from the center of Tulum. The rooms with cockroaches and management is carried by some Italian mobsters! They wanted to charge us €2800 for the month of December without any contract or guarantee! We had to leave at dawn without anyone finding out PQ wanted to charge us more! If they can scam you believe that they will! Not recommended, there are better hotels and closer above all!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were put in a very spacious bungalow. Although there was lots of room, there was no dresser, closet or storage of any kind. There was just a bed, a couch and a few small shelves. Because of this our luggage either had to stay in the bag or ended up on the couch. The room has a small air-conditioning unit so temperature wasn't an issue but the bungalow had no soundproofing so street noise outside the hotel was a bit of an issue. Walking or biking to the hotel is also difficult at night as it is down a dirt road just outside of Tulum with no street lights. All in all, we are happy with our stay. Especially for the price we paid.
