The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be back. The buffet was very good. The gym area in good condition with the equipment.

It is a nice business hotel in Celaya. The service is very good. The breakfast is very simple, but it does its job. The bedrooms are quite comfortable.

There is a lot of things that can be better, we found a Dead bug in the room, the elevator took about to 10 minutes to get to the main floor, there's no service elevator.

Small, cramped rooms, elevator slow, thin walls, heard barking dogs and roosters throughout stay and we were on 7th floor!

The room was very small Good price! Bad Restaurant!

Pity that I was alone a day, cozy, the only thing bad the shower, went very bad water. Opposite there is a subway, a pizza place and a Soriana.

Good option to stay if you're near the Industrial area or NOT you want to go to Celaya, which is located near the main Highway. Even that it is a relatively new Hotel, it begins to notice the lack of Maintenance. Does not have an elevator service and it is a problem expect one of the 2 elevators because always they are using the employees and spend full. I, No me vuelvo a host there.

The facilities are old or neglected…
And the breakfast food is very bad. Plus it eata very dirty all over the hotel.
It shows they have little staff.
It is a shame as it is a chain hotel and in other cities the Wyndham Garden Hotel if it is Ok.
Perhaps the manager should pay more attention to his Work.
Hopefully and Improve.

Two details that I didn't like, they never did the room cleanliness so I had the small boats full of garbage, I had to call to provide me with clean towels, and if they took them, but the dirty ones also left them.

It made me a very luxurious and economical hotel all very well just because the pool was not ready when I was but very comfortable and close to San Miguel de Allende 40 min. By car.

They offer a buffet breakfast which is basically the same. A fruit, a type of cereal, a single type of milk, scrambled eggs with ham or sausage, beans, toast, chips and 2 types D salsa. As you can see there's not much to choose from.

We have a nice service in lobby, it's the same food always and the rooms are very small.

Great service, clean rooms, hot water, although the water of the pool was cold, it was clean, but bad location, nothing was near, Uber was needed for transporting and food was ok.

The service was pretty good, I really felt comfortable, as a home. It was a clean space, the personal was very polite and always smiling to me I really enjoyed to be there.

Hotel is pretty basic but ir is perfectly clean and well kept. The hot breakfast was much better than I spected.

Convenient underground parking, clean rooms and amazing breakfast buffets. The room we booked had air conditioning, so the temperature was not a problem. The only problem I had was with the showers. The glass door has a small gap between it and the glass panel from both the sides and the bottom, allowing water to sprinkle and seep through to the other side, which can form large puddles on the tile floor. An easy remedy to this is to leave a folded towel in front of the door. Because the glass door can be pushed both in and out, you can enter the shower without disturbing the folded towel, which will then soak up the water. Other than that, the hotel has interesting works of art and sofas you can relax on at the lobbies of most floors, if the rooms are too small for you to relax in. The receptionist at the counter was very helpful in answering our questions. We will come here again in the future.

Facilities decent and of wait is according to the price paid. But the receptionist made that got afternoon to the event to which went in Celaya when you ask that us confirmed the address, us swore and perjured that the location that had was wrong and us sent to another place. When we could finally communicate with someone who already was in the right place, he told us that we were 40 minutes away from the correct location. Too bad.

The people are friendly and helpful. The proportion of the bed and the room are wrong… The bathroom is small the desk is small. The food it's OK but no excellent. They don't have all the drinks that are writing in the menu.
