Book directly, I gave them my details and bank card, contrary to what is customary to leave the voucher open, I was charged immediately, badly done. I arrive at the hotel they take me to the room and in the hallway a large cockroach, on the floor, then there is no hot water, in the shower, take more than half an hour to want to solve the problem and do not end up bathing in cold water, I ask for room change and the same No h hot water, until the multipurpose receptionist, (receptionist, waitress, maintenance etc. That's if very attentive) it will open the water in another room so that it comes out to us, while throwing liters and liters of water into the pipe.
The hotel itself is ok but it is not about making a building without services; the owner should worry about knowing the business and having trained and sufficient staff to serve guests and not have bad time instead of enjoying the place, I DO NOT go back to their hotel (another data: the parking, you have to cross the street, expect the receptionist to "open" the metal curtain, to get in or out, poorly resolved. )
