Very nice location, privacy and most of all the service is very good, nice and neat rooms, the bed are so comfy.

Beautiful well kept up resort. Grounds were impeccable. Service is by far their best attribute. They are extremely attentive when you're eating. The rooms would have made this five stars, but not having fans or temperature control in the rooms is not very smart. It was cool outside while we visited, but once you enter the room, it's very warm and stuffy. Keeping the doors open is not an option because there are many mosquitos and flies. Definitely worth going there once, but go in the cooler months as you would suffer in the hotter ones.

Beautiful place. We held an event there. And I fell in love. It's a novel atmosphere. And the food is delicious (perhaps a little expensive) but I think the place is of that level. It's pretty cold at night and in the mornings so if you go they're wearing coats already during the day it's a hot. The pool didn't feel heated but according to them it is. And nearby is the farmer's world which is a very nice farm where there are many animals. I recommend the place.

The toilet in the rooms is regular. They have a mat where the TV chair is and they don't suck it, it's full of dust and hair. Very rich food.

Very good food and service in general but the porters at the entrance of the exhacienda lack training to treat the visitor, the last time I went I was treated with arrogance and as if I were going to enter a military zone or something like that. I don't know if I should go back to your facility.

This is from my favorite hotels because of its proximity to Mexico City and comfort in its facilities, however the wonderful scenery and facilities are overshadowed by a constant neglect of the staff. They are kind, but sometimes they spend hours without attending you.

Las instalaciones están perfectas, lo malo que encontré en las habitaciones coloniales no cuentan con aire acondicionado y cuando es temporada de calor se sufre por en la noche, el tipo de tela de las sábanas es demasiada gruesa por lo tanto son muy calientes, la mayoría de las bicicletas están dañadas, la temperatura de la alberca no siempre está templada. De ahí en fuera me divertí.

It Is A place that is characterized by being very large and spacious, even the rooms are very large. Besides that it is in very good condition and with very good maintenance.

The rooms are very well lit, the place surrounds you with tranquility, harmony and its gardens are very beautiful. I really enjoyed the pool. The buffet style food is also very varied and tasty. Highly recommended for a weekend getaway.

Very nice place. I have been on two occasions for work and it is very worthwhile. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Unsurpassed beauty and attention. A paradise Lost in the middle of nowhere. A very complete hotel to disconnect from the outside world. The food with a great taste, the pool, impeccable and the building is surprising, remembering the old Mexican haciendas of the early 20th century.

Beautiful typical Mexican Hacienda. It is recommended to have a good time and disconnect from the city. Nice scenery, good food. Good place for corporate events.

Hotel Hacienda Cantalagua is an ideal place to get out of the routine and stress of the city, in general it is a very quiet place with little noise and many green areas, although around the hacienda the vegetation tends towards a more desert style within the Hacienda Cares n a lot of their green areas, they even have fruit trees which makes it a very nice place. They count two styles of rooms the first ones are rustic style I'm almost sure they are the rooms that were originally built, there is another area of more modern rooms where in the center they have a very large water mirror. They have indoor pool, museum, golf course, tennis courts, fast football and bicycles. The only thing I would like is that they will have all-inclusive system.

Comfortable. Weather to taste. Heated pool. Excellent view. I missed visiting the golf course, but it is very good site. I just consider the price a bit excessive. But it's a matter of my opinion.

This conference and hotel is located about 2 hours outside of Mexico City just at the border between Estado De Mexico and Michoacan. It is made for either large corporate meetings or golf weekends. Typical Mexican heaviness style with both modern and vintage rooms the best thing is the good. The food is high quality restaurant quality!.

Very nice place, ideal to spend a weekend and disconnect a little of the daily life. Good attention in the events, in my case it was a business year end party. For reasons of time I felt very hasty, like we scampered to rush everything. Otherwise the facilities are good, the food is rich and there are several activities to do, if you get bored in this place is because you want it.

I loved the place to rest the weekend, the rooms very clean and the food is not said. The rating is 5-star. I Recommend this place.

Beautiful place, indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball, the hotel lend you bicycles to ride around, really good food and amazing views. You can visit some towns nearby like El Oro, Tlapujahua and the monarch sanctuary.

Overall the service is good although it could improve, some employees were a bit inattentive, the manager's attitude was excellent as it made up for the mistakes giving various benefits.

Cold weather on November but very nice instalations.

Great Place to spend a weekend with kids, excellent service. The indoor pool is always warm, even when it’s cold outside, fast room service, staff is always willing to help. Just arriving everybody makes you feel welcome.

Water from the pool cold and dirty, even though I went in high season. In July.
I forgot my IFE that required you to make use of many facilities in the hotel and did not have the disposition of send it, even though I would pay the shipment.

Beautiful rooms and gardens. The food is rich and the staff very friendly. They have indoor pool, games room, movie room and a small shop that has everything you need. Mornings and nights are fresh. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel near Mexico City. It is a typical Mexican hacienda which has been restored and expanded with new and modern rooms and facilities. It is a great option for corporate events and meetings. There are two tennis courts besides basketball, volleyball and paddle courts. The food is typical Mexican and is nice. The rooms are comfortable and the crew is very friendly and supportive. However, I doubt if this is a good place for having family vacations, because I think there are no adequate facilities for kids.
