La Palmita is a gem — — great location, sunny, bright, clean and modern rooms and a staff that goes out of their way to make you feel at home. I booked my stay as part of a yoga retreat over the winter holidays. However, due to an undiagnosed foot injury, I was unable to participate in the yoga part of the holiday and ended up with a lot more time on my hands than anticipated. The proprietress went out of her way to make me comfortable, even waiting with me and translating at the health clinic one night (after she got off work) and recommending activities and sights appropriate for my sudden change in plans and I had a lovely week. The other staff and guests I met during my stay were equally as welcoming and accommodating. I am happy to highly recommend La Palmita Tulum.

Excellent place to stay in the heart of Tulum. Clean and spacious rooms feat. Nice balconies, very friendly service and comfortable beds make for a great vacation. Claudia and Alex are the best hosts one can ask for.
Parking out front and a nice yoga studio one block away — I would highly recommend La Palmita for your holidays.

Great staff and clean. Beds are a little hard and it is noisy because of the location close to everything downtown.

New building, beautiful and well-equip rooms in the best downtown location. You are literally steps away from bars, restaurants and the best coffee shops in Tulum and only a short bike or taxi ride to the beach! The staff was incredible, always available and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here while you are in Tulum!

These apartments are beautiful and clean and the people who run them are so lovely. The apartments are spacious and have balconies where you can sit and watch life go by, they are right in the centre of town, have all you need in them, and are very secure. They are walking distance to the best bars and there are food stands at night right outside. Claudia and Richard are always on hand to help in any way you need, and it has been one of my best rental experiences to stay here. I would wholeheartedly recommend this as a great place to stay!

Clean and ample studio apartment with a small but functional kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. The location is hard to beat if you're staying in town.

I loved staying here! Great view, clean, lots of space and Mimi is greatly accommodating. I was able to walk everywhere so easily, and I even got comfortable at a coffee shop while I was vacationing. It's surrounded by good food and fun places to go. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town. I loved it!
