We had a great time at the resort! Everyone seems relaxed and happy…. The staff, the star friends and especially the guests. The resort is beautiful with a wonderful pool and different restaurant options. The entertainment was a nice surprise…at the main pool and at the theater. Highly recommend!

It is a spectacular hotel we were last week we did not have an incredible time a unique experience we stayed in the building of Daniel concierge we supported us in everything we are very grateful for your attentions of Daniel thanks.

While we did experience a not so concierge experience; we did not let that ruin our stay. The rooms are wonderful, the food is fabulous and the atmosphere overall is wonderful.

They would have received 5 stars but their lack of information for all resorts literally cost us. My family and I have been at Lindo so far for 5 nights but our 4th night was a mess. Do not be fooled when booking and on arrival the information you receive. You do not have access to all resorts here. Wonderful place with amazing food and excellent service… definitely coming back!

We absolutely loved it there! I highly recommend this resort and would love to go back again! The staff is so friendly, it’s beautiful, restaurants are great, entertainment is amazing and lots to do! My 5 year old daughter will be talking about this trip for years to come, too! Thank you! 🏝❤️🍹

Our stay was fantastic, the people and the services where amazing. One of my favorite aspects was the gym and Luis (the gym trainer) who was helpful and very friendly.

It was an amazing experience first time ever in Riviera Maya, Starting with the best greeting staff, our concierge Stephany was super friendly and helpful, Yenny from the spa was also amazing such a great masseur for a full relaxing experience, The shows at the theater were also fun to watch as well as the guest service always ready to assist you with Santiago. Last but not least thankful to discover for the first time all that iberostar has to offer thanks to Frank definitely made be sure to come back and be a member.

This was our first trip to Iberostar Selection Paraíso Lindo and we thoroughly enjoyed the entire week. WWe'll definitely tell all our friends and family they should experience this great Resort.

Amazing family vacation! Our children 15, 11, and 9 loved it. The Star Camp was wonderful! The staff are so loving and kind. My son especially loved David! Edith does a fantastic job organizing the activities! We also had Rebeca and Hannia with our children. Safe, comfortable environment.

Our family spent a week here in July 2019. They have everything you could want available on site. Beautiful hotel and surroundings immaculately maintained beautiful beach water sports on site. The entertainment team are very approachable and work tirelessly to ensure you enjoy your stay. We have stayed at several different hotels in Mexico and this is one we would return.

The staff at Star Camp are very respectful, funny and cool. They entertain you a lot by going to the pool, making up shows, which kids can participate in. Also we baked pizza and went to the disco club which was a lot of fun! To summarize, you always have something to do and you are never bored. You go to many places or stay in the building and play other games there, like on the trampolines or on the consoles. Awesome place for children! Dan, Adelina and Max.

Great experience, staff, and service. Esteban at the beach is great. Alita at the beach is wonderful, and Jao at the check in was super nice. Try to go to the hibachi more than one night, it is worth it. Planning to come back again.

This was a near perfect vacation. Food, service, scenery, staff, shows and activities were all top notch! My son fell in love with May from the kids club lol. The only downside was that the rooms smell musty/mildewy? from constant water exposure (several pools/lazy river), and some of the shop employees are rude. That being said, we had an absolutely wonderful time and we will be back.

Beautiful resort. Really nice people. Buffets weren't that good. The restaurants were good. The entertainment was a little cheesey but fun. Did have an acrobat show that was great. The resort is big so the golf cart shuttles were necessary but sometimes hard to find. Overall a pleasant trip.

We had a great time in Mexico staying here at Iberostar. The food and drinks were never ending. The hospitality was over the top. And the rooms were fantastic. This was the 2nd time that we stayed at an Iberostar, and they didn't disappoint us again. Looking forward to our next trip at another Iberostar resort.

