Terrible service! Terrible hygiene, terrible attitude of the people who attend, I do not recommend absolutely anything about this place. I only stayed one night and I changed to the Hotel Solar de las animas and nothing to see everything I loved!

A place with "R" return clean the super friendly staff and the place is beautiful.

This site is nice but not proportional to the cost and quality of service and facilities.
The bed is uncomfortable, the staff seems to live in lalalandia, their tour is well chafa and their tequila well ugly. It is real that people who are not guests can rount the facilities and attend the blissful tour, so if you want to avoid courage, better stay elsewhere and just go for some cute photos and bye.

The room was in terrible conditions, lack of maintenance, dirty, and the bed had hair and blood stains. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. All the rooms were in similar conditions. The manager of the hotel offered to cancel our second night and to get reimbursed. However, they didn’t reimburse us for the unused nights, breaking their word. Funny enough, the Sales Director is the daughter of the owner, she was the one who block the reimbursement. Don’t stay here, there are better 4/5 stars hotels in the area (Guadalajara) for the same price. This hotel charges a ridiculous fee for what it is. Check reviews in TripAdvisor and here. We are not the only ones who have experienced this. Regarding Covid protocols, they have a tunnel for human disinfection, not recommended by the WHO, and forbidden in first world countries. My body temperature was not taken and some staff were not wearing face masks.

An out-of-the-ordinary hotel, excellent service and attention, from the entrance you pass through the Sanitizacion filter, the very rich food and the friendly staff.
Of course, if I highly recommend it.

A nice and very different place, however lousy service in the restaurant, almost an hour waiting to serve the food, the taste of the cuisine very basic, is not congruent with the prices with what they offer.
Come to live the experience and not stay with the desire, I definitely do not come back.

The place is nice, this father not to be left wanting to know the place, however the service is lousy, they very delicate and demanding but at nothing give for what they charge, the price is high and the room for nothing luxurious, very bad service, attention and the bad food, the bathroom of the room was dirty, they hook you saying that it includes tour and for nothing worth it besides that it is right there in the facilities, total disappointment, hopefully they will improve.

Highly recommended, definitely a bucket list trip specially if you like tequila, most hospitable group of people starting with the owner Carlos, my birthday celebration will definitely be unforgettable ❤️ thank you thank you.

Being here was wonderful the luxury rooms the bathroom very clean without bad internet smells beautiful views and stunning green areas I put ten stars ⭐️ I highly recommend excellent service very friendly the delicious food the tour of the factory is magnificent because knowing how they create he delicious tequila is a treat also see the craftsmen create the bottles is a blessing and a whole art I am completely satisfied thank you very much for your kindness First God will return to that magical place to relive this great experience greetings for all and a thousand blessings ✨

The place is very nice, the food leaves much to be desired the service of buffet apart from caro, very few options and tell you a time and is another food with no taste and the staff do not have touch only 1 waiter or kitchen staff was the only that we deal well. In the concept of food 0 recommended.

They gave us a lousy service breakfast, upon arrival at the restaurant had nothing prepared for us, we had to wait a long time and at the end of the meal they gave us was very little, very bad quality, to the cost and they refused to refund the incident.

We enjoyed our two night stay here, although I didn't enjoy the ducks who hissed and chased us everytime we walked to have dinner/breakfast/lunch. They freaked me out!

The hotel is an amazing experience to stay in a barrel-shaped suite! The beds are very comfortable and room was spotless. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because they have no heat in the rooms… we were there over New Year’s Eve and literally FROZE in our room. There was also very little hot water.

This place is very interesting, you can learn a lot about how Tequila is Made and view the procesos explained by the guides. Also you can ver a room in a very folkloric place. About the food is also great, I recommend a visit to this place.

Beautiful themed hotel. The hotel includes a continental free breakfast which is ok. Most importantly it includes a tour of the tequila distillery which is on the property. They explain the history, cultivation and production of the tequila. They provide samples as you take the tour and in the boutique. If your a hotel guest then you do a tequila tasting and teach you the different types of tequila and the proper way to drink it. They also provide a complimentary margarita. They give you and empty bottle at check out. You can have it filled with any of the tequilas they provide for only $200 pesos. This hotel also includes a free shuttle service into town and back to the hotel.

Very nice place, beautiful landscape with the aroma of the freshly cooked agave, located on the slopes of Cerro de Tequila.

Booked for my husbands birthday — Rate included tequila shots in the room, breakfast, distillery tour and a tasting. The tasting was fantastic, even with our limited Spanish. Really nice place just a little away from all the crazy of the town centre. Highly recommend.

A very comfortable, quiet and unique place because the rooms are shaped like barrels! There is no other equal in the world!

The Hotel does not correspond to the category it announces. It Is Original The idea of the rooms in the form of barrels and very interesting the visit to the Tequila factory but the services of the hotel leave much to be desired. In the room we found two cockroaches. The shuttle service is very slow. It Took almost an hour to get to the village to pick us up and on the way back, nine minus five, we were no longer able to dine in the restaurant because they closed at nine. The price of the room is excessive for the hotel services.

Excellent weekend! May be pricier than others but it's totally worth it; from the check in we felt so welcomed and after that, it was only about enjoying all the Tequila experience.

Everything was excellent from the arrival time the lady at reception and everyone in the staff treated us very well the room was excellent and the tour as well, food at the restaurant great, the place in general just great, that adoption activity is a great thing to do, looking forward to go back every year.

I loved the place, it is beautiful, contact with nature, a lot of tranquility, a totally different concept very Mexican, recommended 1000% very friendly staff, I hope to return soon.

All of the staff was incredible! Simply outstanding. They couldn't do enough for you. Eduardo even went into town to get dry wood to make us a fire! The tequila shots in the room was a great touch. Simon did an awesome tour. Loved the shuttle transportation. Excited to hear about the coming pool and jacuzzi. I hope that as your grow and it gets more popular you don't lose any of those personal touches. It is expensive but I don't have any regrets. We have told everyone we know. Two things that would be better. A box of tissues in the room and a mirror outside of the bathroom. When there are two women getting ready it is good to have a mirror outside of the bathroom. Even on the inside door of the closet would be fine. Breakfast was great and we had a wonderful lunch there as well. Everything was exceptional.

We stayed in the newly built tequila barrels. It was super clean and had everything we needed. The staff were fabulously helpful. The tour of the distillery was also super fun and informative. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The rooms in the form of barrels are wonderful, they are super equipped and isolated from the exteriro that allow you to relax and enjoy your sleep hours very well.
The very interesting museum of the history of tequila of the brotherhood and in general of the manufacture of it, the tour through the factory very well taught with great knowledge the guide, the cava is incredible and with an exquisite tequila smell
The restaurant the tavern is spectacular and imposing and the food very rich.
I recommend them to go as a couple or with the family.
