My uncle made a reservation, they confirmed it, the day he arrived he was told that he could NOT stay, that he needed a work letter, which he was NEVER told by phone, the thing is that the attention was terrible and in the end they did not allow him to stay, I recommended the hotel and it looked bad!
THE WORST THING ABOUT THE CASE IS THAT DISCRIMINAN, he told them that he was Doctor Gynecologist, (NOTHING TO SEE WITH DOCTORS WHO TREAT COVID 19), they replied that they did not accept doctors!
They have no judgment.
There will be a complaint to see if they listen.

I highly recommend this Hotel. The food is great. It was fresh and delicious. The room service was awesome. The transportation was ready to take us to where ever we needed to go. My daughter and I felt very safe. I highly recommend Alejandro. He's a great driver. I will definitely stay there again, And recommend this Hotel to all my family and friends.

Just spent 5 days there. Loved everything except for bathroom towels and slow internet. Roberto in the dining room was very helpful for us.

Bad service, they take a long time to send bills and when they get them they are bad, the cleanliness of the hotel is bad. I found a bloody paper in the closet. I hope they get better.

Nice place. I wish the pool would be larger and in a more private place not so close to the main entrance. But the food was good and also the buffet breakfast was incredible delicious and it was just great.

Good atmosphere with live sax on Sundays. Comfortable and nice to go with family. The food is not very varied and the seasoning is not excellent, but it is ok for a casual Sunday. The price could improve.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the hotel is conveniently located around two big malls where you will be able to have a nice time, the valet parking service is also useful, although it is not free, lastly rooms do not have AC but you will probably wont need it since weather is usually cold around here.

Buen hotel ejecutivo para estancias cortas. Como otros comentan, los cuartos son algo ruidosos pero tolerable. Me hospede en el primer piso y el techo del baño estaba muy bajo, topaba con las lámparas y los marcos de las puertas (193cm). El gimnasio está decente pero con poco equipo. En general todo bien. Me quedaría otra vez pero en otra habitación.

I went to an event in one of the lounges, so my opinion is not exactly the hotel, if not of facilities and service for Events. I expected something maybe a bit outdated but the truth is that the facilities are nice and with excellent cleanliness and maintenance. The spacious lounge with all the technological facilities for Events. Good service from the staff and the Waiters. Breakfast, regular. What is not right is the access, in the periphery of peripheral, because they saturate the valet parking and makes a line of waiting in our case was more than 10 minutes.

This hotel, provides a peaceful atmosphere. Good location, very friendly staff, rooms are comfortable and quiet, the pool is heated, and breakfast has good variety.

The hotel is very nice. Only the service is lousy if you are in the pool area, never listen to the waiters. I was last weekend with my husband and babies and real I had to go to order a jug of coffee and the services to be able to have breakfast (had buffet and I understand that one goes for their food, but they don't even take the delicacy of bringing the service to the diners the P One very bad in the service).

Good quality-price ratio. The rooms are spacious and quiet, but the bathroom wasnt as clean as I wished. The staff didn't speak much English which made some things a little more complicated. We visited the hotel in January, and they did not have heating in the breakfast room, therefore we were freezing even with coats on (I never stayed longer than 15min there because I was so cold). Otherwise the breakfast is good with lots of variety. The hotel grounds aren't that big but it's spacious enough and beautiful.

This hotel is very nice but you get a surprise when you arrive you are served by homosexual despots and a lot the manager behaved very well because I gave him the complaint of his partner I think the face of the hotel is the staff in front and put those people and break totally the image ah and lunch is very expensive.

Very nice hotel but very poor service. The head of reception is quite apathetic and the waiters in the restaurant take (most) a lot to attend you. Only the guy who helps you with the suitcases super friendly.

It's not worth what you pay for the room.

I went to a wedding in the evening. So the event room is super good for few people. I imagine they have more halls. Very rich food. I did not stay so no idea about the facilities.

There is no congruence in the price-service relationship. They charge you everything.
The room does not vent it and smells and feels the humidity.
It should be the courtesy parking for the guests.

Loved this place. Had room facing pool so was noisy but felt like resort with pool and garden layout. Was not noisy at night except occasional idiot gunning car on nearby highway. Also great mall right across the street Mundo E.

Rooms remodeled, but poorly finished, there was no curtain or shower doors in the shower and is encharcaba almost all the bathroom, badly assembled closet, I drop the door on… In short I wish check and improve facilities.

Buffet breakfast very poor in variety, finish the dishes in the bar and they are slow to replenish missing, the beans can be kept constantly, the taste is good to dry, only as a last option.

This property was previously known as the Hotel María Bárbara, now as Krystal Satellite Mary Barbara, you have a new administration is doing a remarkable job to improve and ensure the quality that characterizes the Hotels Krystal. Hotel very recommendable to combine business with a warm and familiar atmosphere, very well located just steps from World And and very close to Plaza Satellite, has ample parking and wireless Internet connectivity at no cost.

The place is very well the only request I is better service in the restaurant by the waiters qie is pesimo.

Definitely the best thing about this hotel was the chicken with grilled panela cheese with grilled nopal asado…

I play a course in balcones de san Mateo and we ospedamos in that hotel for a month and a half and I love it, service Care facilities all first I highly recommend it.
