Moloch Hostel & Suites Hostel

No! first there tell me there have a room … than there see I bring some beer and say I cant have a room. Really bad discrimination!

It is one of the worst hostels I have stayed in my life, bad atmosphere and poor service. Upon arrival ask for a hostel bed and entrance they tell you that they only have private rooms (when on the internet the hostel is available) … so I had to pay for 2 nights of a private room and the next morning a lady woke me up very upset stating that I had only paid that night and that I had to leave. The terrible breakfast, not worth even 10 pesos of the budget paid. The only good thing about this hotel is the location that is a street from ADO but outside of that it is not worth it at all.

Be aware breakfast it's not fresh.
they served left overs from the day before.
I found crumbs in the yogurt and pieces of fruit of the day before. I also found cockroaches in the room and in the breakfast area.
I was there for a few weeks and it wasn't a good experience at the end.
I asked a cup of milk for my daughter at 9.03am and the lady with the brown uniform role her eyes twisted her mouth and she said I just put it away. I was there paying $900 a day for 14 day I spend in the hotel $12.700 to treat me that way.
well guess what I am going next year again and someone else will have the money but not this place on top of that they did not return my deposit.

Very good place to rest, it is clean, nice and how much with pool, also the prices are very accessible, also is 5 minutes from the Cancun bus station.

Excellent installation and excellent people, excellent cleaning and great place, additions the breakfast is excellent, this central and I love, follow assi.

Minimal Hostel but that offers the necessary. The rooms are very simple but offer the fridge, the air conditioner, the hairdryer is a large bathroom. Breakfast is buffet style and you are required to wash your own crockery after your meal. The reception is open all night. Free Wi-Fi. Convenient location close to the bus station and the Mercado 23. Recommended to spend a couple of nights in Cancun.

Horrible and irresponsible staff! We had to leave for the airport at 4:30am and talked to the guy at the reception (when we checked in the day before) to order a taxi for that time. The guy wasn't the sharpest pencil in the drawer so we asked him maybe 5 times until we were sure a taxi will be waiting. At 4:30 no taxi arrives, we had to run to the central station and hope to be lucky enough to get a taxi. When we finally succeeded, we found out the hostel tried to reap us — the taxi is really 200 pesos and not 350. Moreover, The place should include breakfast, we had to leave to the airport earlier and asked for a discount for not taking the breakfast, of for them to prepare it early enough or just to get the groceries the evening before so we can make ourselves a sandwich instead of the breakfast we were paying for. They were unwilling to help us in any way and we ended up not getting anything for breakfast.

Well located, quiet hostel in Cancun (close to the ADO bus station). 24h check-in, breakfast is good, there are from 7 but staff very flexible (we could eat much earlier) Wi-Fi very good (even face time possible), washroom OK, locker available, but lock must be brought.
