Actually, disappointed! fatal treatment of their staff both as a customer and as a collaborator.
as a customer I received discrimination by wanting to rent a long-term apartment for me and my family!
and when they offered me to work with them renting, they delayed my commissions and made you go around a thousand times to get paid! especially a lady named Laura, administrator David and a worker named Ishmael. They promise a lot of things and they don't comply!

I wanted to rent something in the long term for me and my family, but unfortunately we were cared for by two people with a nefarious attitude! one was called ishmael and the other person laura. Terrible deal! Actually, I don't recommend it!

Great pool and lounge area. Quiet resort with both hotel rooms and Suites to lease for 1 year. Central to buses shopping restaurants and beaches. Great Spot.

Very central located in the hotel zone. Very quiet if you get a room that faces the courtyard and pool. Mega Store is right next door. The complex is on the older side but is kept very clean. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

In General It is a fairly quiet hotel and close to the beach, nice green areas around the pool. Clean, comfortable and spacious Rooms, although some artifacts need to be arranged. The staff is friendly and is willing to help.

Hola Amigos. I lived for one year on the fourth floor of this great hotel for an entire year. Two bedroom, two bath unit. Hotel Santa Maria for the long term quest is absolutely the best Hotel to stay at because: location next to Mega Grocery Store, Fed Ex, best gym in Vallarta. (has a lap pool, yoga classes, great equipment, air conditioned for $50 a month). The hotel is near the library Las Mangos which is a social and exercise center featuring yoga, Tai Chi, movie club etc. Hotel Plaza Santa Maria is on the bus line so no need for a car. Forty minutes from airport. Fruit Breakfast every day is available in the hotels elegant lobby for 50 to 70 pesos. Other long term Plaza Santa Maria quests are interesting and easy to get to know. If you want the other long term guests will help you join all the meet up interest groups in Vallarta. I have never had the pleasure of having my sheets and towels changed and my living unit cleaned weekly. Absolutely no need to clean up after yourself. Lazy living at its best. A pay to have them do you laundry is close by and is so cheap it was idiotic to do my laundry when for $5 to 6 dollar all my dirty clothes were cleaned, ironed and put on hangers. Many restaurants of all price ranges within two to ten minute walk. Safe. Finally, the staff is very helpful in helping you with odd ball and normal questions. Staff for the most part speak English well. Learn Spanish schools are within walking distance too.

The Plaza De María is very nice a plcae so big, I have gone always and buy much food.

I live here year around. It's one of the very best values in PV. A great neighborhood and close to everything one may need. It's a quiet, safe, oasis with 24 hr a day security. The management takes VERY good care of the place. With a large staff of very friendly people. From the maintenance and grounds staff to the gals that clean the apartments to the front desk and security people. I couldn't be happier to call this my home. :)

Love this place. Going back again in May. Very reasonable prices. Close to everything its right off the main road but so quiet once you get inside the complex. The pool is clean the rooms are clean just older. But for the price you cant beat it. There is a full service kitchenette in each room. I would recommend this to anyone that wants a good price with a decent hotel.

Visiting peurta Vallarta on vacation. Wonderful people wonderful vacation! Highly recommend vacationing there!

It was so relaxing quiet and the pool was excelent. The rooms are good size, everything was very clean and the service was ok we had to remind them to bring us shampoo and soap, we wer told every other day? So we went to buy our own… Other than that we enjoyed the 3 day stay…

Excellent rooms and service, a very nice place, the only thing I missed was that one week made cleaning 2 times, I think that they have to pay attention to that, otherwise I recommend and would book there.
