Very attentive staff, very rich food, and the view from the terrace is spectacular!

I just got to say…WOW. Hotel is beautiful and romantic. We spent our 15 yr anniversary here and it was amazing. The service is spectacular. We had the romantic dinner for two and had the restaurant to ourselves. I cannot wait to go back.

The treatment is excellent, all the staff serve you wonderfully.

The food in the restaurant is very bad.

I had three master suites. One morning a man appeared in my 86 year old mothers room, having somehow unlocked the door with a magnetic key. I complained to the General Manager and was assured a complete investigation. I never heard back from that at all. I emailed them 3 weeks later and still have not heard a word. If you are concerned for your safety, this is NOT the hotel to stay at.

It is a place with a wonderful view of the center of our city.

The slowest service in the world. 40 minutes to take the order of the tickets. I asked for the coat rack 3 times and the 3rd one got angry. Since the normal flavor food arrived, nothing unbelievable, he asked me if I could remove the plate and in what I asked my boyfriend he took it from me without waiting. Terrible service.
Within the salvageable the super incre view, nice facilities and clean bathroom.

Bad service took over an hour and a half to serve us and the waiter asked us over and over again see k we had asked and at the end of the day we were upset about k they served three people k arrived much later k us and we complained to the waiter and he said. I have gone several times to the restaurant The bobbin, and as we enter the lobby, everything is beautiful, historical, very beautiful! But I don't know the hotel! But everything is beautiful from the time you arrive and the view from the restaurant is unbeatable! On to see the cathedral of Morelia! all care excellent!

I commend you on your quality of facilities and EXCELLENT taste in taking advantage of the colonial style and who would tell me my son Ba DG walked in scaffolding when I was in the process of remodeling since I went off of the topic of forgiveness. I have friends that ask me for accommodation of this type, BOUTIQUE HOTEL and did not know what to say, but now with pleasure I will recommend you. I wish them much success that I'm certain will!

I went to the aldaba restaurant to celebrate my birthday. Personally I met this restaurant a year ago when I rented the hotel lounge for my wedding and was delighted with the restaurant, very nice inside, the delicious and international food and the price very suitable for the great quality of the food. I had no time to visit and I noticed they changed their menu now that it was. The food is still delicious but I felt that there was no menu as spectacular as the one I had known before, which made me a little sad. But still the restaurant is still beautiful, the food very rich and still my favorite restaurant of Morelia to which I try to go every time I have the opportunity to go to Mrl.

The restaurant on the second floor is luxury! Delicious food! And the prices are not so expensive for the level of food it is!

The atmosphere is very fatherly. I liked that there is valet parking. The. Waiter are helpful.

My now wife and I hosted our wedding at this amazing hotel and we couldn't be happier. The hotel staff together with our wedding planner Valeria did an excellent job tending our wishes. Koodos to Leslie from guest services (I hope I got this right) Jorge from reception and Edgar. I highly recommend this hotel for any type of entertainment. Good service in general, the food is good but nothing comparable to the Panoli food that is downstairs. I ate some Galician octopus and they were on a scale of 0 to 10 in a 6.5 and then I asked for a arrachera… very x. Very good black sauce. Good view from the balcony.

Restaurant with very good dishes for a discerning palate, good chef.

We went to a wedding, the civilian took place in the second courtyard, a very nice place with fountain and green wall that made it look cozy and sophisticated. The reception took place on the terrace which has a spectacular view of the Morelia Cathedral. Definitely an ideal place to celebrate a marriage.

Bastante buena la comida y el servicio, además de una vista excelente al centro histórico de la ciudad.

Precioso hotel, personal muy amable, limpieza impecable, buen restaurante, pero todo eso cayo cuando desaparecio de mi cuarto un anillo de oro. La respuesta final del personal de seguridad, fue "debio usar la caja de seguridad". Y tienen razon. Pero que triste que al menor descuido desaparescan articulos, en este caso de gran valor sentimental. Buena suerte a los futuros huespedes. Precious hotel, friendly staff, very clean, great restaurant. But all of this fell to the wayside when a gold ring of mine disappeared. The final response from the security team was that I "should have used the in-room safe". And they are right. However, it is sad that with the smallest oversight, personal items disappear. Especially ones of sentimental value. Good luck to future visitors of this hotel.

Upscale hotel right at the main plaza in Morelia, in the middle of historical downtown and a few steps from the cathedral. Super friendly staff! Downstairs there is a cute little chocolate shop yum! And if you're lucky, go to the top floor for an incredible view of the town.

We stayed for one night. Once a home for a very influential family, which was converted to a hotel. This has to be one of the finest hotels in Morelia.

Beautiful hotel in Morelia, perfectly located in city´s downtown plaza. Parking is not close, but if you ask for permission the hotel will let you park right in their entrance. Beautiful areas, beautiful rooms, fully furnished to very classic but modern taste. You won´t regret your stay!
