There is no cordiality or education on the part of the staff, they are nefarious and arrogant, there is no service to the guest and all they seek is money.

We don't. Think. Um. Big problem as we were very tired and everything around was full, and the few hotels with have available had very high prices, so I recommend any traveler to see.

The owner very responsible did not send me my bill besides that his attention is very rude my anger is for the same of his zero commitment, so I do not recommend him.

Do not stay at Casa Finlandia! The place itself and customer service are the worst! The owners social skills are non existent; he is rude, non welcoming, and controlling. Sadly, this treatment was towards his own employees as well.
The rooms were ridiculously small and uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning, and access to basic necessities was difficult. When I arrived to my room, there was only one towel and it was used and wet from previous visitors. When I confronted the owner he got offended and did not offer to change it or even apologized. That being said, that made me feel uncomfortable and saw how the place can be unsanitary.
The whole place was reserved by our family, he truly made everyone’s experience negative. Do not waste your money or time here! ¡No te quedes en Casa Finlandia! ¡El lugar en sí y el servicio al cliente son lo peor! Las habilidades sociales de el dueño son inexistentes; es grosero, no es amable y controlador. Lamentablemente, este trato también fue hacia sus propios empleados.
Las habitaciones eran ridículamente pequeñas e incómodas. No hay aire acondicionado y el acceso a las necesidades básicas fue difícil. Cuando llegué a mi habitación, solo había una toalla y estaba usada y mojada por visitantes anteriores. Cuando le comenté al dueño, se ofendió y no se ofreció a cambiarlo ni siquiera se disculpó. Eso me hizo sentir incómoda y vi cómo el lugar puede ser sucio y antihigiénico.