It is one of the best hotels all inclusive that I went to. The attention is fantastic, as well as the food and its variety. Offers different benefits, from activities during the day, shows at night, disco and entertainment for the children also. It is an excellent place to go to relax, desenchufarte and enjoy a full hotel. This is the first time that happens to me of wanting to stay in the hotel to take advantage of everything it offered. Would go without a doubt!

Excellent place to bring a family. Large enough to keep you entertained all week without leaving resort. Something for everyone — spa, shopping mall w all inclusive food and drink, casino, night club, gym, kids club, 2 very large pools, wave pool, lazy river, nice beach, bars and restaurants located through out, golf, nightly shows at 2 theaters and more.

Excellent facilities and rooms, friendly service, good food, although the menu is not very varied. The wait for the transportation inside the hotel can be time-consuming, more than 10 min. The reservations for the a la carte restaurants were impossible because in my stay of 5 days was not possible to book, everything was scheduled.

Rooms were beautiful. Wi-Fi was everywhere and strong. The food was very good and the pools were amazing (I only tried 5 of them). Shows were very good especially for the kids. Staff was unbelievable, friendly, helpful. The resort was extremely clean and well maintained.

I love this place. Just by looking at the resort grounds will make you fall in love with IBEROSTAR Resort. The staff is excellent, and the food is incredible. What else could you desire? They have limitless pools, more than I can count, and the grounds are family friendly. The staff offered us a lift at no cost. This is the resort of your dreams. Viva La Vida.

This was all inclusive and had nightly entertainment that was worth visiting and a great way to end the night. There wereany activities to keep the adults and children busy. The concierge was a great help when booking day excursions in the outlying areas. We had a fun and relaxing time. The weather was fabulous. The restaurants had a variety of food and we were able to eat at the sister resorts for a different flair. Whether here for a few days or a week… you will enjoy!

Beautiful grounds, not the most updated but for a quick visit it will do. Food is nice at some restaurants; the buffets offer a few tasty items, others are so-so. Drinks are strong but usually don't offer the high end stuff we get in the States. Still nice to relax. Love the pools, lazy rivers and the swim up bars. Lots of activities for all family members.

I would certainly choose this resort again for our wedding. The coordinator Jesus and his team were a well-oiled machine. They had everything down to a T and required very little input from me aside from song choices, shape of the cake, and location choice. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding while they managed time & events. The Mexican food at our reception was, per our guests, the best they had all week. The sound systems worked well and was easily heard even over the wind at the beach. My champagne glass never made it to empty the entire night as the servers were so attentive. The ceremony was lovely, and Jesus' team controlled everyone's entrance so that it was timed perfectly. For being on an open beach, it felt very private and there were no kids screaming or splashing in the vicinity. The photographer, Constance, was VERY skilled. Adventure photo clearly does many weddings each week and is very adept at finding the perfect location/angle/time for great shots. We are so pleased with how our photographs turned out. In fact, I cannot believe the number of good shots she got with only the two-hour package that we purchased. Our week at the resort was great — the beach was clean, the sand was soft, and the drinks were easily obtained. The weather was not great the week before our wedding, so we did not get to enjoy the water sports (which is the main reason, in our opinion, to chose this resort).

Excellent place to vacation with family, close to Playa del Carmen and Cancun airport, beautiful beaches and great naturalness, luxurious place, pleasant smells.

The location is amazing. It is a large resort with amenities that many other resorts lack. Service is the average for any Mexican resort.

Our family of 15 (8 adults and 7 grand kids) ages 11-18 had a great vacation at the Paraiso Lindo. We were their from Feb. 5-12. The food was great and the employees were very friendly. Of the employees, Alexandria a hostess working at the wave pool bar and Octavio one of the chefs at the buffet and steak house were the best! We booked 4 tours through Olympus tours and they were wonderful. The family enjoyed the Mayan Ruin, repelling, zip lining and water cave the best. One of the cleanest resorts we have been to. Definitely go back again. I know this seems like a commercial, but we really had a good time or just lucky.

