The hotel is very nice and well maintained. The service is excellent. It is 10 minutes from downtown, covered parking. I recommend the weekend buffet, generous, varied and delicious, the price $310 per person.

It was pretty nice, the service and that stuff I didn't like the breakfast buffet and the Menu things prices. They are very expensive.

The service was excelent. If you want to enjoy a delicious dinner the restaurant is a good option. The rooom was clean and comfortable.

Nice place, near to the downtown. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is not very good.

Very good hotel. The pool is the best because this air-conditioned nobody wants to get out of there.
What they could improve is the cleanliness of the rooms, when we arrived we were given a dirty room full of dirty hair and savannahs, very unpleasant. However they moved us from room although it was still somewhat dirty so they cleaned it again and at the end we were able to enjoy a clean room.

The location is good, it is approximately 15 minutes to the center of Queretaro. Around the hotel there is nothing to visit. Nearby there is a saving pharmacy and a Oxxo. The breakfast is very good but the waiters very slow. The service at reception is excellent. And a great plus is the pool and the gym with new equipment and very clean.

Excellent hotel located in one of the main avenues of Queretaro. It is generally quiet, offers smoking and non-smoking spaces, the food is very good. There are a lot of foreigners usually staying in the hotel. The swimming pool is heated from Friday to Sunday.
On Sundays, stands are placed with handicrafts, crafts and products from the region for sale to guests.
The deal is warm and focused on both business and long stays.

We used the hotel as a venue for an event and it was excellent. The service and attention provided was very attentive and retailing. They are very accessible in terms of the hours of assembly and dismantling of the event. The waiting room for the lounges is very nice and has restrooms for this area which prevents people from being congested.

Comfortable facilities, food good overall. Spacious rooms, fast Wi-Fi. A little high the rate I consider for so much hotel that there is in the area.

I stayed at the hotel from July 2017 to February 2018 on business and would like say special thank you to the following staff who helped make my stay very enjoyable: — Adriana hotel manager, Lorena Baltaza Prado, Valery Villalobos, Fernanda Manduiano, Itzel Espinosa, Schiela Rodriguez from the reception desk. Paulina, Orlando, Enrique, Amardo, Mary (Carmen) from the restaurant and special mention to the lady at cooking station. Also to all the room maids, cleaning staff, room service and Jose the bell boy. Everybody couldn't have been more helpful and carried out their duties professionally, politely and most of all with a smile on their faces. I stayed in both the main hotel and loft rooms during the duration and generally was quiet during the night. I found the beds to be comfortable and never really had any issues with the rooms. Gym could do with bit of maintenance work and updated. Look there were some negatives but far to few to mention, and were far outweighed by the positives. Beware though and be careful if you are looking to stay towards end November. There is some sort of college games event taking place in Queretaro during this week and the hotel was very noisy. I realise live and let live for these young guys and girls, but when you have to get up for work at 5.00am it can be a bit of a wrench. There was one issue on my last day which kind of spoiled the occasion, but sometimes these things happen and don't really want to dwell on it to much.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel in the years 2012 and 2013. Very quiet facilities and spacious rooms, very hygienic with good restaurant and room service, very just paid. I recommend it.

Nice and comfortable place. The only downside is that they have an ice dispenser machine next to the room that at night makes a lot of noise and wakes up to the guests. I suggest changing the place, maybe in the hallway near the stairs. Thank you.

It is a great service, not so far from downtown but not in the first square. You can move from the hotel to other cities and be out of town in minutes. The suites are great, in perfect conditions and it's not so expensive.

Stayed for 5 months and any single question/complain have been addressed within 12h, the staff is amazing, friendly and always up to go the extra mile to help you. I would go back there anytime!

Is a beautiful hotel, the restaurant has two options the menu and a buffet both are delicious, the menu has a good variation of food like sandwich, burger, salads, meat cuts and the buffet changes every day.

It's really confortable and clean ando the people it's very Nice ando the servcie really great.

It was ok but service at the restaurant was very bad ordered a club sandwich 45 min and there was only 1 other person in the place eating when we ask the girl she said it was ready then 10 more min went by then it came and the fries were cold. And for a 4 star hotel they say no Mimi frige. I need for my medicine I don't think we will be back.

The location is great, it is near the downtown, the room is incredible and the service is amazing. I enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are quite nice. They are modern, and depending on what you choose can have a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds are comfortable, but the shower is a bit small. Breakfast is quite good, and the pool is also nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable for the night, you have room service 24 hours but the food is bad and the portions are small, I would recommend only if you came from work.

I made my reservations ions as shown by your departure time is at 12 pm call and comment them q q will prepare my breakfast q were 12 reaches 4 pm and was delivered to the 5.30 pm so many hours for my rooms my people was upset X its inefficiency from employees for again again do not book in that filthy hotel definitely line service attitude I don't regret making deals with them.

The hotel is well, the restaurant is horrible. Recently renovated hotel rooms, and some areas although it is originally a Mexican colonial style building, you back details "minimalist" the result of this pastiche is quite comic and third world. Despite the blunder of the design it is a comfortable place for a couple of nights, the service is good and friendly. What is a crime is the kitchen, scary lack of quality and prices are ridiculous for what they serve, they can't make or rice! The firm is scarce and a la carte food has nothing to do with other hotels of the same chain restaurants, this is terrible. Suggestion is to get to sleep or be in the pool and out to eat elsewhere, to the most humble fonda on the market comes better stop.

Rooms too small with false walls. Bad attitude of the receptionist and waiters. Uncomfortable pillows. You have to go down to reception by the meal that you order and the price is not worth it. We ask that someone review the air because Serbia does not and never sent anyone. Really disappointing.

Excellent hotel for rest.

The very spacious room, although cleaning is not the appropriate windows need to be cleaned, service is good, sometimes I found to the waitresses and they greet each other and are friendlier compared to the receptionists, the pool water was dirty during my stay in the hotel. Overall the hotel is good but if it considered measures in terms of windows, good in my room (209) it was extremely dirty.
