The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just a comment that had me a little unhappy I booked by Booking. Com and did not include breakfast I had to pay $200 pesos more than I was on the offer the front desk told me that it is more expensive to book for other services and that it is better directly with it I pay the same as a friend, in the end do not book for other services you do not pay what the promotion says this time my stay was not the one I expected.

Wonderful place to get away from the noise of the City of Mexico very comfortable, safe, and business lounges with all the services I love to come to this hotel!

All excellent and the attention of 100, I do not regret having been able to travel to this beautiful state and I stay and give you a dinner of incredible to my family.

The rooms are nice and clean, good prices. Also it has it's own restaurant with breakfast included and a pool. Customer service is also good.

My stay was totally pleasant, all the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive, their recommendations were magnificent, we felt very comfortable in our perfect and clean room. We'll definitely be back soon.

It has a great location on the freeway. The service is very good. The restaurant is somewhat small but has variety and the breakfast buffet is enough. The rooms are very nice inside. It is my favorite hotel in all Salamanca.

Comfortable rooms and the staff always with the courage to improve, the breakfast buffet very good, I do not recommend asking the letter it takes horrors and I brought my omelette soup without salt! Out of that all very well.

The hotel very warm. The facilities and the rooms are very nice, the only bad thing, but really bad, is the inefficiency and the quality of the restaurant. Inedible food, with an unbearably slow wait.

I chose it based on the comments "positive" of other visitors, and the result was that the expectation will not be covered. A very bad experience, the type of room that appears in the portal of Booking, are not the ones that you really assigned upon arrival at the Hotel. Misleading advertising for users of Booking,
The Hotel restaurant offers little variety of foods without the ingredients you mentioned the letter, with poor seasoning and poor presentation. Decorating hallways and cute, the beds are fatal.

Excellent hotel, comfortable, cozy, quiet, very friendly staff.
The suite is very comfortable if you are wearing children. In the pool the water is always warm and clean. The breakfast buffet is simple but very rich. I'm just going to Salamanca for being in that hotel. There you really relax and rest. I highly recommend it.

Very comfortable, well maintained, the hallways seemed somewhat small, the food well. The bad thing was that I had a room in the middle of other 2 but no windows, however I had a pleasant stay.

The facilities are very nice, the room quite wide and comfortable.
