Never been so dissatisfied and disappointed in my life! Just checked in and there’s a breakfast in the room. This is ridiculous! Nothing like the photos posted here … just a comparison of the photo posted by the hotel and the breakfast available at the hotel.

I have been coming here for years! Absolutely love it! Best view on the island. Reasonable rates and secluded but has security! I highly recommend!

A place with a great location, IMPORTANT so that they do not be surprised you have to leave 2000 pesos for lock keys towels for the beach and the keys to your room, that is given in cash and you return it at the end, another thing is that the staff leaves something to be desired as they are unfriendly, outside of that it is a good place to stay and get to know the beach.

The location is good, very close to playa northe. The property has access to a beach but it is not beautiful, and above all it has seaweed. You must then walk to playa northe where you can rent sunbeds. The rooms are quite large and all in all clean, decent bathroom. Very poor breakfast and the staff is rude. Poor Wi-Fi only works in reception.

The view is amazing, especially from one of the rooms with a jacuzzi tub or from the pool, and the rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. The hotel can help you arrange whale shark snorkeling or fishing tours, and the boat crews they use (Keen) are excellent. It's on an island, so don't be surprised if things run slow, the Wi-Fi doesn't always work, or the power goes out and it takes them a few hours to get the generator running. There are cats and dogs running around. But you wanted to experience Mexico, right?

It is a good choice to stay on island women. It is practically next to the north beach, which is the most beautiful on the island and you can also walk to the pedestrian street where all the restaurants are. The rooms are ok, they are clean, the staff is very friendly. The pool is very well located as you owe the sea from there. The breakfast included is just coffee, fruit and cereal. The only thing is that when you hire by some agency you have to look good because when you arrive you are told that there is an extra charge like $500 more. And so if it's lousy that all the signs are in English, as if all your guests were foreigners.

Comfortable for small hotet but not Holiday inn Express. Internet only in lobby making it difficult to work. It is quiet, but a few blocks to restaurants and shop, golf cart rentals, beach, sunset, etc.

This place is awesome! the view is amazing! We swam in the pool twice a day because of the surrounding beauty! rooms are big, and comfortable.

Excellent and friendly staff, great location, far enough off the beaten path to feel secluded, yet close enough to everything to be convenient. My room, # (I can't tell you because I want to book it for my next visit) afforded me remarkably beautiful sunrises and a very welcome, continuous, tropical breeze on the balcony.

Nice clean Although you have Wi-Fi in the room I could never connect no elevator lift the suitcases three floors per stair is not good.
Breakfast is acceptable and has a beautiful view from the room.
If you don't mind climbing stairs This is a good option.

We really liked this small hotel on a bay not far from Playa Norte. It is idyllic facing the bay, the small pool is completely sufficient to cool down. Our room had a small terrace, even beyond the pool. There were loungers and umbrellas & beach beds (unfortunately a bit well located) available to a sufficient extent. WENN had the pool bar on, then the barman was at pains … We didn't try the complementary breakfast there. Looked okay though. Wi-Fi was fine, too. Walking distance to Downtown and Playa Norte. Parking ahead. Located quietly away from the road and the typical crash on the Isla Mujeres. Our room was clean and very functional with a refrigerator
Just as we expected. From the ferry terminal we paid about 50 pesos for a taxi, well … The hotel is recommended …

Fantastic rooms, staff are lovely, almost a private beach and the new pool and hot tub upgrades are great. The hotel is very secluded yet you can get to town and busy areas in 5 minites. Highly recommended! Room 13 and 16 are the best they have.

Nice Hotel with a good view out the back. Unfortunately, it's not possible to go swimming at the Hotel Beach, as it's mostly rocks. The bed in our room was huge and comfortable.

The beautiful beaches of this area invite you to sunbathe and sea. Most visitors are Europeans or Canadians who enjoy the weather and the view.

Love the location. Just off the beaten path, but close to everything. Great views, quaint rooms, nice staff, fantastic pool, its own beach, what else do you need in paradise?

It was almost like being on the Pacific ocean … the private beach surrounded by rocks. The hotel is quaint and comfortable. The pool is on the beach. The beds were excellent. I slept like a baby. And I had a beautiful view of the beach… thanks Jack Tours for finding us this little gem.

On an unreasonable and humiliating level We received the room late from the cliff. Nothing seems to them to be okay and logical Very poor breakfast! Bread, jam, honey and fruit There is no internet in the rooms. In fact there is only a lobby A very dirty pool as well as the sea The landscape supposedly claimed to be a garden overlooking the solar water heaters There is a blockage in the shower and the water barely goes down In the reception there is no staff, no computer, they always disappear into the room in the back and after a few minutes they return Do not know English Too bad the hotel has potential.

They dont know english. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. Check in at 16:00 O'clock.

Customer service was no Bueno. They had construction going on. In one of the units across from our room. When asked the front desk agent responded "what construction? " As if we were fabricating the fact that someone was banging a hammer at all hours of the day.
