Just terrible! The service is the worst, nobody cares about the rules here,

Always an excellent stay at this hidden gem of the world. Tranquil and yet a step back in time. Excellent Pizza at the Restaurant below also.

The attention was indifferent, there is no TV, no blankets, not even a bottle of water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Your mattress loves you and the attention of the staff excellent location perfect.

I fell in love with the beautiful room overlooking the sea. Great location. Very quiet atmosphere.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Rooms are comfy and spacious enough. Bathroom was ok, more water pressure from the shower would have been better but OK tho. Hammock on the balcony is a great idea. Pool is small and never seen anybody inside. Location is just a few steps away from the beach and the center! Would definitely recommend!

Small Hotel. The location was excellent and the staff were very nice.

Clean, beautiful, it makes me a little bit small for the price that is high, I loved the soap and the shampoo, again, for the price if you lack.

Excellent pizzas, good atmosphere, I recommend the Lobster pizza. The attention is the best, on weekends you are attended by Raul and his wife with an unparalleled kindness. Definitely a place to come back every time there is opportunity!

Excellent location. Between the beach and the center. The very nice room. (don't have tv) and there is a small stove, something q I do not understand q and there are no pans. Out best microwave. Bar fridge excellent. The room q me. I play has. A terrace miy nice.

Good ambientation, dinner was a little overpriced but pretty good.

All right, the only thing missing or what I see that could be better is the pool since as is the restaurant does not let the sun hit the water and it takes to warm.

Excellent place I think is the best of Holbox, as his person is a sweet, very attentive and always ready to help you the food more than rich. Great truth.

The food is very rich and have good cocktails. The service can be a little slow. It has a terrace with nice view and the place quite cozy. It is reasonably priced if you consider the quality of their food.

A very nice hotelito. Spacious rooms with a hammock on the terrace. There's also roof access for sunset/sunrise gazing. On the downside the courtyard with the pool feels a bit crammed and there's not much of a sea view from the terrace.

Swimming pool, mini apartment, with cooking facilities, Latvian big, soft, hammock to relax just outside the room. To this should be added to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. It starts from 1500 pesos a night.

Room was small, clean, and serviceable. It's loud… lots of city noise while it lasts, and you can hear the bar downstairs quite clearly at 1am.

Great pizza and massive cocktails. I don't recommend sitting outside in this part of town without lots of bug spray. That said, I'll definitely repeat.

The location is excellent. All in all very good.

The room in which we stayed (No. 7) it was perfect. It is the only one with a view of the sea from the hotel. The bed is delicious, facilities are very clean and cared for. A block and a half from the beach and the center. Highly recommended. The only bad thing: it failed the electricity and there was no air conditioning on ALL night.

Excellent personal attention from its owner and the pizza Nutella with strawberries and walnuts, delicious. The decoration of the place inspires a quiet environment to spend a pleasant time enjoying a good dinner.

The place and the atmosphere is fabulous. The Pizza Lobster is a delight and the most economic of the Island, includes two glasses of wine. The personalized attention and friendly Raul Osorio is a excellent detail, as it serves the tables and hand out flyers promotional on the beach the same.

Great place to grab a bite, the lobster pizza is a must.

Is super well located a block from the beach and the central square. The rooms are comfortable but very austere and the bathroom more, you are missing a towel for hands and bath amenities. The regular service nothing exceptional.
