Nice place but kind of isolated from other activities. Beach and pool were nice, but will be a lot nicer around January 2019. They are doing a complete rebuild of the pool and many of the rooms. Staff was helpful and attentive — unless you go to town, about 15 to 20 minutes each way and 2 taxi fees — plan on eating all meals at the facility. About $350 for the all inclusive food and drink package per person which isn't too bad. Even with the construction it wasn't very noisey, and could use the beach, even though it was a lille rough when the category 4 hurricane passes by not too far offshore.

This was my third time visiting here. It is such a nice small resort. The employees are super. They are expanding. I hope that they do not destroy the intimacy of this lovely resort.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel with everything you need for an excellent holiday, the bad point is that they prefer the foreign tourist over the national and therefore their prices are little accessible for the pocket of some.

I did not stay but work in the work Q is to one side I have not coacionado to write this in a small and comfortable hotel is not the attention but if I have noticed D how comfortable Q is the place and apart the beaches are amazing.

Excellent view to the beach, rooms somewhat obsolete and few only have a restaurant but you have a project to expand to more rooms and obviously with more restaurants seems very promising and the model they have looks spectacular.

Loved the quaintness for nearly 20 years. Hope the new construction does not diminish that. Friendly staff. Mario keeps things perking. His Spanish language and culture class is my personal favorite. The menu choices get better every year. Be there next February. .

Although not a luxury hotel, the attention, the food and the location makes it surely the best holiday you take! Super Recommended! Don't forget to hike in the morning on the beach is amazing!

First-class service, super-equipped rooms and a great view of the restaurant and the rooms of Banderas Bay. The pool is in the form of a waterfall.

Excellent service! Very friendly staff, attentive and helpful, warm and friendly treatment, the food is wonderful, a really exceptional experience in all respects, we would definitely go back to this place.

Nice quaint resort. Great beach, nice 4 level pool with 2 slides. Furniture needs uografing, but how much time do you spend in your room? Staff are very friendly. We paid for one day all inclusive and it was worth it! Construction going on next door was fasinatng to watch a building go from 2 stories to 3 stories. It was noisy, but only after 8am. You could hardly hear any construction noise at the upper pool. Lots of fun activities. Mario organizes vollyball on the beach in the morning and in the pool in the afternoon, not to mention he make a wonderful tropical drink! All in all, if you like smaller, get to know the staff and get to know the other guest, you will love Rancho Banderas or as I like to call it, Rancho Banditos! ;-)

It's a great place but it's all going to change because a big Resort came in and bought it it's going to tear it down.

A day pass. All the food and drinks included in the price. The Sunday brunch was nice. Beautiful light fine sandy beach with blue water. Great for walking. Had a fun day shopping with the beach vendors too.

Very nice place just that we stayed in a suite that was next to a construction, from the 7am were heard the noises of the construction and did not stop all day, plus the pool dawn dirty with Styrofoam construction and lots of dust. We had a very bad experience as well because the person in charge of the pasture was getting into the yard and one day out of the five we were opening the water sprinklers to water the grass and we wet all the towels and clothes we had there. Very nice house, very nice location, but very bad experience we had made us see that we wasted our money.

A small hotel on a wonderful beach. Simple structure in a perfect location. Friendly staff. Excellent service and very rich food. Affordable prices. Super recommended.

On the beach, nice pools with water slide, Volley ball sand area, nice restaurant, good food, good prices, vendors come by the beach area, nice palapas along the beach.

I was very pleased a great place despite the construction they are doing I like for small and quiet. The food and the excellent treatment.

Very average, noisy, colonized by the Americans, the restaurant has a very nice view of the beach and 3 TVs that broadcasts sports at all times.

I love the scenery here. Everyone is full of happiness. This place has a very good vibe. Amazing workers. Food is on point. I don't have any negative feed back for this resort. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

It's clean all day everyday. Gate guards are always doing their job and are very professional. Beautiful beach. Beautiful sunset. I cannot hate this place.

Nice setting. Furniture in rooms is starting to show its age. But overall a good place to stay.

Great views of the Bay. Rooms are a bit dated but it's a very relaxing environment. One restaurant on property that has a decent mix of food options. We did the food plan and it seemed to work out fairly well for our group of green people, including for toddlers. Pool has three levels and two water slide which the kids enjoyed.

Great service, good food. Small resort, but pool is nice, great beach area. Rooms are typical PV resort rooms, bedroom is separate room. Small kitchenette. Grounds are well kept.

I really liked the serenity and the beach access at this resort. RB is pretty small, compared to the massive time share conglomerates located all over PV. I went in a slow part of the season, which was great as I was hoping there were few families with small children. The food here is OK with prices bumped up a bit compared to downtown PV. You must expect to stay close to this resort if you do not rent a car. It is a 45 minute drive from the airport. There is a bus/van a few times a day at the gate, but if you want to do anything on your own you will need a car.

Beautiful resort. Pool was amazing and the private beach was quiet. Very clean and customer service was a priority.
