The Hotel is not bad. But 350 MHN for a taxi to the airport, to which to go 3 minutes-it is once in 10 more expensive than it is in reality.

Basic. Convenient before or after the airport.

The rooms are small with the basic equipment. No bad smells, the beds are really comfortable. The TV is small, less than 32 inches, not well appreciated from afar. The bathroom was clean and clean. He made a good impression.

Don't stay here. I was here for a night because I missed the last ADO bus to run from the airport. I ended up spending $35 dollars to pay for 5 minute taxi rides to and from the airport. This place does not have a free shuttle service as advertised. In hindsight, I should have a booked a nicer hotel that has more trustworthy shuttle service. For this reason, the fancier Marriott down the street will end up being cheaper.

Very nice staff. Super clean room. Sparse. Clock and some lights non working. Very firm mattress. Five minutes from airport. Good for one night stay and early flight.

I like the rooms well. Location The cost of the taxi to the airport is excessive 300 pesos I find very high considering the proximity. Breakfast starts very late at 7 am. Many travelers may not use it when they have flights very early.

Comfortable Hotel for its proximity to the airport. But in no way is it a 4-star. And it's a lie that they have free transfer to the airport. Just walk into the lobby there is a sign that says they have no transfer. We had discussions with the receptionist, just like other passengers. And the receptionist at night, pretty rude.

The room was fine as far as cleanliness goes however, it was very misleading about the advertisement of an airport shuttle. Be warned the shuttle only will take you from the airport to the hotel (not the other way around). They will then charge you $25 for the shuttle to take you about 1km. We had an early flight so booked a shuttle at 345am but it failed to show up. When we asked the front desk guy where our shuttle was, he said it wasn't his responsibility and basically just walked away from us. The blatant lack of customer service was incredible. If you have a flight to catch, I'd highly recommend NOT booking with this hotel.

Contrasting judgment, the rooms are not much. The room was very small and the bathroom was very bad. For against. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the services there are. All in all OK for one night and away.

It's a good choice. It is very clean, comfortable, with a friendly and economical treatment. Ideal to get you out of trouble. The only downside is that it is far from the hotel zone, but if you know how to drive you should rent a car to be able to move in Cancun; Besides that there you offer packages to know the different tourist sites of the region.

Poor attitude of the staff (except for the dining room. They were very attentive), apart from giving me the airport shuttle, justifying that the van was broken without offering me any alternate solution.

Decent budget hotel close to the airport. We stayed here for only one night before catching another flight the following day. It's about 5/10 mins in a taxi to Plaza las Americas bar / restaurant zone. The hotel is clean, the rooms are large and the beds comfortable. It's on a main road but you don't hear any traffic. The breakfast is basic and nothing special.

I almost prefer to sleep at the airport. The only good thing is the clean room. Lots of noise at night and in the early morning (noise from machines, staff etc). What to say about the night reception staff. Looks like they're doing you a favor to take care of you. I wouldn't even come back for free.

Clean hotel and well appointed rooms very close to the airport but far from Cancun center and away from the sea, located along the road. Didn't arrive until 3:00.

One night hotel to leave or arrive airport. The best thing is definitely the restaurant, simple with few dishes but very well prepared and served, with very reasonable prices for the area. The staff is very helpful and tries to fix all the issues. It is 10 minutes from the airport above access and has its own shuttle service. The problem is undoubtedly the significant lack of maintenance facilities that causes the typical inconveniences: pressure-free shower, toilets that fail the discharge, doors that do not close/open well. The new air conditioners although efficient, the fan is very noisy and annoying to sleep. The price is according to the performance.

I would rate my stay here as average or slightly below. It really depends what your expectations are going in. There was certainly nothing that was worth complaining over. Room was clean, no viscous odours, check in went smoothly, and I slept great so overall it was a win. If you are "packing light" so to speak and are not carrying toiletries etc, you may be disappointed. The shampoo in the room was not new (I suspect they refill the used containers) and it smelled oddly like dish soap, maybe just me but that's what I thought. No hairdryer. There is a spot for an clothes iron but that was also missing. The safe was inoperable. And several bulbs were burnt out in the bathroom. All in all it was nice to have a place to crash after a long day of travel, I was exhausted so I made no issue of the things I just mentioned because I merely wanted rest.

Non-existent shuttle despite appointment confirmed by mail then 3 telephone calls in 1h30 D waiting. Evening and morning reception staff in bad faith and very bad will asking to provide the evidence. Liability because the shuttle service is "independent". Result taxi night rate has my charge. False publicity about the free shuttle unrecommendable establishment to avoid.

