Excellent place to stay a little diamond in the ruff, for the price. Very clean and nice view of lagoon and pool would highly recommend this place, it’s safe and close to shopping centers and resturaunts. We will definitely return here. Luis Fraga from California.

Great place to stay, away from big hotels in Hotel Zone. One down side to rooms is air conditioning only in bedroom. Nice pool, friendly and attentive staff. Restaurant food is okay but not great. Drinks however were very good.

What a beautiful place. Great staff, except the guy at the front desk who hustled me out of 60 bucks.

The staff here are really friendly and helpful. They also really know the area so the recommendations they give are really helpful.

Really nice place! We got a junior suite with a balcony on the lagoon. The price was right for what it is and the equipment was perfect. We would have liked a bottle of water though. The place is very clean and dry calm, the swimming pool is nice too. I would not recommend this place, away from everything but a short walk away to everything. Calm but not lost. However the breakfast could really be improved. First time someone tells me that the water is not included in the price for the breakfast, and that I should pay extra for it. If you can, just skip the breakfast, it's nonesense.

I was in Sina Suites, a very nice place, free of hustle, spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent view, however I suggest to place a water bottle service in room, if there is water from Garrafon in adimistracion, but no glasses (? ), TV Service It's not complete,. For the rest I liked.

We are staying in a junior suite. It is very large. The room is clean and nicely decorated. The grounds are beautiful. The restaurant is reasonably priced and very good service.

Excellent Safe Place! Away from loud nightlife area but only a 10-15 minute walk to the main area if you would like to party and taxis readily available! Clean and spacious room, great food,, and lovely staff!

Was an okay room. Hotel located in not unsafe but strange location. The suite itself was pretty large but didn't have things like hair dryer. Also didn't have bottled water.

Wonderful and picturesque. Great and friendly manager and staff. Peaceful, clean, tropical Paradise. Off the usual Cancun path, but still very convenient to everything. Will stay again.

Good location. Poor breakfast although they say they offer American breakfast it is actually continental.

The hotel was very nice. The pool was beautiful, it looked out over the lagoon, with the restaurant either inside or out in the patio. The suite was clean, nice looking, and it had a kitchen. The one draw back is that the kitchen and dining area was not air conditioned. Only the bedroom was air conditioned. Beds were comfortable. They say give you a Continental breakfast with each night stay.

Located at the lagoon, not too far to next bus stop and party (coco bongo 10 minutes walk). Rooms are big and looks really good. Always clean. Stuff is really nice and helps in any situation. Just the Wi-Fi it's a little bit slow.

The hotel is in very good location of hotelzone the staff is very gentle and really cooperated the only thing that I didn't like is no Wi-Fi in the rooms but the rest it's really nice.

Don't not go there. Beds are dirty found hair in the bed sheets and first night got my passport and ID stolen.

Beautiful view, lovely restaurant staff! However, the lobby staff are rude and not welcoming! The cleaning lady will steal anything she likes so lock your bags up in the storage! Yes, she actually stole my shorts and no one was surprised once I reported it! Hmmm telling. Make sure they know when you will be back or else you will not be able to get your things out of the storage because of poor lobby management! 20 minutes away from the tourist attractions.

What a beautiful little secret, loved every day there, just close enough to everything you need but has it all if you just want to relax.

I ended up staying at Sina from March 9th-March 16th. The head of the hotel Jesus was amazing! He helped us booked multiple tours and also gave us suggestions on what to do while we were there. He was extremely helpful in getting us a second room in a day notice with our flight being cancelled and having to stay there two extra days! The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were spacious and cleaned on a daily. It is the perfect distance from the bus stop and various restaurants and clubs. I'd definitely go back!

It seems to me that to be completely satisfactory experience are needed mosquito nets and some kind of element that remove or expel the insect to enjoy the stay in the suite.

Very comfortable, a little private suites but want to be in the hotel zone. You have very nice view to lagoon.

Its good for the price. We stayed in the junior suite which includes a living room area, 2 restrooms, bedroom with 2 beds and a kitchen area but no stove just a sink, dishes and a large fridge. Pretty simple but good. It is a little hidden and you do have to do some walking but overall our stay here was good. Also. It has a balcony but the door to it does not lock but theres a think wooded stick that u place right behind the sliding glass door and it will secure the door from opening.

Sincerely a very nice, pleasant ♥where you spend a very good stay in cancun if you want to be a little escondido difruten.

Jesus the hotel manager was lovely and very knowledgeable, along with all the other staff. Pool was lovely. We had the junior suite which was a real luxury. Hotel is great for location, took us about 15 mins to walk into the main bit if we didn't want to catch the bus which was great. Nice and quiet.
