Very good bed, the weather is great, staff friendly, firm, full, they have coffee 24 hours I have come in the night and there is no longer, but in the morning they put more early that the law firm for us especially, so if you had asked maybe I would have gotten, is a bit removed from the social life but that also means that there is a noisy environment, if I like it tomorrow I will try the pool.

Very good place. Excellent breakfast. The only bad thing is that in the mornings you hear all the noises from the other rooms.

Comfortable, very good value for money.

The location is very close to the hotel so it is easy to get to, you can find everything in the Plaza Las Americas, the rooms are clean and the breakfast simple but of good quality. At reception I had a lousy experience and by the. The receptionist's Folly right now I have a double charge in transit of my stay. The rest Is pretty good.

Reasonable price. Rooms are spacious, clean, with basic amenities. Breakfast was included and was as good as most lower cost hotels. Location was not good if you want to visit the beaches and resort areas. Taxis are your only option. Very few restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. Good value for a budget traveler.

An excellent hotel, has all the necessary services. Pool, laundry, breakfast, clean and practical rooms. I liked it very much and I recommend it. Near Plaza Las Americas.

New hotel mostly for business travelers. Avoid if traveling for leisure as there are better options in downtown. The staff was incredibly helpful. But the place lacks amenities.

Good place. On the road to Tulum. Most of the rooms include breakfast. It comes out cheaper to book through booking or some other hotel service to do it directly. It does not have a restaurant but if you ask at the front desk they provide the menu of a taco rack that offers delivery service and their products are very good. The rooms are executive.

Very good place. Very nice people. But if I get in family plan, it may be another Vrla hotel on the beach!

It's a very nice accommodation for a night on the move, you have the same standards as Ibis hotel. But cheaper. The breakfast has particularly room for improvement.

It is entering Cancun on the Tulum Road. Basic like any other one. Good prices. There are shopping malls nearby. Parking is small. And you have the possibility of charging Tesla cars.

The hotel rooms are small and simple. There are no safes or tubs. We had a double bed. We booked through Expedia and yet somehow our reservation was messed up. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned properly so we were then given a different room. The morning breakfast buffet is pretty decent and runs from 7 to 11. Despite what Expedia said they only take pesos as cash (no USD), but they will take credit cards with no surcharge.

Nice clean hotel. With coffee, you get ice water available absolutely no smoking throughout the hotel. It has a nice pool and the complimentary breakfast is excellent.

Does the job. High quality, low cost airport hotel. Breakfast could be better and poor ventilation, but still vell over Mexican standards.

Good service, clean rooms. But the window is always closed so you have to have the ventilation on all the time. And the breakfast buffet is not very varied or tasty.

Great Customer service. Breakfast in the mornings and even if you stop by for a few days, you can take advantage and go on a tour of many that Cancun has to offer with NGM your agency. The prices are affordable, not off the ruff.

A business class hotel that includes breakfast buffet. It Has very small rooms but with all services (bathroom with hot water, air conditioning, comfortable beds) affordable prices and transportation.

So I stayed at a very nice place and paid $$$ then we decided to stay one more night and rented a room here. I gotta admit, it was better than the expensive one. Room was very clean. It was small but it has what you need. Breakfast included which is not bad at all. And great Wi-Fi service. Now I know better.

Hotel very comfortable and cozy.

I enjoyed my stay here! It's close to the gym (Crossfit Revolver) which is about a 5 min walk away and is also neighbouring beside a hospital just in case of anything. The breakfast is the most enjoyable part for me although I also like the pool! The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable. All the amenities and service we received, we could not ask for more. The staff are very friendly and courteous. When I come back to Cancun again, I know where to stay!

It was clean, very helpful staff. They offer hot breakfast that was really good. They also have tea and water for free. I was able to fill my water bottle when I went out.

Fantastic hotel for the price. Rooms are quite small and basic but clean and comfortable. Decent sized pool. The included breakfast is amazing. Free laundry on the second floor. Only downsides are walls a bit thin and no fridge in the room, but buckets and ice machine available in the lobby.

The hotel meets all the needs, focused on business and meetings that are important. Located in the center, to travel you need a car or taxi.

Clean, Quiet, Comfortable and Affordable I was very pleased overall with this place. It's one of the best budget hotels I've stayed in anywhere in the world with well-kept rooms, secure facilities, as well as a delicious and filling hot breakfast. The rooms are smaller but comfortable. I only wish there had been a chair to sit in somewhere. The staff were kind, helpful and very competent. I had a beeping smoke detector battery on my floor that was looked after almost immediately after my arrival. I got great directions to the beach and other money saving tips. My only suggestions for the hotel would be to add a few more tables with umbrellas around the pool. One of the great things about this place is it's proximity to a lot of restaurants and services. Others have described the Plaza Los Americas but there's also a hospital with a full service cafeteria and pharmacy next door. There's a convenience store and little eatery just west of the building in the Dolphin Plaza and around the corner on Ave. Rodrigo Gomez a series of decent restaurants — seafood, vegetarian, pizza etc. Check out Tradiciones Latte Art Cafe for sure! Across the highway is a fabulous juice bar and in Peninsula Plaza is one of the most sumptuous Starbucks I've ever encountered and a number of high-end restaurants. If you duck over just little south of the Plaza toward the Pemex station, there are a whole range of fast-food eateries and another convenience store with cheap beer and liquor.

Small rooms but a good place to stay in a business trip.

I stayed here for eight days. I really liked this hotel. The hotel is not fancy but has a lot of things going for it. Free breakfast free washer and dryer use. Wi-Fi included in rooms. Very clean and even though the rooms are small they are nice. There are lots of places to eat within walking distance.

The service at reception is clear. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable; its staff is helpful; I am glad that it has laundry service; good internet. Only the buffet is little changed.
