Bad customer service, lazy not interest on there job, bad breakfast, bad pressure water and there front desk phone don’t work.

Good place to stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep and the rest of the day leave the hotel. The service is very good which includes only breakfast, also has a small gym. The rooms are furnished with the necessary for a comfortable stay.

Hotel located in the centre of León ideal for people who have to go by step by work the truth is very comfortable as far as the room cleanliness is quite good and the employees are very friendly every morning they offer a very full buffet with fruit bread bean egg Coffee and orange juice and in the evenings offer snacks and beer the price is moderate but it is worth it because they offer a good service in general.

The bathroom sucker is a little noisy and on the top floor the TV signal causes some noise but the rest is very good and the service also.

Very new, very clean, helpful staff spoke excellent English and the rooms are a decent size for business travelers. Tons of outlet and Wi-Fi available (no fridge). Location is excellent located next to a plaza with a huge supermarket and other restaurants. Recommended for business travelers but not so much for families.

It is an average place to stay to sleep in general City Express hotels, everything is fine but I feel that for a little more price you can get to hotels with a little more amenities for the guest not only the basics as they give this chain. With this I don't mean that they are bad hotels.

The hotel is simple but has everything you need to have a good night out. The room is very comfortable.

Good service and comfort, but only for a break or visit "Express" amenities such as: Pool, bath tub, terrace, etc. You won't find here, your approach is more specialized to people traveling for work or business issues, as it has a small room Boards, business office and a small exercise room, all of very good quality and advisable.

Complies with the standards of the City Express hotel chain. It has a central location with the possibility to quickly access the main squares of León, including the leather area and the different footwear outlets. Ideal for people dedicated to the industrial sector.

Good place and service. Perfect parking for our needs. They always look for the form of Porprocionar room even without reservation. Good location.

As always City Express is a guarantee of rest and comfort. All very close to this hotel, Costco, Sams, etc. Just a little something; This time the coffee machine didn't work.

It has the essentials to spend the night, and in the morning there is breakfast. All very good and hygienic.

Excelenta attention of all the staff, tránquilo atmosphere and the discreet breakfast but well combined, coffee and tea all day and night. We recommend a telephone reservation and register as a member of the club City Express.

The rooms are very comfortable but the service in front desk is muuuuuy slow, there was a row of more than 5 people waiting for the check out and no one was approaching.

Comfortable and clean like all of the chain. Good service and attention. The breakfast area is spacious and lighted. The only one but in my case is that I asked for a taxi at the front desk and they told me they didn't get taxis, they asked for an Uber.

We were only one day and did not like the attention. It is well located but forget to sleep because you hear all the noise from the street and it is very noisy all the time, second they have the worst service of breakfast in history: Customers unprepared looking for a corner to eat something and they ran out all fast, poor you if you asked them something because the cook looked ugly, worse than in a precide lol, very bad truth.

Lousy reservation service. When there are city events they oversell and leave the problem to the guest. If you can stay safely on the other side, do it.

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones sencillas pero funcionales, baño limpio. Iba en familia y reserve 2 habitaciones, ambas eran de no fumar, al entrar a una de las habitaciones está apestaba a cigarro. Reporté el problema a recepción y me cambiaron de habitación en unos minutos. Fuera de eso todo bien. La estadía incluye desayuno buffet sencillo (huevo, frijoles, fruta, cereal, jugo, café, leche y fruta).

Excelente servicio conexiones USB en todo el cuarto todos los servicios exelente.

I went there to provide the maintenance personnel with lighting fixtures but the short time I was there I was pleased with the attention.

Good hotel one big problem the parking floods on heavy rain!

Great hotel & service. Only problem, we don't get to stay in it very long. Our day starts early & we don't get bk till very late. All in all it's good.

The service was very low, The cleaning service was too late and we have to do our own beds at least was that.

It is a good place to stay and rest the only thing I didn't like is the price and the Wi-Fi was not very good sign.

Every time i'm visit city express, it surprise me.

This is how a medium-priced hotel should be in 2015. Small but state of the art bathroom with water-saver toilet and Corian counter. The large desk/work area had outlets for power, USB and network. Decor is crisp and clean. Comfortable beds. Staff is courteous and professional. I highly recommend this hotel brand.
