Terrible service in addition to not having communication put the client as a liar. Minimum effort for quality attention, I was a frequent customer of this place but in my life I return to this changarro.

The main pool is gorgeous, and the bar is tended by the best people ever, Daniel, Diego the 2 Alfredo’s, Alberto you guys are so awesome, thank you for the best drinks ever. If you are a private person, the hotel has 20 pool villas, very spacious, great private pool and they have amazing views to the bay. We come back every year because we love the food which is amazing all the way, the views and the tranquility Encanto provides but the key part for us is the service, the staff will make you feel at home from the very first moment and we love that every single time we come back we see the familiar faces ❤️Thank you so much to Edwin, Candido, Fany, Iliana, Sebastian, Neftalí, Alfredo, Alberto, Francisco, Oscar, Lety, Ana, Arantza and everybody else who took care of us. Expensive luxury hotel but not all inclusive. The view of our room with pool is more than spectacular. They also charge you for the minibar. But it's a hotel that would go again.

The hotel the restaurant is located in is very modern, with unique architecture, mood lighting. We were there during their low season. None of the rooms were occupied and we were the only customers. We had to pass 2 guard points on their private road. The sunset was gorgeous, so we took our time to make pictures while waiting for our appetizers to be served. As the darkness came on, the amounts of bugs and mosquitoes became unbeatable and there are no indoor sitting, so our waiter brought us a can of bug spray, which was helpful to some degree. Food was nicely served but nothing has wowed me, just an average. We were a party of 4. Ordered few appetizers, 4 main dishes, drinks, and desert. Steak was chewy, ribeye overdone and dry, seabus wasn't jucy and was covered by tomatoe sauce that tasted like it came from a can. Cheesecake hardly tasted like cheese. The only things I liked were tuna appetizer, brownie desert, and Margarita Acapulco. And even those were just like at any other local restaurant. Maybe we came at bad/slow time and the chef left on vacation, nevertheless, their prices didn't reflect that or the quality of food, the bill was steep $4, 000 MX. Can't recommend it for dinner, maybe for a drink or desert to enjoy the view, and hopefully without masquitoes eating you up.

Excellent Hotel and service, the rooms really are very comfortable and with an amazing view, my only comment is that the rooms of "designer" only commented that they raise the cost for a table they put, which is not made me that could be called of " Designer.

It is the best hotel in Acapulco, I put four stars why not allow dogs and I left a suit for dry cleaning x Lonlavaron in normal machine and did not iron.

For food theme is highly recommended, everything is super rich and the attention is great, the beautiful view with which it counts makes the breakfasts or meals something more spectacular.

Sort of like something you see in a fantasy. Gorgeous modern lines, design is flawless throughout. Our room was spectacular from the views, to the furnishings, to the l'occitane toiletries. Both restaurants were superb, we had breakfast every morning in the cafe — — fresh, unique flavors, MUST try the fresh daily pastries. Encanto is pure luxury. Will be dreaming about this place until we can go back. Thank you staff for your impeccable service & hospitality.

The food was delicious and the service very good. The hotel has a very fatherly lighting. Of course the price is in a fairly high range.

We did not stay there but went to have lunch and dinner. One interesting place — 1) very exclusive — you can not just go there. Few sets of armed guards you need to pass — gives you a sense of a hi security place, in a good way. Every one treats you just nice and elegant — no over treatment to annoy you by the name of " treated like a king" neither you will be neglected — for me, just right. Prices are low, for my evaluation, for the construction cost of the facility and keeping it up the standard they do. Staff are with matching standard in knowledge and style of treating the guests. Not a happening place — secluded quiet place.
