Relaxing and beautiful hotel! Very well-kept! Friendly staff! We stayed here for our honeymoon. Was a Brilliant choice since it was adults only hotel. Pick this place if you want relaxing time in a quite place. Its not huge like some of resorts around here. Very quite at night. More like a romantic getaway kind of place. The Food at the restaurant is soo amazing. The rooms are FANTASTIC! in room Jacuzzi and well as one of the balcony with an amazing ocean view. Definitely recommend!

Food is amazing. Staff couldn't be more polite. Very unique and interesting place to call home for several days. Restaurant menu changes daily. Love the breakfast, and on Italian night I had perhaps the best lasagna I've ever had. Our regular server Paul was extremely friendly and helpful. Hot tubs and rooftop bar are great, and stay open until 2am. Blown away by the service and ambiance of this resort. Would absolutely love to return for another extended stay.

Wonderful small boutique property. Totally safe and secluded with a super friendly and helpful staff. Adults only so no screaming kids at pool. Great food and all this for far less than you would pay elsewhere.

This place is a 39 room Hotel. Every room is Ocean View very clean and large rooms. The restaurant is run by a chef and the food is very good. If you're looking for an all-you-can-eat buffet this is not the place. All meals are included in the all-inclusive but are ordered off of menu. They are remodeling the top floor and was kind of noisy at times but overall very satisfying stay. I probably wouldn't stay here more than 5 to 7 days in a row the food tends to be monotonous after that period of time. The infinity pool is very nice. And the crash of the ocean waves can be heard from every room. The beach in front of the hotel is non-existent. The ocean butts up against the infinity pool. There is adequate Beach on either side of the hotel with easy access. Overall a good stay and I would stay here again. And that's saying quite a bit this is my 18th trip to Mexico.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. We were disappointed that the nude area was not open, and there were a couple of room service instances that left something to desired, but otherwise, the service was great and everyone took great care of us.

Small, cosy, spacious and pleasant rooms, a la carte restaurant, ideal for a couple getaway.

For a 5 star hotel it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service and friendliness of the collaborators.
In the room that I touched, not served the whirlpool of the tub missing towels in the pool menu with little choice and very salty food.

We booked a 7 night stay over a US holiday week. When we got to the hotel we were told that there were not rooms available for us because of some repairs that were going on at the hotel. We pressed the manager to see the rooms that were under repair and he got very uneasy. We booked our room with points from our credit card and he mentioned that to us in the explanation as to why there were no rooms available. He said that on Tuesday the "construction would be finished" AKA the day after the holiday weekend. The manager rebooked our room to a hotel in the center of town that was 2 blocks from the beach and not all inclusive. Definitely not a 4.5 star as he claimed. I can't vouch for the accommodations, but don't expect 5 star treatment from the manager! We ended up booking at the Hilton Zilara hotel (which I highly recommend) just to get a some peace from the construction zone of the new hotel. I would not recommend that that anyone stay here unless your willing to risk the poor costumer service and the chance of being bumped for bogus reasons!

Me and my husband stayed at this resort for our honeymoon and it was AMAZING. The rooms are even better than the pictures, and they were cleaned everyday. The staff is so helpful and friendly, they fulfilled all our requests. The pool area was beautiful, especially with the open restaurant. Our favorite part was the rooftop hot tub, absolutely breathtaking up there. Just wish the rooftop bar was better. I asked for a few different drinks and they didn’t have anything. Also the food is amazing, besides dinner. Their breakfast and lunch menus have a lot to choose from but their dinner menu is lacking a lot. We booked the romantic dinner on the beach and it was wonderful! We chose the lobster tails and received 2 huge lobster tails EACH! We definitely recommend it for couples! We will definitely be back in the future.

It's a lousy place. The rooms if great very. But very lousy service and quality of everything. Mostly lousy food.

Excellent place all very well, the rooms very comfortable, the food very well, the attention is personalized, highly recommended to rest with comforts and good taste. The point is that it has no good beach, but I think it does not take away the merit of the rest.

Beautiful Hotel. Excellent service. Beautiful view. All perfect except for the restaurant lacks the season and are very small portions. Still 5 stars of how beautiful the place is. We will definitely go again next year!

We booked an all inclusive and after arriving they told us we had to pay for food and drinks. Room was nice but NO beach and poor service. They charged us $90 for a dinner for two. Be careful if you go here.

The facilities are very nice. And it is ideal for a getaway from a romantic weekend or to relax.

The place is very nice 100% just for afultos dependencies like very gourmet meals.