Interesting step for one night after the exit from the airport. Staff in the whole charming and attentive. A shuttle recovered us at the scheduled time. Breakfast is ok and varied.

Nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. To spend the night is fine. It's far from everything. Breakfast is basic.

We would have booked the hotel 2x as it is very close to the airport. So far quite ok for the price. Free car parking is available in the underground garage. Breakfast rather average.

Very convenient to the airport. Rooms clean and pleasant. Breakfast very good. Airport shuttle doesn't work so well. They can only pick you up and they want you to reserve the pick up in advance… which we had not realized was necessary. Do we waited an hour at the airport.

For one night very good, but also not.

The service of the front desk is LOUSY, we booked one night instead of two, no one supported us with the suitcases and the worst was the attitude of the woman at reception of which I don't even remember her name. A despot attitude that only denotes its lack of preparation for customer service. After being victimized by a mistake in their reservation service, we didn't get an apology. Be careful and make sure no one moves your reservations because this hotel does not request the reservation number and anyone could move your days with a simple call. I don't recommend it. Better to book in another.

We did not receive a response to our request for a shuttle transfer to the hotel. When we landed at 2am at night, we called the hotel and were told our reservation was cancelled due to a "credit card error. " Due to our helplessness at 2:30 in Cancun at the empty airport, we took a taxi and still drove to the Comfort Inn. Once there, for unfathomable reasons, there was still a room free …
From there there was little to complain about, except perhaps the small number of seats at breakfast.
Cleanliness was ok and the rooms on sufficiently large and cozy.

Read the fine print carefully … there is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but it'll cost you 300-360 MXN, depending on whether you take a taxi or a van, to return to the airport. And read the van contract, as they sneak in a fee for using a credit card. The room was decent, with clean & comfortable beds, but they tried to be hip in the bathroom and failed. The glass shower doors were a pain, the sink sprayed water all over, the tile floor looked nice, but was dangerously slippery when wet, and the rain-forest shower head was split, so the water sprayed out the side. Much of it ended up on the floor. In fact, the shower was simply unusable. They claimed that no other room was available, but I'm skeptical. Long about 10:30, after a few calls and a visit to the front desk, a very efficient maintenance man did arrive and replace the shower head. I initially thought that the water didn't get hot, but it was just that H/C markings were reversed. The water actually got nice and hot, once it was set on cold. The water pressure was minimal, however, possibly due to the type of shower head. Have I mentioned the sound proofing? There really wasn't any but, fortunately, people quieted down a bit after midnight and the kids didn't start shrieking in the hall until 7:00 or so. The restaurant was OK.

Shuttle picked us up 10 minutes early. They went right to the hotel after attempting to pick up another passenger at the airport. Hotel lobby is very warm. The bed was fine. The sheets were fine. The air conditioning worked in the room. The towels really needed to be replaced but it's a sub $100 room near the airport. Breakfast was fruit and pastries and cereal. It was like Comfort Inn in the states without the scrambled eggs from a jar and greasy bacon. The only place to eat around there is a Burger King and Subway at the Pemex station. They have room service and, it was reasonably priced. Mostly Mexican foods on room service menu.

WARNING! This hotel have hired a drunk engineer, or architect. Do NOT try to park your car into their parking place. The entrance is very narrow and believe me, you will scratch your rental car. Seriously, who are the construction authorities in Cancun that allowed this construction like this? Another thing, is that the guy at the desk ask me for 10 Pesos to support the cleaning lady. I felt sorry and paid the 10 pesos, but then I asked myself, maybe I made a mistake, because I am making the employee lazy and irresponsible to pay a fair salary to their employees, He/she should address this with their workers, and pay them well. Anyways, good to be near to the airport, thats the only positive review I can left here.

Good location for an overnight stay, very close to the airport. A free shuttle bus can be ordered to check in.

