Attentive staff, hot breakfast included is appreciated. The room was very clean and comfortable. There weren't enough towels the first night.

The good — breakfast, clean & friendly staff. The bad — satellite service (comes in and out), remote control had to get it replaced twice before it worked. The door entrance — get ready to take about 5 min to get the door open, then walk in to a hot room ac is turned off. When hospitality clean ur room staff turn the ac off so u will walk into a hot room and the ac is loud. You alonly get 2 clean bath towels a day and soap is not replaced daily. Water bottle is a hit and miss as well. They deactivate ur card with out u knowing. Outdated furniture. Stay at ur own risk and do not go off the reviews u read u will be extremely disappointed!

Is a clean and useful room. Close to comercial areas. Nobody is asKing for tips. Has breakfast and happy hour too.

I would rather stay in the streets, came over the weekend, I had to stay 2 days at first so I ask the guys on the reception for 2 days since it's cheaper that way, well next day my room card wouldn't open the door, went down to the reception and the guy told me I apologize I forgot YOU did tell me 2 days, so I asked him are you gonna charge me the price difference, he said no since I didn't charge you for it yesterday I have to charge regular, it gets worse, the first morning from waking up from there I had this red bumps on my back, I dont know what they are but I assume is some kind of bug, never happened to me before, they let for the room had it to get it reprogram it about 6 times, traveling Monday morning and there is young people making a scandals from 2AM all the way to 4 30AM, I really dont know how I ended up here. I would definitely not come here next time.

A well located place (many services nearby, restaurants, shopping malls, supermarket, etc), is comfortable and has good service. Comfortable beds, well-distributed rooms. Excellent for one night or stay there for several days. Definitely if I would stay there on other occasions (this was the second time we stayed there)

Great location, a little noisy (main boulevard just in front the hotel), comfy rooms and good Wi-Fi.

Excellent service, the housekeepers very friendly, especially a girl named Brenda, has a small gym with towels, varied breakfast included in price and very comfortable rooms, the only thing I did not like was the Lord receptionist of the morning shift, he is not Amiable, nor servile.

It's a very comfortable hotel. However services like shops are very far away from the hotel, you need car to go anywhere.

Good hotel does honor to its name, however it is comfortable and the bathroom if it is big and with Tina, the breakfast buffet is well highly recommended, the only reason why it does not take the 5 stars is by the carpet, it looks like old room and since it is necessary to breathe more often.

Very good hotel, excellent location in the modern part of Chihuahua. The breakfast included I was surprised, the food is delicious. Only the rooms do honor to the name of the hotel, they are small although very functional.

Will never go back. Many problems that the management would not help correct.

Hotel for business, simple, nothing fancy. The price-quality ratio is according to what it offers. Breakfast is simple, coffee, egg, cereal and fruit. The room I was in had a tub, iron and donkey. The conditions of the hotel are very good.

Very nice all the staff, very rich breakfast, expected outside American breakfast so it was a pleasant surprise when we saw that it had some stews. Impeccable cleaning.

Small rooms and the noise from the highway is bad. Close to shops all walking distance. I think it's a little high in price.

Execelente Hotel, do not pidr anything to the One or the American Party and it is cheaper. Excellent cocktails serving in the evenings.

The police arrived at the hotel, went into the rooms with UNS master key looking for something or someone and aimed at the guests treating them as criminals, the hotel manager explained that she let them in and could not do anything to stop them.

Microtel Is an excellent hotel with very good ubication in Chihuahua City, very clean, excellent beds to sleep, good breakfast… Excellent hotel.

I stayed there just for the night and the room was very clean and comfortable. I had no interaction with the personal, so I have no comments about it. In general my experience was nice given that I was hoping to rest and nothing else.

This hotel is located in a privileged area since it is located against corner of the fashion mall, is a small as its name implies "micro" rooms are small, a little old, ideal only for sleep, offers a breakfast buffet and snack in the afternoon.

There is no security in the parking lot of the Hotel, they stole from us all the luggage and authority records indicate that vehicle theft is a practice repeated in this hotel, despite this hotel doesn't care about improving security conditions still and when there have been assaults on it.

The truth return to this hotel because a year ago I was and I liked it despite the fact that the rooms are small, now that is dirty full of dust, old towels carpets dirty and personal with little motivation to the attention of the customer, should improve the appearance of the staff, the breakfast very poor… It is a real shame.