This place was HORRIBLE & I would never go there again! My husband and I went to this resort for 8 days in December. From the moment we arrived we had everyone from the front desk, to the house keeping, to random staff calling or knocking at our door. The second day we were there we did not want to go and meet the Sunwing rep at the hotel because we were tireds and wanted to relax. We said we'd be there the next day. The excursion lady called out room 4 times, left a note hanging on our door. Not once did we say we were at all interested! The front desk told my husband that they offer a free tour of the resort property and ammenities, and would be given a breakfast at the Iberostar Grande. We said we did not want to buy anything and we were told we weren't being sold anything and would only take 1.5 hour. As a complimentary gift to us they would give my husband a round of golf and for myself a free massage at the spa. We go there and meet who we find out is the general sales manager. We eat breakfast and then were given a tour of the grounds. After the tour we were brought into an office where we were being cohursed into buying into the Iberostar Franchise. If we paid $37, 500 USD we would get 25% off any of the Iberostar Resorts. We told the salesman we weren't buying anything and this isn't what we signed up for. He then proceeded to call his boss who I called "The Shark".

Went to the magic show and it was really great! They had "Sebastian" from Argentina and he had all kinds of high end illusions, everything you'd find in Vegas minus the smoke and lasers.

The specialty restaurants turned out to be super delicious and gourmet style, all very elegant, service as always magnificent.

Excellent in facilities, the downside of its staff is that it focuses very much on the service of the foreign client discriminating against the national… Food and excellent facilities… Not very good drink.

The Iberostar Paraiso Lindo is easily of the best hotels in the Mayan Riviera that exist, all about this hotel is good, the facilities that are excellent and attractive for foreigners, clean always and there is always something to do, the restaurants are Wonderful with lots of food variety and the great pools as well always clean, the rooms are quite close to the beach to be a hotel of the Mayan Riviera, the beach is very good with great security, you can leave your belongings in the lounges without No worries, the rooms are very good for the price you pay, with daily cleaning and quite equipped for all daily necessities, with cable, etc. The disco pretty good always with good vibes and very nice looking and the best you can have in this hotel, the attention. The attention is just fantastic, all the friendly workers always greet and do anything for the guests, all trained, know how to speak multiple languages and will always help anyone who can no matter if you are a foreigner or not. The hotel is expensive, its shops are expensive but it is expected of a hotel like this, the only point "bad" is the medical attention that is not very good by the medical staff of the hotel, overpriced (150dlrs by consultation) and they just want to take you to a clinic in Cancun even by a scratch, other than that this hotel is a wonderful experience for any type of traveler who is in the Riviera.

It is an excellent family hotel how much with very comfortable and spacious rooms is located very close to Playa del Carmen and the attention is personalizes the cleanliness excellent congratulations wing Miss Bety.

Stayed at room 5047 right next to beach in November for my Wedding. Incredible staff, amazing beach. Weather was 25-28C the entire time. Highly recommended! Family and friends all agree and will come again! Jimena wedding coordinator was 5 STARS! Next time will take a room on 3rd floor for even better view.

Amazing place to visit. The staff treats you like a king and is always super pleasant. There area is always clean and always being serviced. Definitely recommend this place for a beach vacation!

Nice resort… Me and my girlfriend love the pool activities and the show from starfriends… They work so hard… The beach is amazing… We love Charlie from entertainment… he is fabulous and lovely with us… We come back for sure…

Beautiful resort located between 2 other iberostar resorts. One of the better locations as there are pools and activities end to end. We were given a free room upgrade to a suite on the top floor which was very nice. Food and drinks are good and the service is top notch. Lots of variety for food. Room service is great though understandably takes a little more time. The beach is very nice with soft white sand and lots of chairs. The water is great though the seaweed comes in waves (easy to avoid). This was our do nothing vacation and we decided to stay away from tourist activities. Just relax at the resort, go to the gym, and enjoy all the amenities. It's perfect!

