The truth is that I think a hotel on the road is better. Lousy facilities, Very poorly behaved reception people. I don't come back for free. That's why the hotel is so empty. That's not even half a star.

I had a great time. I rented a condo for 5 days with my wife and my 3 year old daughter. It was really cheap and you get what you played for. The location was great. It has a restaurant that we didn't visit but I didn't see many happy customers. The pool bar and the beach snack bar came in handy. All in all it was good and worth it if you are planning to visit xcaret and Islam mujeres. They are day trips that are expensive so being out and about all day and paying a extremely expensive hotel is not worth it.

Excellent service! We were from 14/04/2018 to 26/03/2018 and had an amazing stay!
In value for money the hotel provides excellent service! Wi-Fi in the lobby area and free pool p all!
The spotless and large rooms every day changed towels/towels/sheets.
Those who work there, are super helpful, they serve you as if we were kings.
The restaurant, excellent and a lot of variety. Every day you cook differently.
Super clean, all day people cleaning everywhere.
If I come back without a doubt I will go to SolyMar

We stayed on the condos side and was very happy. Although the hotel side treat you like a disease if you're on that side and ask any questions, the rooms are better though on the Condo side. Miguel the Bellman was excellent!

The price-service ratio is very good.
It is a simple hotel but with very good attention, good food and sea view.
A very good option for an average budget in Cancun.

The best beachfront condos in town.

It is an old hotel, lots of stairs, 1 sensor for the hotel, in 10 days it worked 7. The food is always the same, there is no beef. The beds are old, mattress to feel the springs. To have a chaise lounge on the beach you have to get up 6 am and save it. A disaster is not recommended.

It is divided into 2 parts hotel and condo. I am in condo is spacious the apartment has an amazing view to the sea you can use it all. Although it is not the largest or the newest meets all expectations. It has parking, it is not far from the center where it is moved to the night. I rent car but there are constant bus lines from the door. Come and go.

A good obvious place is not hotel of 5 but for me it is very well rooms with sea view comfortable spacious functional pool access to beach yes I would return.

Very cute place, a minute's walk from the beach, with the ease of having a kitchen if one wants to prepare something and not spend so much eating out. So there are a miniservice less than 3 blocks away where you stock up. Very comfortable. If you would return!

The hotel this divides into two (the Condominio) beach apartment that C is the back of the hotel and Solymar which is in front and overlooks the sea infact these are two hotels but the same it does not have to reserve a beach apartment because this is the scam it's V Etter dirty and would say rooms of the favelas in Brazil the linens of the beds are even dirty and bloodstains have to even find and me mallereusement I was a beach with my family for the Reveillon the Geret C is a small big Mexican very mafia and you put or He wants I yell with after have we give something a can better, but not in relation to what I have pay and it was not give, they apologize not even and give you no compensation to avoid absolutely! C is rotten it's old!

Nice clean condos away from the hubbub of central Cancun. Beautiful beach access. No insulation so bring ear plugs.

The beach is beautiful! Restaurant Carisimo. 20 dollars per person and little variety. It's not good. Moreover, they take the value of the dollar very low, so it makes it even more expensive. This is a fairly old building. It is very clean, good atmosphere. There's a Oxxo shop a few blocks away. Recommend.

It is a large and nice place with good care, the rental prices are not very expensive 120 dollars a night I stay with my family are four good bathroom, kitchen, fridge and do not charge the parking in case you rent a car.

The restaurant is not good. But that's what they have. It takes away your hunger. The pool and the beach quite comfortable.

Lousy. No maintenance in the rooms, no more doors to the bathroom and shower, had no lock the balcony door, had a arillo that had to put, breakfast every day the same, make a lot of distinction in the guests of all paid that although they We pay with a lot of anticipation the total when you arrive the drinks only Pepsi, seven and drinks brand X and the ones that do not carry all inclusive have preference of treatment and have more refreshments to buy. Employees always bad with very bad deal. Lousy the only thing worth it is the beach and that's not theirs. No. I recommend it.

I felt ripped off. They show the photos with swimming pool. Without any notice when the pools arrived they were in repair. I had q pass me from hotel. Staff with little warmth.

A good hotel with a very good view of the sea. Their fraction of beach is wide (more than other hotels more expensive) and is not "public". The food is very good and is served for fourteen hours. The bar is located to one side of its 'reopened' pool. It features a restaurant-bar and snacks on the beach. Perhaps what could be improved is your air conditioning system, which is very temperate in the room and its costs, which are in dollars (which is punishable). A place four stars very nice and even rustic, option if you do not want to spend a millonada in the hotels nearby.

I don't know where all the good comments come from but this is a rundown place with no services and totally rundown. Don't waist your time and money.

The service it's awesome, love the hospitality.

The condos share the hotel facilities so you get access to the pool, pool side bar, beach bar, beach with sun loungers and parasol, and the buffet restaurant. There is a massage service on the beach (independent of the resort) for $40/hour which proved to be very popular. We stayed here for 4 days and had a nice relaxing time on the white sands and turquoise sea.

Book from Solymar condos for better price and service. Solymar is a bit dated and good for those on budget. Its not a top tier resort, but it's great. Plumbing is strange, as our toilet had over flown, aside from this, everything else is great. It's toward the end of the of the hotel zone, so crowds are practically none. Beach, beautiful. Cancun, inexpensive and amazing.

A beautiful, budget friendly paradise!

Best to stay in a condo / villa here… Great stay with the family! Pool & restaurant is a little run down, but food was affordable & terrific! Our villa had 3 levels & 3 bedrooms to stretch out and relax! Best hospitality in the world! They lined up tours, picked us up & dropped us off @ the airport, you name it! We hopped on the bus which stopped at our place every 10 mins ~ fun cultural experience & no need for taxi! The best part were all the amazing turtles that marched onto our beach every night — just off our patio! (July 28th) Follow rules here = no flash photography or spooking the turtles!
