Care! Thieves! We were staying at the hotel. And they stole our wallet with all the cards in the room. Not only did they steal the cash, they also used the cards to make 4 simultaneous purchases in the adjacent supermarkets! Don't go!

This hotel offers excellent express-hosting services. It's a pretty good business concept. Located in strategic places in the main cities of the country. It is a good option if your trip is business.

Very nice Hotel If you don't mind going down to ask for towels and have patience at breakfast. I had read it in comments from other passengers and it is real. I was January and February 2018.

Very good place to travel with family, is very comfortable, has basic services of kitchen and refrigerator, glasses and cutlery, a small sofa and Desayunandor bar, the hotel has ample parking, swimming pool and gym.

Hotel limpio y bonito. Luce nuevo, tiene una alberca pequeña que no usé que comparte con City Express amarillo. La habitación es limpia y muy espaciosa, cuenta con cocineta y trastes para comer y cocinar, muy útil para preparar tu propia comida y ahorrar gastos. Tiene una maquina de hielos, ideal para rellenar una hielera portátil. Este hotel cuenta con convenio en un par de clubes de playa, con una tarifa preferencial. Las personas que hacen el aseo son muy amables. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio aunque algo limitado. Está sobre la carretera principal Cancun-playa del carmen. Súper cerca de xcaret. En general muy bien. Si regresaría. Saludos.

Good hotel to rest and enjoy everything that Playa del Carmen and its surroundings have to offer by the way very friendly all their staff.

The hotel it's nice, and the prices were good, however there was no hot water in the shower.

El aire acondicionado se apagó en varias ocasiones, se llamó varias veces a recepción para varios temas pero tardaban mucho en responder a las peticiones. El desayuno fue insuficiente y no cubría la cantidad de huéspedes. No están listos para cubrir una temporada alta.

Good location, smal bud clean room, not expensive.

Poor service at the reception. Very slow and some of the receptionists do not respect the order of customer arrival on providing attention and service. They even prefer to finish chatting wit their colleagues than attending to customer. Wifi signal in the room I stayed was very weak and often got disconnected or no signal all together. Space for breakfast is small for the number of guests. Some guests either had to eat standing or opted for coming back later. Besides, the two staff preparing and serving were clearly insufficient to cope with the high volume, leading to below standard quality service.

I have to start by saying that I was hesitant about booking into this hotel. But, go for it. Is super clean, personnel very polite, you have a kitchenette with a dishwasher. Our room was always impeccable and freshly cleaned when we came back every evening. It is not a resort but it is cleaner than one… it has a breakfast room, pool, laundry and computers in the lobby for guests. As I said, if you are expecting resort amenities you won't find them here, since we were always out, we didn't care about it. Prices are very reasonable. Last minute booking went smooth, no problems at all.
