Nice networking. Excellent coworker and nice workshop.

Very bad experience on this occasion: the hotel did not respect the convention that he had and pulled out a restriction of the sleeve, and that only they knew, when the reality is that your staff is not trained and when you made the reservation was not made with the price of agreement. At the time of giving you the bill for consumption, do not have at hand the notes of each consumer that justifies this bill, (first hotel that I see that does that). Finally and worse, the waitress asks me to sign the consumption of another person just by sitting with me wanted me to sign, obviously I said no and his response was to get angry, still… there is that other view options.

Best hotel I stayed in all of Guadalajara. Spent about a week there. I stayed in the suite; the location was great and had excellent restaurants nearby and great staff…

Location is good, some traffic at noon and around 8pm, drinks were. Good at fair price and great service.

Excellent hotel in an excellent part of Guadalajara! Very classy, amazing service. Views from the rooms are stunning! The bar offers a great array of drinks and the food is very good quality. Breakfast is a full array of options including fruits, yogurts, eggs, traditional meals, juices, and coffee. Highly recommend.

Overall good hotel, conveniently located. Clean rooms and amenities. No swimming pool available. It can get noisy on the weekends as there is a club in the first floor.

Location is excellent. Room was much better during my first visit as I got a room in a lower floor this time and the music from the club below the hotel can be heard in the room.

I booked my room ahead of time. Once I arrived to the front desk at 9.30pm I noticed the hotel has a big night club next door and a big party was held with a very very loud sound. No vallet, no bell boys, no space for parking, just drunk people around. I asked the front desk staff to show me the room to confirm I could sleep and rest cuz the whole building was shaking for the party and heavy noise. Well, miss Cinthia Lopez said it was not posible cuz no bell boys, no security stuff or other employee, everybody was taking care of the party at Eva Club, so If I get the room just to check it was not noise no cancelletion would be possible. So I took my time to book my room, I used my credit card to garantes it without knowing the hotel has a big Noisy club and then in the middle of the night after a long flight don’t even give me the chance to see it if I could Rest? If I don’t show up no doubt you guys will charge me the room as no show and now you don’t let check the room just to see if I can handle the noise? I was just kicked out in a deal get it or leave. Next time let people know your hotel has a night noise club for kids and don’t waste time of people like me who wants to get a hotel room.

Good for business and family trips. They have good staff and they are able to communicate well in english. The hotel is clean and spacious. There are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel has an excellent location in the financial area of Guadalajara. It has 2 commercial squares nearby, club-bar in the hotel, spacious rooms in excellent condition and overlooking the golf course. The service is very good quality and in time.

I decided to stay at this great hotel because of all the good reviews I had heard from it and it leaves me more than satisfied, all the staff is very friendly and well trained since I arrived made me feel at home, the food very good and especially the style of Aloft unique, modern and youthful, with incredible views, the room that touched me was very comfortable, Had all the services and the internet very fast very different to other hotels I have stayed in, I will definitely choose Aloft for my next stay.

This is a great hotel for the young traveler; from the pool table in the lobby to the Saturday night disco party in the hotel’s adjoining club, The Aloft is a welcome entry to the new Hotel renaissance.

Pretty nice and with decent prices for a hotel bar. The pool view is nice and enjoyable.

The parking lot did not have valet parking and it is very small, the modern facilities clean the friendly staff, although in the bar they took care of us they had no drinks available from the menu and the old and broken cup holders.

Don't expect much, had to call to have our room cleaned and they did not change the bed sheets, ask for a high floor because there is a very loud nightclub next door, keep in mind floor 8 is the 1st level. The smoke from the club gets into the first level rooms very dissapointing, the service from a female service at the restaurant was the only great expirience here. The rooms have no storage space.

The location is very comfortable, especially in the area. Near Zapopan and downtown Guadalajara… In the financial zone. The service is very good, the attention too. I didn't know the rooms.

Great area of the city, really helpful staff at check in. Rooms great. Free parking and pet (small dog) friendly. Way better than Aloft brand / chain in the USA.

The hotel has a Massive disco club that plays super loud. There is also construction going on nearby. They give you cheap earplugs to compensate. If you are a light sleeper this may be an issue. The location of the hotel is awesome as its near lots of entertainment, including a casino if your into that. The staff are super kind and some do speak English.

Very convenient and centric location. Rooms and amenities offer all you may need, personally it's my place of choice every time I travel to Guadalajara.

Nice hotel with simple decor, but innovative to be a hotel. Many places to dine very well at a few meters that helps you a lot since your kitchen is very plain. It is located in the financial center of the area conurbated of Guadalajara in the municipality of Zapopan with excellent access to many services.

The lobby is great! The concept that incorporates live music with local artists or even the national media (Titan) gives you an extra that pays you the accommodation for yourself.

Excellent hotel, just do not put 5 stars XQ the parking is very small, I work cost saving my pick up, is a Silverado and the maneuvers to put it in the parking lot to hit the rearview as it did not fit.

Overall this is a good business hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness requires improvement, some of the sheets and pillows had stains. Breakfast has limited options. Free parking and free internet are nice amenities. Hotel is loud on weened nights as there is a night club at the first floor.

Good place… the design of the decoration between modern and mínimalista give an air very nice and different. Ideal for traveling with your family, couple or business. The rooms are spacious with standard amenities and expected a hotel of this category. The restaurant menu is not very extensive yet meets the expectations described, and the relationship quality, the taste, the price is very good. There is only one detail that you must take care of a lot: the rapidity in the attention in the restaurant: on two occasions, both in the dinner, I had to ask to give me the attention… at the reception. This detail increases the level of the hotel, please address this situation. Thanks.

El mejor hotel de guadalajara.

One star because they used my credit card information to go on a shopping spree. This is the only place I used my Amex to pay for my room. Two weeks later I see that my card was used in Mexico City to purchase $500 worth of merchandise at Liverpool. They either have a very weak security network or one of their employees collecting credit card information. Either way, if you decided to stay here stay so at your own risk.

Hotel work is still in progress. Hotel food is not at all good. Hotel is not allowed you to eat your personal / outside food in Hotel cafeteria. My personally suggestion is go out and eat food. Standard Room doesn't have space to eat food means adding one more item in compromising with our day lifestyle. Room ceiling work is not completed at all. Why we should pay for 3star hotel charges. Room AC feels like not working during nights even if you down your room temperature to 18c. Hotel doesn't have extra LAN cable to attach your laptop with it. You can't sleep during Friday and Saturday because of night club in hotel and it is too much noisy at night. I am feeling very shame on me to choose this hotel. I am damn sure I will never come back to this hotel and My Company will never book this hotel for other people for sure.