A lot of vague, but hot & clear. Alcohol, perfect, food too. The pools, perfect temperature.
The only small problem, the buffet is always the same. Its would be fun to vary sometimes, & the French restaurant for us it went wrong, the meat not cooked. Ouash. We left, coming back to our room we had chocolates on our table, super cute, for that, it was very nice of them. And there is a lack of bar near the pool. The pool is very large, but there is only one bar inside, so it picks up a big tat around so no chance of going for a drink. Otherwise the hotel is impecable. Even the toilet paper smells like a baby powder. All smells great, the rooms are beautiful. The king bed is very comfortable. I who was afraid of falling on spiders (a phobia) I have not vuee at all during my week. & please give tip. They deserve it emplemant. All their tip is their income & life costs dearly down to them. I will stay there again. Every day I ecoeure my boyfriend to go back, the hotel is beautiful. For us we had taken everything included, we had access to everything, a very large room, the shower very large, the bed very comfortable, we had access to the club for free. The only thing we had to pay was the tip & our business.

The place looks great and the atmosphere is beautiful. Almost all the floor is made of marble. Throughout the hotel grounds you'll find different animals like turtles, iguanas, flamingos, swans. The hotel rooms are spacious I have a two queen bedroom and it could easily accommodate four. The bathroom is huge with a bathtub/shower. The service is great here all the servers are humble and willing to serve. If you do come please tip them they do really great work here.

Everything is available right from the start. The rooms are beautiful and fit the theme of Mexico. The service people are very kind and enthusiastic about their job. The food however, in their buffets need refreshing as it gets stale if eaten regularly.

It is one of the best hotels of the riviera maya is 100% recommended. Since it has the best services to keep you satisfied during your stay, something that most enjoy day-to-day was living together with the animation department, it should be noted Rodrigo, Diana, May, Aaron, Gaby, Joshua, Tony, Cristina, Moses, who made my holiday an unforgettable experience.

Overall, our experience was wonderful! It was extremely relaxing and peaceful, the resort was clean, food was great, and staff were all very friendly. I'm giving it 4 stars because the shows/entertainment could be improved. There was also an awkward time during the afternooon hours (11 and 4) that only 1 restaurant was open on one end of the resort. The day we arrived and departed was the only time this was an issue as we were hungry after our flight in, and when we tried to get lunch before departing. We barely caught the tail end of breakfast/lunch both times before the restaurants closed to reset for the next meal.

Honestly this place is a facade, for the money you pay you should be treated like royalty however the staff exemplifies the contrary. When me and my friend checked in, we were expecting our two queen bed reserved room however we were told that we would be given what was available, not what we reserved online. After this, we walk 10 minutes to our room on the third floor with no elevator in sweltering heat to find that our room hasn't been cleaned and was being worked on by the maid. After bickering with yet another employee about the room not being ready we were given another room next door that was two queen beds, and yet the front desk told us none were available so they obviously lied. After this we looked for an excursion and were told 2 different prices for the exact same trip and when I asked the employee why he wanted to overcharge me he said, "its a free country". I feel that this is more than enough to show that this place is not worth your dime, let alone your precious vacation time.

Great hotel in a huge 5 hotel complex. Stayed here for 2 weeks and never got bored through lack of things to do. Lots of different swimming pools, restaurants, snack bars, drinking outlets, shops and activities to keep us entertained during our stay. Good beach, friendly staff and well cooked variety of fresh food always available. Would thoroughly recommend.

The rooms here were nice and large. The grounds were cleaned everyday and looked flawless. The restaurants were pretty good but such random stuff and food did not have too much flavor. Pool bar was very nice and the beach was also clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again!

Complete trash. Honestly worst place I have ever been, the staff stole money from us, they made everything difficult, double booked our rooms, screwed up my brother's wedding, and the list goes on and on. Avoid this place if you bailie your time and money.
