Great place. The staff is engaging and friendly. The rooms are spacious with scenic views of the city. Hotel is pet friendly and being in Polanco, it’s a short stroll to great restaurants and parks.

I had a pleasant but brief stay at this Hotel, since I entered, I was greeted by very friendly staff, immediately a girl offered me a cup of coffee (very good indeed) accompanied by some delicious biscuits. I was in the lobby for a few minutes which allowed me to observe that it is very well decorated and adorned by some strange masks-chairs, I could appreciate several jugs of water with slices of citrus that are at hand, several diaries available and well, one is very comfortable in this place.

Bad place because they discriminate. Zero recommended. It's a shame there are places like this. P. D. I give him a star because he won't let me leave it at zero.

Very nice experience. The service by the staff was excellent, the food is delicious and the venue is very aesthetic. Everything was pretty good.

A night club, with beds. Gummy bears next to the prophylactics in the minibar. Window without shade/blinds by the toilet. This is a hotel for shameless young people. Iberico "tacos" by José Andres at the hotel restaurant are worth popping in for if you stay somewhere else. Update: to be clear, I enjoyed the hotel (4 stars isn't too shabby, no? ), I'm just not a shameless young person looking for a nightclub with beds. I would totally go back there for José's tacos…

Modern place with first class installations. Venue is great both for having a business meeting and having a great stay. The bar is an amazing place for chilling and having a drink.

By far the worst hotel in Polanco. Don’t stay here if you have to have a productive work week. There’s constant noise that bleeds through the walls and the staff doesn’t even have the decency to tell you upon check in nor do they proactively apologize for the nuisance. I’ve stayed at all of the other hotels in the area and this one consistently has issues.

What can I say about this hotel that it is truly amazing. The friendliest staff catered to all our needs. Probably located in the best location for staying in Mexico City, you can easily walk around and get to excellent restaurants around Polanco. The rooms are quite chic and modern. While we where staying we went through a seismic event (earthquake) and the handling and coordination of the evacuation by the staff was excellent. After that small scare, the hotel had a buffet set up on the lobby for all the guests could take a breather. The hotel restaurant was amazing as well.

The Whatever Whenever team went out of their way to accommodate all my needs from early to check-in too late check-out which suited my flight schedule. The team were extremely professional. The Concierge team secured my reservation at Pujol and other venues. There is a reason I always come back.

This is a great tourism hotel in which the service is excellent only there is a detail with the valet parking that are there as they do not allow you to be even a minute in the bay because you are already running they should correct that part in everything else is excellent.

They act like it's a nice "5 star" hotel. What a joke. Nice little rooms, Maybe… a 3 star.

The cleanliness of the room is lousy. I found hair on bed sheets and all over the floor. It is unheard of a room being delivered under those conditions. Unfortunately the solution was very slow making me lose more than two hours of my break for the change of room. But that yes, were very punctual loading the tips on my account for a totally deficient service.

It is a very cozy place, with very modern and comfortable facilities, has first level services and the rooms are very spacious and cozy, and in staff strives to attend in a very good way, it is definitely a great place to stay.

The restaurant at the hotel has the worst service ever. They offered us water without letting us know it had a ludicrous price, almost $10 US dollars per bottle. Unbelievable!

I stayed at the W, Mexico City for a few nights in December 2017 in one of their “Fabulous Rooms”. The hotel and room was clean and kept to a high standard. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room itself was small and the decor polarising; Personally it wasn’t to my taste considering it’s marketed as a high end hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the shower room met my expectations (no bath tub). The view of Mexico City was stunning from the room. I arrived on a Friday night and was surprised to find the bar and reception area was essentially a nightclub, which goes with the W hotel theme and may entice younger guests. The hotel is located a short walking distance from Bosque de Chapultepec, a stunning 1700 acre park with running routes, marketplace and a lake.

A lot of design and originality in a hotel. The attention is very good.

What you would expect of a W. I have been coming here at least annually since they opened and have always been pleased. Excellent location also, close to Chapultepec park, shopping and museums.

Luxuriousand comfortable. Ubicated in the trendy Polanco neighborhood, it's a beautiful place with contemporary pop art decoration. It's ideal for spoiling yourself and have a Chic vacations in the city. Most of their visitors are elegant and well-educated persons who visit the city for business or sybarites, those who love spa, hot tubs, the friendly and fast service at the room, incredible views from the city since your window and massage. Also there's a good bar, a restaurant and a gym. I took an Uber because I did not know they had their own taxis and the concierge was cared about me all the time, I felt secure!

The hotel is amazing. The snacks at the bar are the most. Clean and good service.

The most relaxed hotel in the most exclusive area of Polanco. Recently refurbished with very comfortable rooms. The small-sized elevator and the slow speed of the Internet remain opportunities to solve.

I went to brunch and the price is very high for the options offered. It is worth it with the consumption of sparkling wine. The service is very slow.

Good if you are SPG, otherwise, check out the Four Seasons or JW Marriott. So, while this was one of the better W hotels I've been to, it's nothing to write home about for Mexico City. The location, gym and spa are the best aprts about this hotel. When we arrived, we had to wait 3+ hours for our room to be ready. Finally getting to our room it was clean, but it felt a bit like a hospital. I do not recommend wasting any time at the restaurant or bar. I would not recommend.

I went only for a social event and I had a great day, from the facilities and the service was top level. To have been just an event, the organization was the best and the music excellent!

The event was well organiced and the location well equiped. The snacks were great! I didnt like the meal so much, because it was just some fancy sandwichs. But it might have been my companies decision.

You can never go wrong with a W hotel, and this doesn't disappoint. The area is fantastic. So much to do.

We had an event in the bar. Everything went very nice. The director of the restaurant very helpfull and the waiters with an excellent service. The food wad just astonishing. Then, the earthquake came… The staff was very trained and took us outside the hotel to a safe spot in complete order. Then, outside, they provide us with food and drinks until the hotel was completely checked. Thanks for the support.

It's a W so that means a trendy, modern hotel room with a view. I wish they were more affordable more often. Overall great experience. No free in room Wi-Fi though, which strikes me as chintzy.

The W in Mexico City is not a 5 star hotel. The rooms feel like a dated Ikea store. They're uncomfortable. The work station in the room is not meant for extended business use. The hotel internet is sub-standard and inconsistent in it's connectivity. The service is uneven. The staff tries very hard in the low touch areas, but oddly enough, the service in the restaurant is consistently sub-par. For your dollars, there are other options for high end hotels on the same street.
