We love coming to Hotel B! The staff are amazing! The rooms and view are fantastic! Pool area is beautiful. The food and bar are great! If I could change one thing it would be to have more chairs for lounging in the sun to lay flat. They have some but the are very uncomfortable, would be better if they had cushions on them.

I recommend everything from the attention of the very friendly and attentive staff, the facilities very clean and make you a full and quiet atmosphere, apart from having a wonderful sea view.

Wowww! amazing views, great service at a fair price, spa, restaurant, bar and yoga in the morning — the most important of all the smiles everyday from staff members Marcela at the Front desk, Jesus and David and Itzel at the spa. Thank you for making our stay better! Juan Carlos, Jorge and Alex at the Restaurant took care of us everyday! We will be back soon.

Excellent location and magnificent rooms as well as the Hotel B Cozumel and Hotel B Unique, the breakfast that is included very rich, all the staff attended us very well, they are very friendly and make sure that your stay is very pleasant! Would definitely return, greetings!

Amazing hotel. Great snorkeling right from the private ocean entrance. Joel in the restaurant was amazing. Super kind guy and made sure we were taken care of.

The toilet does not work, in the pool there are not even towels, the stale nachos. The closet doors have mold. Lousy if you consider the price. I don't recommend it.

It was an experience. A beautiful hotel right by the sea. Excellent culinary offer. Very friendly service. We would have liked to stay longer, but our ship is waiting.

It is a super great hotel, a very good location and friendly and clean services but I do not recommend it to spend the new year the truth the atmosphere that they give very nice but they promised live music that there were not in the same way fireworks that there were not and the truth that a woman was the one who tried to serve as a dj and the truth that very ugly the way to put the music literally ended with the party very early. I leave the few guests who were half dancing because she would put only what she liked and repeat the same songs over and over again… that disappointed me about such a special date… everything else very good.

Nice place just a few minutes from all the commotion. Less pricey than many. Nice pool/patio areas right on the water. Very decent restaurant with an entire vegan section on the menu. Just here overnight but wouldn’t mind staying for a while.

Without a doubt the best place to stay the treatment is unique, Diana, Marisol, Juan carlos, very attentive to receive us and make sure that our stay was unique, without a doubt the best, Juan carlos super attentive to us being comfortable and provide us with an excellent service, Marisol and Diana super attentive in serving us super well and also explain many of the hotel and things about the island, we will get tour, without hesitation I return to this magnificent hotel.

This hotel is amazing. We arrived at Cozumel hours before Hurricane Zeta hit. The hotel we were ‘supposed’ to stay at boarded up it’s doors and failed to notify guests that the hotel was closing. We were stranded with no where to go. We ended up going to Hotel B Unique because it was down the street and it was still open. Hotel B literally rescued us. Gaby the front desk employee was extremely helpful. She gave us a room and got us food before the kitchen was closed due to the hurricane. The staff was running around making that all the guests were okay before the hurricane hit. Even though Hotel B Unique was in emergency shelter mode, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful and clean. The food was brought to our room really quick and it was delicious. We had power and internet most of the night, but once the hurricane hit we lost power for a about 2 hours. The employees were out early cleaning and getting the hotel ready before the sun came up. Our breakfast was also very tasty. All in all the dedication to service at the Hotel B was extraordinary. We are canceling our reservation at the ‘other’ hotel and staying here at the Hotel B Cozumel the remainder of our stay.

Best price for a budget hotel, amazing food and good service.

Ok the bads first… the pool is freezing! No fridge in the room. Not very close to anything. Otherwise, absolutely beautiful location. Plants everywhere, beautiful pool area (we played cards by the pool), beautiful buffet on Sundays, nice restaurant with huge portions, nice staff but not super attentive. It is not a high end restaurant but it makes for a great little hotel.

Lovely spot, clean cheap rooms and a pleasant outdoor space with a swimming pool. The only downside is that it's a bit far from everything. 10-15 minute walk from the tourist area.

It's a good place to stay overnight. Not many people stay there so you'll have time for yourself. Also, the restaurant, Los Molcajetes Is really good. Nice serving size, not very expensive, and it's good food overall. Don't expect a premium service or anything of the likes, it's not a five star hotel.
