El hotel está ubicado sobre la avenida madero y galeana en el centro de monterrey, lugar limpio y atienden de manera amable, acudí ahí por que unos amigos llegaron a la ciudad, me. Permitieron ingresar a la habitación con ellos, no se permite fumar dentro de las habitaciones o en los pasillos. Lo que no es tan bueno es que sercas hay muchos bares por lo cual hay que circular con cuidado al estar caminando. Pasa muchas rutas de camión en el cruce y a 2 cuadras esta el metro del golfo lo cual permite un fácil traslado por la ciudad.

La tarifa es muy accesible, pero las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, instalaciones viejas, colchones viejos y deformados, muy modestas las habitaciones, aunque la tarifa es accesible me parece que el tema "calidad-precio" no es lo esperado.
