They have good location, right next to a supermarket and a big Mall :) (Plaza Isla) And they have big swimming pools If you think that’s too few they have bus to take u to their own beach (every half hour) They even have a lot services inside I enjoyed a lot Even the room isn’t way way too new But good enough :)

Poorly informed staff, slight smell of moisture in hallways and rooms. There are no doors, bathrooms, very glued rooms and unspacious. Poor cleaning of external bathrooms. Very good pools, good water temperature, lifeguard on the slope. As a recommendation if you come by car ask in advance to enlist it.

According to the price, let it be desired. The rooms are small But what worries me most, is the legend below

I think if they were really nature-friendly they should take a discount for allowing the whites not to be washed or show in the bedroom that they really contribute to organizations that protect the environment. This is how the hotel's economy is supported and not nature. This seems only a hoax, which they are interested in in the environment.

We gave been there for a conference, for that it was great, the hotel has a very nice convention center! The hotel is ok, but I don’t think it’s the best choice for a seaside holiday because it’s not by the ocean. But it is a part of a group of hotels with beach front location and has hourly shuttles to each one of it. It has some nice swimming pools, one of them with artificial waves.

The rooms are nice and they are acceptably clean though they could do better. I stayed on the ninth floor. The halls lack A/C and Windows/natural light or at least light fixtures that are not as dim. The room is nice, beds are comfortable but the design is annyoing, instead of a door to the bathroom there is a courtain. Fridge on room barely worked. I was a little sad that even though I payed extra for a nice view windows were stained. On the pro: If you'll stay here I recommend you to purchase the breakfast in advance it is cheaper and its so good: fresh juices, fruit, pastries, pancakes and waffles, and many protein options.

We had a good time. Service was great, and the staff friendly. We didn't stay long enough to ride the shuttle to the beach, but both the pools were great for some quick R&R. Food wasn't amazing, but was decent enough for a resort. Would come back.

Positive: — relatively new — good number of pools Negatives: — horrible customer service in all aspects — extorvise prices (breakfast, restaurants, bars, etc) — noisy (there is a huge site with lots of noise nearby) — unprepared staff (poor training, bad attitude, dishonest, aggressive attitude, etc etc) Examples of disappointment: 1) charged 2 times our room and refused to give us cash back; they kept our usd 500 for 3-5 days and bank took longer to reimburse us; 2) pool closes at 8pm (in a beach resort? Hello! ) 3) 20 min for check-in? Super long queue and super bureaucratic process 4) no replacement of toiletries in room 5) poor hotel layout (long corridors to get from point a to b) 6) everything as to be paid cash… credit card is an option but usually terminals don’t work; I am pretty sure this has to be with tax questions 7) there is a pool of waves but rarely working 8) among others I would like to highlight, 3 persons in special: 1) Karina — check out counter — she charged us 2 times and didn’t assume her mistake… 2) Daniel Terrazas — ‘manager’ — for sure he should be anything close to a manager — totally unprepared, lack of authonomy, arrogant attitude — totally useless 3) Tomás — the director — promised us from day 1 to day 2 to solve our double charming problem.

The food in the restaurants is delicious, the atmosphere is very familiar, is not so close to the beach, but the hotel has trucks that leave every hour from 8 to 11 that take you and bring you to the beach, where you choose to stay in the sea with lounge chairs or PU Edes Enter the hotel where it arrives by truck and be in their pools. One of the most modern hotels in the port! Very nice place. The service described it badly. On arrival we were given a room with a pee smell. We asked for the. Change and tell us that they will do us the favor of changing. Good service mostly. If you want a hotel with all the amenities, it's a good option. But not if you want to walk around the city, because it is a bit far away, it is close to the airport. Comfortable rooms though small. They miss a little attention, especially in restaurants.

Excellent new all inclusive gourmet plan, if yours is good food. Drinks don't bring the best, but you can pay for what you like to drink, the rest is what is worth it.

The whole resort is very clean and the staff have been amazing! The food is really good especially the breakfast at Marche. Lots of choices and very fresh. The room is very modern and clean. I would definitely recommend this resort as long as you don't mind the idea that you're not on the beach even though there is a shuttle that will bring you to their beach resort!

Hotel Eat good service all over the line.

A very good place to rest, comfortable and well catered for. The rooms are very nice, comfortable and spacious, although the bathroom could improve, you see something old. The pool is very good, clean and well designed. Not having a beach is the only thing that leaves you with points. It has a shuttle service to the Princess beach, but in high season it is not functional, because it saturates fast and there is no place to go. I liked the price-quality ratio.

Very good hotel, very comfortable rooms, good service, the trendy restaurant is excellent, what I did not like is that they close the pools at 8:00 instead of the 11:00 of the night as any place and the package for the all inclusive being there is very expensive, I talked and they wanted to charge me 3, 000 pesos for one person per day. In my opinion, it's not worth it because they only had two restaurants open and no people had for the season I went to.

Good facilities and food from the restaurants very good. The all inclusive has many beverage restrictions. The attention is very good in certain areas and others leaves a lot to be desired for the level of the hotel.

