Very beautiful resort with all the luxuries you would expect for a 5* property. Staff is top notch, always friendly, courteous, and ready to help with any need. Dining experiences were outstanding as was the wait staff. Rooms are lovely amazing ocean view fridge, snacks, and toiletries replenished and turndown service was provided nightly.
The beach is unbelievable with white powdery sand and crystal clear water. You have a nice view of Isla Mujeres in the distance and whilst the Ferry arrives near the Infinity beach you would never know it! The beach service is awesome constantly check if you need a drink and replenishing buckets of ice water. They will even bring you lunch to your chair.

Oscar in La Basilica thank you for the amazing service and teaching us about our wine pairings! German in Tuscany you are excellente! And Azmel in La Joya your Tequila tasting and history of tequila making was on point you rock!
A must try is the La Basilica French Restaurant there is. $50 Surcharge for this amazing dining experience but worth every penny and more! This restaurant is a 5 Diamond Top 1, 000 Restaurans in the World. A six course gastronomic experience like no other each course has a wine pairing. Hands Down the best meal I have ever had the pleasure to eat. If you want to eat there a second time they they offer another tasting menu.
