➜ On August 17th I stayed at this place, I was charged double yet and when I only signed a voucher and received service for one night.
I asked for clarification with the bank, but I was informed that the establishment was saying otherwise.
It was 715 more pesos, although it's not much if it bothers the action and pay for something you didn't receive.
I comment so that the same thing doesn't happen to them, be careful or flat, look for other options.
➜ Bad service. There were leaks in the night in our room. The report was made and we weren't even offered room change.
The bed's wet, pillow, blanket.
We had to move the beds away from the wall so they wouldn't get wet anymore.
Plus there was no hot water at night. We were unable to speak to the manager and were unable to resolve the issue with any bonus or discount for inconvenience.
