The location is very good and the rooms are very clean. Something to highlight is their cleaning staff, all day they are doing their job.
The negative would be that the water is not very hot, this is to consider for those who like to take hot baths.

Not that cheap and kinda so so rooms. I dont really recommend, only if theres no other place you could reserve. Personel service is good.

Un lugar céntrico, ideal para pasar una corta estadía y si tú intención no es pasar mucho tiempo dentro del lugar. Lo único malo es que el lugar tiene mucho eco y se escuchan mucho los ruídos del lugar.

It is a very simple hotel and at an affordable price if you want to have a place to get to sleep.
I found the staff to be a bit disorganized, but they were all very friendly.

Comfortable because it is a few steps downtown historical hotel of regular quality but I only stayed one night so q if I better sig another of more quality and no parking then I think and I would have agreed one of more category parking included.

The worst hotel I have stayed in, does not meet the minimum requirements of a hotel. The rooms are very small and the cleanliness of the room as well as the bedding leaves a lot to be desired, the sheets were even stained. In the evening we were cold and asking for more blankets at reception they said they no longer had, they didn't have towels either. The worst was in the morning, because at the time of bathing there was no hot water, and it was not just a problem of us, many people were complaining. Avoiding this hotel would be the best option as you can't sleep or bathe.

Very cozy but have a lot to improve on maintenance of the rooms and cleanliness. Breakfast is delicious and very homemade.

It is the worst hotel I have stayed in, I could not charge with card because they had damaged something, there was Wi-Fi throughout my stay, there was no towels or shampoo in the room, there was no phone in the room to call reception, at night turn off all the lights as if it was a jail (it is dangerous because there are stairs) and to finish I was very disgusted with the place and tell the girl to Atendia that please call me a taxi, "20 minutes" The girl tells me that it would take. It is in the middle and it was half day, I went out to the street and board the first one that happened.

No matter how cheap it is, I expect to find some hangers for my clothes and a shampoo in the shower!

Adaptable for people who only go there to rest but the excessive amount of people living there makes it more like a ghetto scene where in the mornings there is a racket. Nice lounge and very central but uncompelling.

The Hotel Cinco de Mayo is charming enough, but is definitely a budget joint. There are no luxuries in sight — bring your own shampoo and soap, don't count on the Wi-Fi network, and I'd recommend a pair of earplugs. The people are nice and the courtyard is sweet, but I wouldn't want to do much more than sleep here.

Comfortable rooms for the night. The bad thing is that it has no electrical contacts to the hand and the ceiling fan does not give much air. From there on out the service was pretty good.

The location is unbeatable for its price. On the inside use amber lights to not disturb the sleep of guests. A new place, cheap and hygienic.

It is a hotel colonial style, is located in the historic center of Querétaro, that is precious. It is a good hotel to spend the night and have good prices.

Very slow checkin. No hot water and Internet is slow You get your Money's worth. Cheap hotel with cheap service.

My room was very small, service ok, clean and quiet.

Does not have weather and the ceiling fans don't blow enough, I didn't sleep well due to the heat.
