Good for a quick sleep and close to the airport but it sucks that they don't have hot water on the shower.

For the price of this hotel (we paid $54 USD per night for 3 adult), this hotel is great. It provide breakfast, and easy access to bus to Centro (or downtown) of Puerto Vallarta. The room we resides in is quiet and clean, it does not contain a refrigerator it is kind of minus, but no major issue. The hotel is only about 300 meter walking distance from airport (PVR), you could walk to it or take Uber (45 pesos), but if you take taxi they will charge you 300 pesos for a 2-minute ride. Note: if you want to take taxi, do not just take it from the people who line up outside of customs office, they could charge more and not secure for you. You need to walk further to the door which open to street — before you exit the door you could find taxi stands just by the door. You need to give the employees there your hotel name (or address) so that they can sell you a ticket. Once you got the ticket, you could just step outside, there is a banner of the Taxi company there, and people there will examine your ticket and waive for a taxi to bring you to hotel.

Excellent quality and very comfortable, all the staff are very friendly. Super recommended.
This very close to the airport you can walk winged there is a Mexican commercial and various establishments.
I thought it was a great detail their concern for the environment.

The Food in the restaurant was very rich. And The service is just as good. If I go back to Vallarta it would be there.

Excellent choice for a quick visit to Puerto Vallarta. The Hotel is very friendly and Friendly. Comfortable because there are rent of cars and restaurants in the shopping plaza. It is Not a hotel for those who come to be on the beach.

It lookes just like the pictures, very cramped space for even one person, it was horrible for 2. The pictures show a spacious handicap bathroo, in reality, it is laughably tight quraters. The breakfast is really quite good, if you are able to time your receiving okay. Otherwise, be very careful cuz the onslaught is dangerous.

Abeces is a problem billing.

Excellent place very nice and well located except the buffet service that leaves you to want in variety and do not respect service hours.

I liked the hotel, it includes breakfast, with pool, excellent location, you can walk from the airport in just 10 min, super safe. The only thing that disappointed me was the reception attention as the staff very incompetent and lemtoŕr.

This hotel sucks, the room smh it's way to small for the price first of all, secondly don't walk from hotel here it's so unsafe specially at night time. When u walk up it don't look like hotel it's more like lil shops and bars, the so called free buffet and free coffee etc. All down stairs we r on the 3rd floor no nice view what so ever the night starts at $3000 pesos like $130 in dollars not worth it. Bathroom small tiny.

Your breakfast area is not as clean as we say. Although TMB owes much to how dirty people are. They should put bigger trash cans and more practical tapas, it's disgusting with all the people who can't throw food or other materials. In Gral well service, although the last day of my stay I put a thinner towel and with a hole for the bathroom = S.

Small rooms with lots of hallway noise. People talking in the hallways and slamming doors. Washrooms by the pool are disgusting as they do not flush. Great location though.

It is a hotel that has what you need, where to sleep, breakfast, albreca to relax and a very warm staff.
Around it has a shopping center, where there are shops of all kinds, as well as this right on the side of the airport, so it makes it a hotel of very easy access by people arriving by air.
It has parking, which has no extra cost.
The truth is that it is 100% recommended for people who like to go out to meet new places.

Well what you Expected from this type of hotel. Well located for work. They should respect the dignity of their towels and allow them to shave (they are very desilachadas, see photo). Dirty dishes on all the breakfast tables. Strong smell of cleaning products in the hallways (at 15:30 hour entry of the customers that come) drums products uncovered wn cleaning carts. You can't go with bags for so many carts full of sheets and towels.

The hotel is quite clean, the pool has hot water and is a Economigo hotel. It is very close to the marina and that area is very nice to walk around.

Room's were okay. Small but clean. No water pressure and took forever to get hot water. Close to airport. Close enough to walk to marina for dinner and drinks. Staff was so unfriendly and unhelpful. Except for our maid. She was awesome. So nice!

You can walk, it is five minutes from the airport, excellent service from all the staff.
I checked out after 40 minutes and no extra charges were made or any comment for the delay.
100% recommended.

Very good service from the staff. Just for my taste the pillows are appalling and the pool water super cold all year round. But it is a good place if you are for work in Puerto Vallarta.

Ideal If you go from work to Vallarta very comfortable and all the paperwork fast.

I loved the service, I want to do a wide greeting to 2 people who made our stay super pleasant, Ivonne Reception that although we had problems with the room it is hard to troubleshoot such situations, I had cleaned the room, and she oversaw it until I cleaned, the dryer was not working and we had an event which was super necessary for my wife, and she personally took me to a person of Mtto. I solved the problem and sack of the same, my phone didn't work and I oversee everything to be ready, all this without need to move of the room is what I call an excellent service, in order not to create discomfort but to change our congratulations excellent service attitude, also my congratulations to Ivan for Kitchen also with excellent service we fell asleep and arrived late to the breakfast at the time of removal, and Ivan gave us the service to not stay without breakfast, and the second day also helped us at breakfast making it very enjoyable our breakfast congratulations to both please value the work of people like them that make us super pleasant stay, congratulations excellent service will highly recommend broad mind.

