Está más o menos bien ubicado, a unas 6 cuadras de playa. Las 8 habitaciones están bastante bien, con cocineta cada una; caben 3 personas en cada una de ellas, tiene alberca, aire acondicionado. Está muy a gusto.

We love this place… Clean, renovated and the staff is super friendly.

They only gave us a soap in four days. The jacuzzi could not be used because they had no plug. And there was no light in the place where the Jacuzzi is.

Not a good place at all plumbing is offer don't stay here it's location is good but nothing else most of the costomer service. Don't speak English for the American people you have to walk to the front desk for everything you might need no working phone in the room not much light in your room no lamps if need a nice go somewhere else.

Excelente ubicación, me encantó lo sencillo pero confortable, la atención amable, no hay estacionamiento pero es seguro dejar el carro justo afuera. Regresamos sin ninguna duda.

Cheap apartments on a quiet street. Near Hypermarket bus station. To the sea 30 minutes leisurely step.

Wonderful location within walking distance of the heart of Playa Del Carmen. A safe and friendly atmosphere with just the right amenities. Rooftop breakfast, helpful and knowledgeable staff, very clean and updated rooms, rooftop jumbo jacuzzi, private pool with lawn and chairs. Hotel Suite 24 is just a couple of blocks from the beach with VIP access to Indigo Beach Club which is a straight shot to the beach from the hotel. Affordable rooms make this an easy decision to make when I am here on business a couple times a month.

Digusting place and service. Bait and switch, then lie about rooms available. Spent 7 pre-paid nights @$32 each through Expedia. Ad waa for a a big Studio with balcony, pool view. I was put in back corner with no view and windows that open to a loud family and restauran/bar. When I went back to very unfriendly desk guy I was told that's all we have. Fortunately during a shower 20 mins Later, had just traveled 14hrs door to door, a pipe burst and flooded the whole apartment including clothes left on floor… Hot water problem too. Took plumbing group 4 days of work to get room open again. However, magically the room I paid for became available. It was "cleaned but not clean. See pics. Curtains in every room were 8inches to a foot to small so light came in from everywhere. Like sleeping under a spotlight. I carry big plastic badges and sanitary wipes for places like these. Bed had sheets which were never changed but no blanket. I snuck back to flooded room and grabbed one. I then wiped down every surface in Studio with wipes, especially in bathroom and kitchen. Was given two towels. One clean one arrived during my stay. Hotel looks great. Stayed nearby at another bait and switch call Casa Fausta for two weeks in July. Neighborhood is terrific and I visited Hotel 24. Liked the lobby and people eating modest continental breakfast seemed happy… However like a cupcake that looks so good in the case, 24 was disgusting when out got inside. DON'T BELIEVE their website pics.

Only worth the money due to last minute 50 % discount. Not enough plates, cups. Not possible to wash dishes. Advertised jacuzzi/bath not clean. No intended for children but was not made clear when I booked.

Un lugar muy bonito y limpió, ideal para ir en pareja, muy íntimo y cerca de playa, la relación costo beneficio es la excelente, una verdadera alternativa para hacer vacaciones en esta zona.

It is simple, but very comfortable and economical.

Clean cheap and great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are trying to rent a bike you can do it at this hotel.

Nice place but not worth the money, I payed more then 50$ stayed for 2 days, small room not comfortable at all, the shower is not in good condition, also when I want to check out I was late for 2 hours and they want to charge me for one more day, after I told them no… it's 2 hours they say ok.

Great value for money. Hot water and clean rooms. Goos Wi-Fi. Not so close to the center though.

The hotel was alright, but we encountered four main issues: 1. The room didn't have any hot water, we mentioned it to them and they said that the boiler in our room was broken. It sounded like they already knew about it when they assigned us the room. They didn't offer to give us another room, we didn't insist… 2. It is relatively far away from the main board walk. We are totally fine with walking, but for anyone who doesn't like walking distances then I wouldn't recommend. 3. When it came time to pay they told us that they machine to take cards wasn't working. We didn't have any cash. They left it to us to solve it. We didn't want to take cash out because of the fees, and we told them that when we made the reservation we doubled checked we would be able to pay by card. In the end we had to wait until late night to pay as their Wi-Fi was better then and the machine worked with Wi-Fi. 4. Wifi is absolutely terrible. Overall would not recommend, and would not go back there.

I strongly urge you not to go to this hotel. I was two weeks ago and I had to leave the following day; The deal at the front desk was of grief. There was no lift to go up the suitcases and at no time did they help us up all the luggage we wore. When we got to the room we were surprised by the bad smell of hunedad, dust on the furniture and a dirty bathroom.
The air conditioner did not have a water outlet, so they had a bucket placed under the air machine so that the water would fall from the ceiling. All this by the bed. The bathroom had leaks from the upper bathroom, causing foul leaks in the shower. When I came down to complain at the front desk I was not given another room, limiting to say that as much we would be paid the amount of it on the card with which it was reserved. We've got five calls asking you to do it and return the money. They're thieves.
Please, I insist you do not stay at this hotel. We went to another and everything was great and fantastic.
This same thing we have commented with other people who coincidentally also have stayed in this hotel and the opinion is the same.

Leaks in the room and in the bathroom, smell of humidity in all the hotel rooms as we were going with friends and checked in their rooms, paint stains in the bathroom, mop bucket collecting the water that fell from the air conditioner by the bed as it had no outlet for the water (we literally had a cataract coming out of the machine all night), also the fan and the light in the bed area did not work. The pool was so small that not two adults could bathe at the same time. Even the Wi-Fi was broken and could only be used at the hotel reception. We complained and refused to change rooms and return the money. They were rude and changed from hotel, the next night we spent at the Fantastic Hotel Be beach located within walking distance. The worst thing is that the hotel was newly opened or so the Italian boy and his rude boss told us the next morning. I won't mess with the bad décor of the room. No one goes because it's the worst place on Playa del Carmen. August 2016.

This hotel was perfect for us it has all that we need and more great concierge service, price and location the best option for enjoy Playa we book on facebook and everything was all we expected and more.
