Very good place to stay in Huatulco, the staff is very friendly, the food is very rich, the place is very central, the only bad point is that the facilities are somewhat old and lack maintenance.

Very clean Hotel located in good area.

It is a beautiful hotel, super located in the center of the city in the Zocalo. It has climate parking and a swimming pool. It has a new owner who is modifying and improving the rooms and the property in general. Good facilities, clean bedrooms and air conditioning. It has an excellent view towards the center of Huatulco and the prices are accessible in low season. Ideal for short or medium trips in Huatulco.

The place is nice, has a good view, is totally central, in front of the kiosk, very close to the market and close to several commercial premises to eat, but the rooms urgently need a remodel, the bathroom needs change of keys that you will see Old, urgent change of towels, their towels are very old and soiled, (do not dry me with them, I did not inspire confidence), the pool is small, the water is not heated, but meets the goal of refreshing a while.

The staff is very friendly but definitely the service leaves a lot Q wanting the next day there was no water in the bathrooms and the towels looked like jargons long ago I visited and they were better.

Rooms are absolutely disgusting! Bedsheets and towels have stains in them. Mattresses are very OLD and also stained and they did not have fitted sheets. Bathrooms are VERY dirty and so are the room curtains. I had to ask them to change mine because they wouldn’t close properly. Curtains are stiff of all the fdirt they have accumulated over time. Don’t waste your money at this place. It’s expensive and not worth it.

We stayed in a villa, we occupied it for three people. Very economical, approximately $500 per person per night. Very spacious place, consisting of two bedrooms with climate (one with two double beds and the other with a queen bed Sice) with their respective bathroom each; Kitchenette, living and dining room, as well as a small patio. It has all the services, Wi-Fi and the pool is right outside the villas. Daily they made us the toilet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it for vacation where the priority is to know Huatulco by means of tours rather than staying at the hotel.

It's cozy. Just please change your pillows… They are very very tall and hard.

A service that leaves nothing to be desired.

Staff very friendly, really fast Wi-Fi. No 5 star bathroom or beds but still amazing location for the price you are getting. Located near the Town square with shopping and plenty of places to eat as well. Recommend staying if your looking to rest for a few nights.

Comfortable and centrally located very good location.

This hotel is so sad we are considering moving out 1 hour into our stay. Our first impression is a cockroach dying on the floor in our room and their excuse was they are in the process of fumigating the rooms. Also the pool was gross and cloudy, bar was closed for "renovations" and the bathrooms are small and unclean. The bathroom floor had hair on it upon arrival and the showerhead was dirty. Overall very poor hotel would not recommend, spend a little more elsewhere for much a much better stay.

Accessible, yet has a weak spot a little bit annoying don't you dare leave anything edible out of a plastic bag because you fill of ants. On the other hand the staff in the restaurant and reception is very friendly unlike the lady who goes about doing accounts in the hallway of 2nd floor. Very rude because the people must inevitably walk down the aisle, we don't fly.

The toilet on our arrival had no water, after a couple of calls went up the boy of maintenance, we moved a key in the toilet and since. In the evening there was no water on any side (faucet, shower hose, toilet) and we woke up to flooded in. Fourth, x-q who knows q time return the water and more.

Good place to relax the rooms are comfortable, and clean. Being in the centre it is easy to find a place for dinner. The pool is fine, although if the hotel is full sure the pool will be like in the evening.

The Hotel's structure is great. The attention is slow in front desk. Our breakfast took about 30 minutes for some eggs, juice and a cup of coffee. My room has an internal door to the room next to it so I could hear what my neighbor was dreaming. The shower just was able to open the cold water. The pool was great. The location is also great.

Hotel quiet and mostly downtown. Somewhat rustic but accessible.

Excellent hotel, very good service in addition to being very accessible and is close to interesting places of Huatulco. Recommended.
