If this nice and central PEROO there is no cleaning the super apathetic staff me. I stayed 4 nights and had to go to request that they clean my room. I don't recommend 👎👎👎 it they only did it once.

Excellent hotel. Take it easy. Almost all-over coconut bongo behind fifth av. The only thing is that it has a small parking lot but the parking meters of the city are quiet in the surrounding blocks.

Excellent location good customer service we were packed for a tour what we would do and we picked it up after 6pm without problem the rooms are clean and spacious we were concerned about the noise because there are many nightclubs nearby but finally everything was very quiet.

One day he smelled of drainage in the hallways and even one day he smelled the whole room. But it is very well located. Meets your goal.

Of the worst services I have ever touched! Arrogant, slow and grumpy… the place very dirty, an ordeal to get towels… all bad Nothing advisable.

Excellent location (two blocks from the station alternates ADO, a block from the famous 5th avenue and 2 blocks from the beach), excellent service and treatment from all that work. The only but I have is that when I make my reservation Best Day, he said that the beach club was free of charge; because when one comes, they say that the fee is $450 pesos per person. Excellent value for money, location and quality.

Perfect for what was paid, clean, central, is 20 meters from Coco Bongo and one block from 5th Avenue, in addition to having two ADO terminals (2 blocks and 5 blocks). Of noise and I can't complain, I didn't hear anything.

Stayed in the master by the pool and it was pretty good. The staff is very friendly and the location is perfect! The only reason they don’t get five stars is that the room smelled bad — enough that we had to go buy an air freshener and leave it in the bathroom the whole time.

Nice and good customer service. The bad thing is that you have a venue that shares the building with the help of music to god most high volume until 7 in the morning. Impossible to sleep in the front rooms. Very bad pressure of water, we were without cold water several times. The rest in terms of care and excellent service. The balcony cannot be accessed because the smell of fried stinks throughout the day.

I was hosted for several days in this beautiful hotel. Ecxelente at all. Room spacious, good bed, clean. The attentive staff in the whole occasion. Very well located, downtown, one block from the 5th. Avenue. Has all around. What I especially recommend, come back.

Nice hacienda with very clean pool. Colorful building just like the rooms, C is done with taste C is warm. The staff is not harassing, it's the least we can say. The first time I came to ask permission to order a drink and drink it by the pool, I had time to tan before I was approached. I love Mexico for this nonchalantness.

Really interesting hotel room — nice staff too. Only downside is the floor of the room is sandy which is part of the charm but can lead to you tracking sand into bed with you!

The rooms are good. The hotel architecture is like a mexican hacienda. The pool is clean and the water is fresh. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is very good located, just a few minutes walk from anything. The also offer free parking but limited to 6 cars. If you get late there is a discount location very near.

The service is good, they keep the rooms clean, is affordable and the only drawback is the Wi-Fi, which sometimes fails. Its location is favorable, is very accessible and close to everything! Recommended.

Simple but very beautiful hotel. We only stayed one night here. They have a pool. They have cable, lots of channels! Very close to 5th avenue where you can do lots of shopping! Close to a Starbucks and the beach.

Nice and clean room in typical decor. In the middle of all the happenings, close to the beach, clubs, bus station, collectivo pickup… Definitely recommend for it's perfect location.

Rude staff, clearly not concerned about customer service. BTW don't even bother booking online, they wont update their website so it will let you book even though they don't have rooms available, as they said "you run the risk of booking a room that is not actually available and loosing your money".

Cozy and clean little hotel. Has a small swimming pool. The staff is nice and always have a smile for u. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed is really good. But the best thing of this hotel is its location… Near the world famous disco Coco Bongo (just 20 meters away), 5th Avenue, all the malls and premium stores, the beach… And in a non expensive accommodation… A winning combination!

I have just stayed 7 nights in this hotel, has enough to make your stay comfortable, new beds, cable, A/C and very clean rooms, very friendly reception people and more Leonardo, has a very comfortable pool to spend a warm afternoon, excellent location… the only thing I didn't like was that the curtains are very thin and don't cover the sun, it's the only thing from there to more I highly recommend it.

Nice quaint hotel, reasonably priced in a great area. The couple negative things about this place are that there are only 6 parking spots. Not nearly enough for everyone. And the hot water really does get hot, it just takes literally 10 minutes to do so.

The room, the shower and the TVs are old and small, it has fan to the ceiling, air conditioning, and minibar. The rooms are clean.
It has a small pool of warm water (clean), lounge chairs free of charge.
The staff is attentive, the parking availability.
If you are looking for is sleep, shower and be close to the nightlife of 12th Street and 5th Avenue (Coco-Bongo, La Vaquita, Blue Parrot, Mandala, Salsa, playa Mamitas, etc, this hotel is the best choice. )

Honestly, the hotel is crap! the location if that is okay, but the rooms are very dodgy. You are treated as if a thief already q not leave you out of the hotel while they review everything to see if you've not stolen something. Give you Wi-Fi tags and there is no connection in the room or in any part of the premises of the hotel, so q you deceive. When you arrive you get a ridiculous wrist to login as guests of the hotel and you have q be throughout your stay with that awful bracelet on the arm. Baths very aprietados, shower is the worst thing, so that if someone think that this good price, to my I found an assault armed by the poor quality of service they offer.

Hotel is located on the side of the cocobongo and the banamamex between the 12 and 10.
