Everything is good except the service in the restaurant, there is a lack of a manager to follow up with the waiters so that they attend, in addition to the fact that greeting is not too much, as a user of different holidays I can say that this I do not recommend the restaurant.

The access ramp to the downtown hotel. It is extremely dangerous inappropriate. My wife uses an electric chair and every time she went in or out she put herself at risk. That ramp is not allowed as civil protection.

I really liked that beautiful place because it is a fancy Mexican hotel. Last time I stayed here, was back in 2010

I stayed a little over 2 months at this Hotel for work reasons; perhaps the only detail I find is the little variety of the Restaurant's menu.
Overall my stay was very good, the staff is very friendly (some more than others, but overall everyone is attentive).
Nadia and another chubby receptionist who did not remember her name (I was usually in the afternoons) helped me with the inconveniences I came to have and always with a lot of disposition.
The hotel is centrally located and very well located.
In addition the detail of leaving you a chocolate and a note every night is appreciated.

Won't be returning. Bad service, budget hotel standards for higher end prices. We arrived the hotel at 7am due to an early red eye flight and asked if there were any rooms available for early check-in. "No, we're fully booked tonight. You can only check in at 3pm" said the manager. That's fair, so we went around the city. At 1pm, we called to check if any rooms opened up and was told the same "The hotel is full. You can only check in at 3pm". I found this very hard to believe based on the human traffic in the hotel. I don't expect early check-in to be a given but I expect the staff to at least try instead of turning us away sharply and with a frown. When we finally managed to check in, the rooms were basic and not the cleanest. I've stayed in many Holiday Inns and this is definitely the worse. I don't understand how it can still carry that name. We are moving to another hotel.

Very nice hotel, great location and very comfortable beds. Housekeeping is very busy so rooms may not be refreshed until late in the day. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable hotel but not very modern.

Holiday Inn is my favorite hotel chain. This location is excellent as it has a lot of interesting places in a walking distance. Rooms are great and staff is friendly and kind. Make sure your car is compact because parking space is limited (large pickups won't fit).

Excellent location very good service and the only downside would be the parking for those who carry or renting vehicles is too small and a bit difficult to park but overall quite comfortable the rooms very clean and with a great View of the city.

You do not have the category of a Holiday Inn.

If I could chose zero stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in the customer service industry. I have been to holiday inn hotels all over the world. This place need a visit by the regional managers asap! The managers are never available, when u have an issue. They will make you wait all day. If you book through a 3rd party they treat like a second class citizens. Very disappointed.

It was good estansia but I failed the air conditioning and the Detayes badly finished of the plafon of table Rock were noticed thanks.

It is a very nice and nice place, the reason for my visit was because we requested a service of their rooms, all well only that their staff sometimes looks bad and that made me look bad with my incited.

Excellent location with regard to tourist places, the attention of staff is good only that I Aceves the staff during the breakfast buffet takes a while to attend you if there are enough people.

The hotel is located in unbeatable place of the city. He's in the center. It is comfortable, modern, clean and with excellent service. If you need a safe taxi they will call you and appear immediately. The only drawbacks were that it did not serve the coffee maker in the room and it is a bit pricey.

It's rundown and out dated. Disappointed. Booked it because of location and walking distance to historico downtown. Would not recommend. Old historic hotels are better choice.

Nice comfy bedroom, in a colonial gorgeous building. Tastefully blended retro with contempo decorations. Walk by price is a bit on the expensive side though, online reservation is strongly recommended.

The location of the hotel is in downtown Guadalajara. The streets are very dirty and there are transients all over the place. The location is convenient to walk to many of the historic areas of Guadalajara. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room itself is clean and spacious but the linens and towels are in dire need of replacement. There were rips in the sheets and the towels were also ripping.

I went to La Carreta restaurant for a work event. I liked the breakfast buffet and the very nice place, also very attentive and friendly staff.

Nice hotel, but a bit strange with many interior-facing rooms that have no windows to the outside. Set up for a high-tech interface in the rooms, but it does not work (no actual internet access). I'd avoid the breakfast restaurant if I go back, it was priced like a nice breakfast, but the quality of the food was quite mediocre — there are lots of other places around.

Rooms and service are great. The rooms have been updated and have a good feel.

My family of 4 stayed at this hotel for a week. We decided to cancel our reservations at Hotel Morales due to the fact that the Holiday Inn offered vehicle service, fridge and microwave. We called directly to confirm our pick up and were told the airport service was only for departure, not arrival. We offered to pay extra and were told, that they simply don't like to deal with pick ups. Though we clearly stated on our reservation that we were a family, our suite had no clothes storage space. Only a slim closet with 4 hangers. Outside the bathroom there was a 2 drawer night stand. There is a $100 per day limit money exchange service, this only worked the first night. After this, we were always told to go to an exchange house. The 1st night we were placed in a suite facing the street. This was so loud, some of us didn't sleep the entire night. They did quickly move us, however to a smaller suite with no microwave. I insisted a microwave could be moved and how much I needed this for our infant, hours later they appeared with an old one. The fridge overheated, not keeping items very cold. The microwave was old and loud, often beeping even after food was removed. Wifi NEVER worked. By day 4 and after many calls to the front desk, a letter was delivered that service was down. After this we never received an update on when service would be available.
