Excellent service, service, facilities, cleanliness, comfort, widely recommended.

The hotel manager who’s name I do not recall was very helpful and accommodating. The area has lots of food choices nearby, the suites are very lovely with hammocks to lay on. Its definitely worth the stay.

Beautiful place, beautiful, beautiful, with an extremely quiet atmosphere for rest.

Outstanding food, gorgeous presentation, beautiful atmosphere. I wish we had found this gem when we arrived in Mexico two weeks ago. Eli took time to explain the dishes, the history behind the food, and the focus of the restaurant as they are still new and creating their brand. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a beautiful hotel in Tulum Pueblo. The grounds were gorgeous, great restaurant and service was amazing!

It is a lovely, quiet, lush, clean hotel with outstanding service and friendly people. It’s in the town of Tulum but access to the beach is available… food was really good too. And rooms are large and airy and you feel like you’re in a fabulous tree house. The 2 pools are an added plus. Highly recommend. And they are very reasonable.

My gf and I stayed for 3 days and it was wonderful! Great food and service and because we came during the slow season, little to no noise and the pool practically to ourselves. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable. They are also economically friendly, so that means the toilets aren’t as strong as as you would expect, and the shower pressure has something to be desired but the amenities and service is excellent. Tulum is easy to get around by walking or catching a taxi and with CoCo on the edge of town, walking downtown can feel adventurous. Highly recommend to anyone that’s interested in what town life is here in Tulum.

This was a great place to stay in Tulum. The rooms and grounds were beautiful. The beds have cool lights under them and are super comfy with nice sheets. The bathroom is huge and shower has lots of water pressure. The pool is great for cooling off and is great for relaxing. Breakfast is not included but we ordered some and it was very tasty. The staff speaks great English, is super friendly and helpful! The water out of the tap tastes bad (in all of Tulum I believe) so they offer jugs of filtered water for your convenience. There is free parking in their parking lot. The only downside is that it is a few blocks from the main part of Tulum but they offer free bikes which makes getting around a breeze. The only real issue I had was that they have 2 sister resorts directly on the beach but they say that you can only use those facilities if you spend like $20-25 USD cash-only per person; however that is true with every single place on the beach so what is the advantage of having it be a sister location? Luckily they did not seem to be actually be enforcing that stupid policy and just telling us that but it was still super annoying. Besides that this was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend!

We were excited for our stay at Coco Hacienda Tulum but we were blown away by this hotel! The staff was so nice, welcoming, and helpful! They were fully booked (all 17 rooms) but you would have never guessed it because of how peaceful it was on the grounds, which are like a tropical paradise. The rooms are amazing, well appointed and private. The restaurant/bar on-site is very good, though they do close early so we had to get a bottle of tequila for the room. It's located on a main Street and they give you access to bikes which makes for a perfect way to get around town! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Coco Hacienda is a beautiful boutique hotel! Located at the far end of downtown it is far enough removed from the noise of downtown but close enough to still walk of bike to restaurants and shopping. It’s also a breeze to catch a cab right out front if you want to head to the beach strip for more food, shopping and of course the beach. The restaurant at the hotel, Paloma is delicious and well priced! We opted for a Villa which was big and very private, however all the rooms are nice, I would just avoid the hacienda rooms that open to the patio because that’s where the dining is. This hotel is definitely the best value for your money in Tulum. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Coco Hacienda and I can’t rave enough about how amazing this boutique hotel is! From the beautiful and spacious rooms, to the delicious cuisine at the restaurant and the magical grounds… everything was incredible. The staff went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I celebrating 5 years. They were so attentive and kind to us. Mari, Eli, and Luis were a few of the people there who were so hospitable and made us feel like we were home away from home. Housekeeping was also awesome everything was perfectly clean and a pitcher of water was replenished every day. Thanks to them my boyfriend and I will always remember how incredibly special our 5 year celebration was and I will recommend everyone to stay here.
