It's an old hotel. The staff were very friendly. In the center of the city. Breakfast is OK. You need an intervention and it seems that you are already in it. We will have to return now that it is renewed.

Excellent for breakfast the weekend at the buffet. They can't miss their muffins toasted butter.

The coffee or bar of the hotel is very pleasant neither much noise nor much light is remembered to the Place. Very good Coffee. I recommend it widely.

The hotel in general and the service, price and rooms are good. But in general everything looks a little bit outdated. The rooms and the hallways to get to the rooms are all cover with carpet which seems quite old. The bed boards (where one would normally put his back when seated) are at the exact height where you smash your head when trying to watch TV… The offer snacks and a breakfast menu, it's not the best but it's a hunger stopper. The staff from the hotel is good. But that's it. Nothing incredible as in many other hotels.

Well to stay one night, this in the center, a second night we returned from a tour, they had gone the system and they could not assign us room and the attitude was not the best, overall to go by fast pace. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

It has an excellent location, if you come to know Chihuahua this is the ideal starting point, you can reach places like the cathedral in 20 steps:) and parts of the center like "La Liber" the same. 100% recommended.

The comfort of being in central area, and therefore everything at hand, makes this hotel excellent to visit the center of Chihuahua. A bit dated to my judgement but nice to stay at this place.

A very comfortable hotel, average price, it is advisable to book by Internet for better price. It has many bars, restaurants very close to walk, parking is free and safe.

Very clean rooms, excellent service and location. The hotel offers free transportation to the truck station, airport or Chepe. Very helpful if you have to take train/truck/plane very early.

The service was nice, I really found it comfortable to stay at the place. The food I found very good more not excellent. The cost was accessible and in conclusion I was pleasant the place.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de chihuahua. Esta literal a 50 metros de la catedral. Se puede caminar a varias áreas turísticas sin tener que manejar. La plaza del mariachi esta también a un lado. La estancia estuvo bien. Nada extraordinario. Este hotel lo q tiene es la ubicación.

Nice hotel in the middle of town. Centrally located makes for easy sightseeing and access to souvenir shops. Restaurant has good food and very low prices.

There were very few waiters in the lounge where we had the event.

They need more food variety. The taste of the food was regular, the lemonade sour and the service ok.

Our stay was not a pleasant one. We stayed from May 26-29, 2017. Since our arrival the room was very warm. The first nigh the air gave out at about 2am. That night was miserable. We called the front desk the next morning and maintenance came by to fix the problem. The problem was "fixed" at about 2pm May 27, 2017. That only lasted a few hours. Once again that night the air gave out and on Sunday morning we called the front desk again. Maintenance came by only to tell us the air conditioner unit had no fix. We asked for another room. Only to hear that there were no rooms available. The maintenance worker explained that he had extra air conditioning units and that the one in our room would be replaced. The air conditioning unit was replaced and the cool air only lasted about and hour. Before we left to a family party we spoke to another maintenance worker who assured us that he would fix the air conditioning situation by the time we returned. We returned to the hotel at about 10pm and the room was burning hot. Fortunately this time we were given another room on Sunday night. Our last night at the hotel. This could have been the solution from the beginning; however we had to bare the heat for two of the three nights we stayed. The halls to this hotel are extremely hot. The only fresh area in the hotel is the lobby. We had to call room service everyday to ensure we received towels again. I was very dissapointed with the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Regular hotel, the service is grumpy, the bar is awful but has a great ubication.

Experience: Room with carpet and dirty furniture, lighting failure…
Lack of quality of service.!
First night took 1 hour to get me dinner and never brought me the Bill or get mail… The second night I ask quarter for dinner service and tell me that they can not why have many people in the restaurant ❌
I'm going to machine Marinela who have to buy something quick, and who believe? Only get coins and must be exact amount why does not change, with other coins I put them with the exact amount and do not register them.! I lost my money and not who claim…
They should be careful with these details.! In addition around there is no more food businesses. Not even an oxo.!
And people in the restaurant and reception, knowing this, made them as "normal" is to fan the ball. Strike ❌

A little old for a BUSINESS CLASS hotel. Comfort and lack of other hotels, it is a good choice.

The location of the Hotel is very good, which is located in the Centre of the city. The room was very clean and nice and the staff was very friendly.

Nice attention to details. Food I'm restaurant was extremely delicious.

In the event looked after us very well-the waiters always at the service, providing beverages (coffee, lemonade)

The room was very small and with very little lighting.