This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. Lobby smelled disgusting, TV didn’t work. Coffee maker had a used filter and pot still had some coffee of person who stay there previously, jacuzzi wasn’t working, restroom door didn’t even close properly. They force a taxi on you and they hate uber. Had to walk to gasoline station to get picked up by uber since a taxi wanted to charge me 350 pesos opposed to the 100 pesos uber was charging me. Uber driver also mentioned that two taxi drivers tried pulling an uber driver out of his car while picking up some customers from comfort inn 3 days before we got there. While both taxi drivers were beating on the uber driver a truck passed and killed one of the taxi drivers and injured the other. Thankfully uber driver was safe. They try and charge you for cleaning the room. And the breakfast is hot, as in milk for cereal was hot, yogurt was hot cheese and ham for a sandwich was hot, potential for bacteria to from or upset your stomach as dairy should never be warm. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone not even to my worst enemy… Please do not spend your money on this hotel. It is the worst and customer service is rude and their kitchen is super dirty, I can’t imagine eating a good breakfast when their kitchen is dirty…

I'm giving this hotel a 2, only for the fact that beds are clean and comfortable. The people and their "policy" are wrong. They are rude and enjoy giving wrong information just to see you suffer. They will tell you (as you are standing there) that they have amenities available to you, only for you find out that it is under construction or doesn't even exist. Also they try to force you to take their taxis. And they hate Uber. They do not have free transport from hotel to airport.

The only reason we stayed there at the end of our trip was because it is close to the airport and we thought the ride to the airport would be cheap and easy. Turns out you have to pay a local tourist scam 400 pesos for the 5min shuttle to the airport. There are also super annoying taxi drivers waiting for you outside the hotel which will gladly charge you 5 times what it should cost to go anywhere. So we ended up having dinner at the hotel restaurant which was awful. The breakfast was not much better… Rooms were clean so if you have a car and all you need is a bed next to the airport then it might be an ok choice.

This place is awful! We stayed here our last night in Cancun because the airport is close by. Advertises airport shuttle, but they will apparently only pick you up and not take you. We would have booked elsewhere if we knew they wouldn't take us to the airport. They have taxis they will call for you, and they are super expensive. Taxi driver was mad because I didn't tip. I didn't tip because a 3 minute taxi ride shouldn't cost more than the 20 minute ride downtown. The internet didn't work, the hot tub was drained and disgusting. The hot water in the shower takes at least 20 minutes to heat up. Comfort In Cancun Aeropuerto, we hate you!

Not good! Rooms weren't really clean, breakfast service was bad and not clean!

I like this hotel for the closeness to the Cancun airport. Checking in was fast, had reservations, also set up a shuttle to the airport, about $15 USD. Found the room was nice, clean. I got in late and had to leave early so ordered room service and got some very good chicken enchiladas. Shuttle got me to the airport on time, so it was a good visit.

Complies with what is required to spend the night before going to the airport. Good bed, shower and breakfast. I could improve a little decoration, but that is not the focus of this hotel.

Cheap place to crash somewhat near the airport if you have a late arrival or early departure and just need somewhere to sleep for a few hours. Barely functioning elevator, extremely loud A/C units. Only thing cleaned were the sheets. Comforter/pillowcase/sheets heavily stained. Toilet paper roll more than half used. Have to go to front desk to get ice. Biggest complaint is the extremely rude man at the front desk: upon walking down three flights of stairs due to an unresponsive elevator, I was hassled for asking for more ice. I explained that I had leftovers I needed to keep cold and I was given a very hard time. Ice is literally the cheapest amenity a hotel offers guests, why do you care if I need two buckets of it?! Will never return to a comfort inn after this terrible experience.

Misleading advertising. On their website it says that they take you to the airport. And we were told that no longer. We take and pay for a taxi. LO have NO courtesy service. Then it isn't a better choice to be close to the airport. It is the same
stay in the Center or the hotel zone that friendly Comfort Inn. The restaurant in the morning have no more breakfast options there is no variety. The rooms are nice and spacious. Except that if you need to rest in the morning if you got afternoon of any flight on the floor below is not a good choice since there is too much noise and you can not rest.

The restaurant in the mornings have no breakfast options not variety. The rooms are nice and spacious. Except that if you need to rest in the morning if you're late for flight downstairs is not a good option because there is too much noise and you can not rest.

Really nice hotel next to the Airport. The rooms a big and really clean! The bathroom is really modern. Just the breakfast isnt good in my opinion!

Average quality of surroundings and such but it is deeper in cancun and made for people used to that environment. The quality of the room was excellent and service was as qell.

Fairly clean, but needs ALOT of maintenance. Smells old, loud AC, VERY slow elevator, parking was a pain with anything bigger then a compact car. Breakfasts was ok. I'd stay again ONLY because it's close to the airport and fairly cheap.

Hotel room was smaller than expected. Price was decent since it's close to the airport and shuttle service is provided even though it was not free ($12 USD). Breakfast was OK. Beds are comfortable. The parking lot is difficult to maneuver but it's free.

Bad Service, Bad location, why not just say they are out of the central de abastos, and far away from any point of tourist interest!
