Not a five star place, but clean and comfortable and safe. Big plus is it is half a block from the bus station. Price were very reasonable. Definitely stay here again.

Good place and cheap, although their rooms are small have what is necessary and have very good housekeeping daily, what Q for n provide breakfast service and meals should have in the rooms a fridge pa store food and drinks.

The price they publish is the respected, they bill you if you need it, clean, friendly staff, food for dinner around the hotel, Oxxo close by, and as you see the rooms so they are, beds and pillows super comfortable, weather works perfectly, no Elevator is the only thing but they also have free natural water dispenser in the first floor hallway free of charge, I got a room from the 4 to floor. Super the truth I will stay here next time as it arrives by means of the bus and the terminal is located only a block.

Cheap and close to the central bus.

The hotel is well located has in its surroundings everything you need. The only thing that is a little peculiar is that you can only pay cash, fortunately they accept euros/dollars as a deposit and you then when you change to Mexican pesos you can pay.

Hello. I spent three days hospedandome and everything was in general fine. The location is one block from the route leading to hotel zone and a block from the central is great. And there are locals to eat around.

Walking distance from ADO terminal. The hotel is fine if you're in Cancun to catch an early morning flight. Ask for room that is not facing the street or else you won't be able to sleep because of the noise.

Very noisy you don't rest well. For other good, central and cheap.

Good clean and economical place, preferably you have to book, you can not pay with card that's the problem and bring some change, why then they fail the change, no elevator, you offer tours services, they are friendly!

Located near the bus station. The window was not a window as such and the noises of the street were filtered. Comfortable beds.

Lousy service, a hotel that covers thieves.
My MIchel Kors watch was stolen, and they didn't have the guts to return it.

Cheap hotel near ADO bus station with private bathroom, flat hd tv, Wi-Fi, aircon, no lift neither debit/credit cards.

Good for the price. Little bit noisy.

Close to bus stop, big and clean rooms, shops, restaurants and cash point are all really close, and can leave luggage in storage. Can't pay with credit card and do not offer money exchange.

The front guys are rude and they are not qualified but hotel is good, confortable and cheap.

I was there from September 1st to 5th 2016.

Hotel Alux Cancun is the cheapest hotel that is a very short distance away from the ADO bus station. If I remember it right, I paid only MXN400 for a night's stay last Dec. 2015. Be warned if you have weak knees, though. The hotel doesn't have elevators, so if you're billeted on the upper floors, it will be pretty hard. But for the price considering its location, it's a-ok!

The staff was a little unfriendly. For a hotel that is cash only, we were surprised they had no change for larger bills. The room was sufficient but noisy, since it faced a main street. Location near the bus station and the cheap price made it our choice tho. The bathrooms were nice and lots of food and buses nearby.

My stay home today. The staff is very attentive, they do their job. Comment and according to my stay at this beautiful site.