Our honeymoon, and sadly they missed the little yet critical things… (and some big things also) Some parts during our stay were amazing like the carnivor Sunday buffet with shrimp, steak, champagne, etc. The restaurant that starts with an M… cant remember the name (michimi? ) … incredible noodle wrapped shrimp… watch out for the water, it costed us 290 mex. Pesos for 2 bottles… that's crazy btw, because the water was actually more expensive than the shrimp… not sure how that works out, but it is what it is. When we entered we had no idea how to call room service, our room didnt even come with a room service menu, we found out about the menu that we never got from a kitchen manager at one of the pool bars. And had to request that someone bring us the missing yet famous blue binder. No one took the time to let is know how the the Cisco telephone system worked… which extensions were which, how to call room service (even after having the menu) and if the system actually worked was yet another story. Lots of button clicks yet zero results. After room service arrived, they never once called or came back to ask if we wanted them to take our plates and dinner ware, so I hope you like having dirty dishes in your room smelling up the place till the next day when the cleaners come in. You have to pay for more than two bottles of water daily, and in this climate, water is essential and some places here in the resort, it costs more than wine.

It is the newest and most modern hotel in Acapulco. Very recommended, the attention is very good.

If you plan to stay here please do not cancel your reservation. It has been a nightmare the past 2 months trying to get my money back. I finally oped to manage the dispute through my credit card. Hope I hear back with good news. I canceled my reservation at this hotel and was told, and transfered 100 times to different people who told me they cant help me, let me transfer you. Its been 2 months with no resolution. Horrible customer service. Up charged and no reimbursement. Do not stay here. Take your business elsewhere.

Excelente servicio. Perfecto para descansar. A pesar de no contar con playa privada ofrece un "pass day" con el que pagando cierta cantidad te llevan al hotel Princess o Pierre (hoteles de la misma cadena con playa privada ubicados también en la zona diamante) y lo que pagaste es abonado para el buffet. Además cuenta con una buena cantidad de albercas entre ellas una de olas.

Mega structure But maybe a little too dispersive…

There is a reason for the many many 5 star reviews on this resort, it's a wonderful, clean and organized place with a well trained and English speaking staff. This place boasts an impressive number of different 5 star restaurants offering any palate a sumptuous choice of fine foods. There are several different pools, including a wave pool, a family pool with swim-up cabana bar, a very shallow children's pool and a pool strictly for adults. Wait staff at the pools are friendly and attentive. All in all I have experienced few hotels that offer as much as the Mundo Imperial for the reasonable prices that they offer. With rooms just under 100 US dollars a night, you can't go wrong here on your visit to Acapulco. I wish it was beach-side, but you can't have everything!

I usually do not like to write negative reviews as I am a pretty simple person when it comes to living, but my angst during my stay here has made me result in writing this review. Overall, the rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. However, the Internet here is complete garbage. I have a tip for you: if you are going to advertise that you offer Internet, then make sure the dang thing works. We paid for upgraded Internet and we still had limited to no coverage. For a resort that is going to charge such high prices I find it highly appalling that you have such horrible Internet coverage. Other than this, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Excellent hotel, good service by the staff, and the slope of any requirement. Although it does not have a beach, take you to the princes as part of the service to the guest.

Recommended if you like to rest and you don't like the beach. The facilities are nice and the food is generally good. Prices are high in specialty restaurants since they do not handle haute cuisine but if you charge it as such.
The staff is trained and generally friendly. While kindness increases if they increase tips.
The hotel responsible a mandatory charge for $150.00 daily parking, use of the gym and use of the children's club, or at least explain it. They warn you that you are registering for what you can already do much. It is something that should be eliminated.

Very good experience very attentive, very good breakfast and very good location I pass the luxury with my kids, recommend it widely and very attentive staff only if made me face a pack of cigarettes in 160 pesos… well, the pedia at 3 in the morning, but then in was… excellent.

It's a big, nice, hotel with large swimming pools, tennis courts, Convention Center, near from Forum Acapulco and from Acapulco airport. The people who attend are friendly and helpful. It belongs to the Princess Hotels Group. I highly recommend it.

I attended a Convention of the company making it virtually the hotel was reserved in their entirety for the event.
Hotel: entering striking ela large expanse of the complex. Are the four towers with rooms, a copy of famous statues decorated large central patio/plaza, an exhibition center, and the pool area. The hotel does not have access to the beach. In general all new and modern decoration, with the exception of the statues that give it a touch cheap, las Vegas type. I guess they should do so to see "imperial" somewhere. It is curious to see that inside one of the halls, there are photographs of "celebrities" who have visited Acapulco, remember the best times of a rundown resort. If gentlemen Acapulco is no longer what it was.
Rooms: Room clean and modern. I was on the side of the pool, so the view was pretty nice. Problem with the elevators that are saturated by the number of people who attended the event. The only but I was in the room was that it was just down an open forum / theatre outdoors, where in the evenings played music too loud and particularly to everything were the speakers at 12:00 PM with music. With plugs which gave me, or each ear covered with pillows the noise decreased.
Service: Irregular, there are overly friendly and service-minded, which is appreciated. Also people from the old Acapulco, where if they do not see a tip of by means not moving (the case of the waiters in the pool area).

Very nice hotel but friendly zero from the reception you have reservation in package arrive early and not let you until after the 3 reluctantly tell you if you want to change in the gym make you walk and as you have no key as you can not enter and back and all they say is that maybe this is and is policy of the hotel and not only yi not is what happened with another guest coming to ask something and instead of helping her yell it.