They got cockroaches and inefficient service, took me almost an hour to check in, only good point is that is next to airport.

Nice to spend some nights, very small bedrooms.
Its distinctive H was not in force, a company "committed to ecology", using Styrofoam dishes.

Good location to have a good night sleep afther a great day on the beach or in the night life of Vallarta.

It Is A very comfortable hotel, accessible and safe, plus it has a swimming pool until 10 PM and a gym at the bottom so you don't lose your routine if you travel.

First I got a room that stank of smoke, some people had been smoking in the room. It stank mouldy, the floor was so dirty, the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, I had to call the Wi-Fi office my self, twice. Bad service, the reception should take care of it (they are nice people though and tried their best) then I complained about the room, they moved me to a room on a different floor, wich was nicer and not smelly. Wi-Fi still not working and now i’m writing this at the pool side where the Wi-Fi seems to work :) I have stayed here before and has always been happy, but this time not ohappy at all, it need a deep clean this place and also they need to update their Wi-Fi system.

For a budget hotel, this is a great option. Our room was very small but clean and the bed was comfortable. Even though the hotel is right beside the airport, you can't really best the planes. It's very quiet. Breakfast was good!

The hotel in general is clean and has enough to get to sleep and have a pleasant stay. The air conditioning is a bit noisy during the night and the water pressure is barely enough to be able to bathe…

Very clean rooms, hotel, dining and pool area. Budget hotel very close to the airport, but without the noise. Location is great for those not interested being right on the beach, and who want affordable, yet clean & efficient rooms. Free breakfast till 10 am, Wi-Fi, coffee and water 24 hours a day. Super clean and modern. Staff are always nice. You can walk to airport or next door to restaurants, grocery store or bus stop. Not expensive. Coffee, water and breakfast provided. Also a nice pool.

Great value and location. 5 min walk from airport. On the busline (200). Restaurants, car rentals in the same building. Gas station, supermarkets and more restaurants within a block.

Great hotel for the price! Rooms are small but clean. The location is right next to the airport and makes it easy to take public transportation any where you want to go. We took the local bus to Punta Mita and downtown Puerto Vallarta and it was very easy. I would definitely recommend doing this. You can also easily walk to the Marina where there are plenty of restaurants. There is a car rental place right below the hotel, making it easy to rent a car for the day. There is also a free continental breakfast which was all we needed to get us started for the day. Hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The double beds are very small and it would be difficult to put two adults in them comfortably, but that was the only negative to this hotel.

There's no one to help carry your luggage. There was no soap nor shampoo in the room. At the airport there should be a car to take you to the hotel.

In general the hotel is nice, my time has elapsed without problems, most of the staff is always friendly and attentive with the exception of one of the front desk people. The location of the hotel, restaurants, malls, ATMs, convenience, etc. Have on hand The only "complaint" what could have with regard to the hotel, is that the Internet connection is so slow that sometimes you can't or attach light of Word, Excel or similar files to send an e-mail.

It is good hotel in working visits, breakfast very early end when in other hotels until 12. Generally well. Clean and comfortable.

You call any room and you question who you are… and who want to talk etc… If one brand to any room. It is because you know who is there not? Seems the pgr interrogation… the breakfast is not changed every day is egg beans and chilaquiles… It bore the same every day… l.

Hello to all interested readers! I spent 2 agreeable days at this hotel and of course the fist thing I can remember is that it only took me about 7 short minutes to walk to the main terminal of Puerto Vallart Airport. Being so close and yet the hotel has totally soundproofed rooms so there is no sense of the proximity. The hotel is found inside a mini shopping centre. There is a wonderful terrace with a midsized pool and so you can definately find a place to relax. You can step out onto the street and find some bars and restaurants to visit. If you understand Spanish you will read that the rooms are a little smallish… that's true but that didn't matter to me because I was travelling alone… some others remarked on the poor quality of the food and I would reject that totally. They provide an all inclusive all you can eat breakfast where you will find everything one usually finds in most parts of the Western world for breakfast… fruit, yogurt, eggs, pancakes, cereals, danishes, pastries, Mexican food, fruit juices, tea and coffee. The staff were professional and helpful so I can't account for the very few negative comments by some individuals. I give them 4 stars because in life there is always room for improvement! … an utterly benign and positive experience… Thanks.

Rooms very small. The Internet is slow… So slow that I'm posting with my data. I expected more from the photos. Tv with few channels, very small area of the firm, faces the rooms and they don't give you bottles of water.

There is no service from the staff and the food is very bad!

Not many channels of TV rooms very narrow but good breakfast and acceptable.

The attitude of the reception staff is very bad, leaves dual-use on the printer.

The dining room should be bigger. Outside of that it is a very nice hotel.
