The staff and facilities are 5 Star, the location could be better. Everyone the maids, bellhops, receptionist and the servers were both professional and friendly. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Loved the beds! The only drawback was that the hotel has busy bus stops on both sides. It is a bit noisy until 10ish when the buses stop running. I will be staying here again.

Excellent hotel for business trip Although the location is not optimal (there is a lot of noise, the area is not well maintained and there is rubbish around the streets). Free breakfast is good taste, spacious and clean rooms, fast internet, variety of TV channels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has good menu at reasonable prices.

The location is perfect for the morning and afternoon, in the evening the streets for access are unsafe, so best to arrive by car, the hotel is pretty neat and clean. The breakfast is rich and have good service.

La peor experiencia para mi fue que olvidé un reloj en la mesa de noche de lo cual no tengo ninguna duda en lo absoluto. Llamé sólo 2 horas después y no me lo regresaron, les supliqué que por favor no me hicieran eso que me lo devolvieran, pero insistieron que no encontraron nada. Estoy consciente que pudo no haber llegado a manos de la recepción, pero alguien se lo robo en algún punto. Lo negativo es que la calle donde está no se siente segura, no está iluminada y hay muchos vagabundos, la limpieza de las habitaciones es bastante mala, mucho polvo en los rincones y otros detalles, a la regadera se le sale el agua por el piso y llega hasta la habitación. Los aspectos positivos son la decoración del hotel que es el mejor atractivo, el desayuno incluido está muy rico y tiene de todo, está cerca del centro.

Good location, bathroom was clean, beds too. I really liked the style of the hotel, the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was buffet and everything was rich although there was not much choice. If I would stay in that hotel again.

Its image in question to architecture is very nice is just remodeled a few years ago and has a modern look, but I guess it gives bad image the fact that the surroundings are full of people that all day goes up and down public transport and that some person S litter trash also damages the hotel image and I think the management is very patient to overlook it. And that's why I'm offering you my recognition.

La ubicacion es 2 cuadras de los templos de la mercede. Con estacionamiento. Habitaciones amplias y con sala de resepcion lo hace un lugar agradable a la vista. Y vastante familiar tanto elegante y economico. Se come bien se duerme y de paso se pasa una estadia agradable en la zona metropolitana de guadalajara.

Great hotel for people who want to be close to the historic center. Small rooms tend to be noisy because of the hallway structure but the large rooms with Jacuzzi are very quiet with a three room setup. Wi-Fi was ok and was able to upload 1.5 GB in a couple of hours. About 15-18 parking spaces accessible from the lobby is a good option. Ask before so they can open the garage. Everything worked as intended and I had no issues. Stayed in the master seventh floor. The area around the hotel is sketchy, as most historic centers are but ubers can always slide up to the lobby to pick you up. Two blocks up is the cathedral and zocalo.
